      ****** is an understatement. Paid for my unit online and went to pick up my keys and no one was there. So still no luck with having a person talk to me.

      Good afternoon and thank you for providing us with an opportunity to respond to this complaint. We offer Green *** units which means that the lock and keys are located within the unit. When you open the door, you will see that the lock is generally located front and center in an closed packaging on the center of the floor.

      ******* and ***** are the most rude and disrespectful people to deal with. The ladies in the office in ******** were terrific. Bugs and rodents are pretty evident at the property. I would highly recommend looking at other rental companies
