      I can even begin to tell you how they have treated me,.I was called and told THEY were denying my claim because I could not understand simple english instructions (concerning how to scan documentation and pictures of damaged antigue furniture and missing boxes,m not to mention I was sexually assaulted by the driver from the company United Prime Transport who is using this sight and not able to deal with insurance company direct.I was then told I could mail my documentation.. I sent a very large manila envelope with pictures, invoices, claim documentation, receipts. I sent it through **** and paid for service for tracking.Post office sent me a email that package was received and delivered to the POB.Well guess what? Moving claim said they never received my package of documentation.I think it is pretty obvious they have been hired by insurance company to make it too **** difficult on the customer so they give up. I am an old woman on SSDI and do not want to waste any more of my time. They give you a certain amount of time to finish claim, then because of the harassments. the time runs out.Because of the many complaints I have read, I am surprised they have not been shut down as a sham.I paid ***** for my move from ** to ***Thank you,********

      Paid insurance premiums 60 cent per pound of moving, they made major damages including piano. I file claims 4 months ago. There was a no response on email or phone messages. It is a scam or fraud to collect money without any intention of processing claims. Coast2coast and ocean moving and storage are all front companies collect insurance without any intention of service. A disaster moving experience. Stay away from coast2coast and ocean moving.

      ************** hired by moving companies to s**** their customers when things go wrong. I had over $4,000 worth of damage to our furniture and they offered us $100.00 to resolve the dispute. What a joke.

      As far as I can tell, it is not possible to get any **** of ********** from this company. Their business is based on an odious and confusing on-line process designed to insure that the customer will give up -- as I have. My ********************** company was Allied Moving Group LLC. They hired this Moving Claims company and that makes them guilty of bad judgement at the least. Note that the customer reviews are 1 -- that is as low as it goes.

      Worst customer.er service EVER!! Our bed was less than 1 year old, washer and dryer also. My work desk was less than a year old among other items the moving company moved. Not 1 item came out of this move not damaged. The bed alone was $5000.00 and they offered $69.00 total for the claim. What a joke.

      This company is a nightmare! I have been trying to file a claim for damaged and missing items from a move that occurred in March by a company called All Exclusive Transportation Services, **** The Moving Claims website is a joke! I was unable to attach photos or receipts in any format that I attempted so I reached out to the company via email. I was told to email them and mail them the information. Of course, they have never received anything that I have sent. I have been emailing since April with no resolution. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone and was notified that they had attempted to phone me and gone to voicemail. This never happened! Stay away from any company that uses their services....

      ******** Heritage Moving Solutions LLC ** Safe Moving LLC Dear Reader,If you are reading this then you are either reading a review or inquiring if these companies are legit. We have found them to be legit in the sense that they have been in business for a long time. But we wonder how with all the complaints and dissatisfied customers.Here is our experience. 1.Their promise to pack us out completely and unload the same way. That did not happen. We had to take them to court to receive our own belongings. We waited 132 days. Only after they wanted us to drop US Safe Moving LLC from the litigation did US Safe Moving deliver. We did not drop them when the court asked us if we were.2.******** Heritage took our payment under a binding contract that they sub-contracted out to US Safe Moving LLC.3.US Safe Moving LLC took the pickup and delivery checks which should have been enough to deliver under that binding contract. They increased the amount by doubling what was in the original binding contract. They used the same figures from the original contract adding additional square cubit feet that was not there. 4.The exact same belongings on original contract adding that as more freight when it was the exact same freight with the exception that they didnt want to load some of the things we wanted saying it would be more. Though it was on the original binding contract we had to leave behind.In our minds and the law this is extortion, under threat and is provable by US Law codes. We have researched the law thoroughly and know where we stand. It is up to the court, because both defendants defaulted.We are hoping, praying and believing that the court grants relief as well grants a larger amount which they can do to discourage any other companies that are practicing the same deception on unexpecting consumers in the future. These laws are here to protect us, yet, they have not been slapped hard enough to stop them. We say enough is enough.

      We are not an insurance, moving nor repair company, we simply process claims/complaints. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by the customers service provider (moving company).
      Upon reviewing the customers complaint it is CLEARLY not addressing our services and involvement in this process. Based on the information provided by the customer, their complaint is against the responsible party, which is their moving company NOT Moving Claims, which is the Claims processing company for their moving company. 
      Due to Moving Claims being wrongfully accused, we request to have the above referenced complaint removed from our records, and transferred to the respective party who is responsible, as it proposes an undeserving threat to our reputation, considering the services we provide are not related to the customer complaint.

      This company is an absolute nightmare, and I couldn't be more furious with the outcome of my experience. My move turned into a disaster as I had items stolen and damaged. Despite their so-called commitment to being 'on my side,' they brushed off my claim and left with a settlement offer that didn't even begin to cover my losses.I went above and beyond, submitting every piece of evidence they could possibly need detailed descriptions, manufacturer weights, and photos of the damages. And what did I get in return? They offered me chump change, way less than the 60 cents per pound they're supposed to cover.They had the audacity to toss in an extra $50 "to maintain their high level of customer satisfaction," but it was a pathetic attempt to hush me up. Multiple times they refused to take another look at the items I submitted documenting my losses, that I spent hours preparing. My total settlement offer was an insult nowhere near what I deserved for the stuff that got trashed, stolen, or overcharged by the associated moving company.To add insult to injury, they basically held my ability to leave reviews hostage. If I accepted their disgraceful settlement, I couldn't leave a single word of truth about this nightmare. I urge you, and anyone else, to steer clear of any company associated with Moving Claims Services. If they dare to 'accept your claim,' DON'T LET THEM HANDLE IT. Insist on dealing with a different company for your claim because this one is an absolute disgrace!

      ?      Household Goods Descriptive Inventory (both pickup and final delivery copies)
      ?      Proof of any financial transaction made with the Service Provider (receipt, bank statement, etc.)

      We urge the customer to submit additional information as soon as possible so that we may address their issues. Be sure to highlight any notations made at the time of service implementing said concerns.
