Hi,On 13th of December, I purchased the services of American Disposal Services at 135 Dollars per Quarter, with start date of 30th of December. I confirmed that I will not be retroactively charged for a full quarter, because of the remaining two days in the month of December.As proven of our agreed upon price, I include a scan of the by the print out of my original purchase agreement, that was concluded at **** pm, on 13th of December. I had earlier confirmed that this is a longterm contract and not subject to arbitrary price changes.Today, I called the company for an unrelated matter and was told that I owed an additional 28 dollars because the price was supposed to be 162 dollars per quarter. They referred to our "earlier agreement" and the email that they sent me on Dec 22d at **** pm.They forced me to complain about them, even before they start the actual first trash pick up, this coming Thursday on 5th of January and expect to be additionally compensated for opportunity cost of their waste of my time.I hereby, authorize my brother-in-law (who has better linguistic abilities) to deal with this matter, on my behalf. For many months now, American Disposal Services does not pick up our garbage weekly on the assigned day and most of the time our garbage and recycling is not picked up at all. As of today, our garbage has not been picked up for three weeks. However, our bill has been paid on time. No one answers their phone or replies to email at American Disposal Services. I'm demanding that legal action be taken against American Disposal Services and that they are severely fined or penalized. They are illegally taking our money and not provided the agreed/contractual services.Initial Complaint

I registered for service on the 12th of December with trashcan to be delivered on 12/14. Needless to say come 12/23 I still had no service or trashcan. I called on 12/23 and requested a refund of ******. I was only refunded ***** and was told they dont refund start up service fee. I ended service with American Disposal because they would not deliver my trash bins to my house and would lie to me every week on the phone as to when they would be delivered. I ended up discontinuing service and they have been giving me the runaround on my refund of $178. It has been four months now and still no refund. We are a current customer in good standing. ********************************************* has not picked up our trash in over 3 weeks. Yet they have picked up our nextdoor neighbors trash.It is really piling up. We have called and emailed many times. We need help resolving this, quickly. American disposal service has been collecting the trash money but they have not rendered service. I have called several times within the year to let them know they have not picked up the trash but this is on going. I have been asking for the last six months that my bill and account be credited for the service they did not provide. Throughout February, March, and April of this year they picked recycling up one time a month instead of the once a week we were paying for. I have called and emailed multiple times over the course of the past six months. Two months ago they finally returned my call and assured me they would look into it and adjust my account accordingly. They have done nothing except proceed to charge me for late fees for the bill. I am refusing to pay for the service they did not provide. All Im asking for them to do is credit the recycling charge of $21 for the 1/4 to make up for the lack of service, and remove the two late fees amounting in a total of $20 Additionally, I owned a 16 gallon blue recycling bin prior to becoming their customer. On the very first trash pick up, their truck took my bin. I have been asking them for over a year to replace it or pay me for it. They continue to behave as if I had borrowed it from them and they will be happy to rent me one. I cannot get them to understand that it is my property that they took, and they must bring it back or credit my account for the cost. On amazon.com I can purchase a new one for $34.99.Im not asking for a full refund, all I want is for them to credit my account $41 and bring my blue recycling bin back to my house.Initial Complaint

I am filing a complaint against American Disposal Services (ADS). They were **************** company from 2020 - October 2021. Their service was erratic, and frequently leaving my trash or recycling. The reason for my complaint is that they continued to bill me for services after I discontinued service and moved to another city. I called and emailed many times to get this sorted out, was promised it would be resolved, but every month I would get another bill. I was eventually turned over by ADS to collections. I provided documentation to collections of my attempts to resolve this dispute, and the collections company discontinued the collection attempt. ADS has then started billing me again. I called ADS to get it resolved, was promised again the issue was resolved, but yet I received another bill. I called them again today but have given up any hope that they will ever stop harassing me.Initial Complaint

This company is a fraud. They charge money for the poorest service Ive ever received. There are not to no other sanitation options for my address. This company is stealing from people and they do not care about their customers.
