      Would give zero stars if I could. Beware, they get you in with low price and/or 1 month free and then they go up higher than any independently owned storage rentals. I was told I had a popular size therefore my rent went up. I thought you paid for your square foot of space, not whats popular. Do not recommend.

      The young lady at the storage rentals of America in East longmeadow. He's the most pleasant person I've ever dealt with there. She does everything she can to make your experience. Fantastic! And always is able to resolve any issues I may have. My debit card had been hacked and she took care of that quick and very politely. It's not often you find great customer service like this.

      Unsatisfied to say the least! No one on site during regular business hours, couldn't reach them even through customer service, ********************** facility was.shotty and run down,unit was plywood walls with insulation and plastic on top,full of spiders cobwebs and snake skin. Door to unit was bent and wouldn't close back up! Also requested unit closer to.gate and got one way up in back closer to bank! Been waiting for over 3 days now to get a call back and refund!
