      Today I had some extra bags in front of my house next to the container. Up until last week there were never issues. Now they only took 5 bags and left the rest. American disposal services didn't inform anyone about the paying for overflow trash in trash bags. They try to hide behind mentioning it on their website. However their website isn't ******** and not everyone always checks it every week. After calling customer service i got treated with the utmost disrespect. I asked where it was mentioned in my contract about the 5 bag rule or where it says in my contract that they can make any of these changes without informing us and no answer. I asked to speak with a manager and the rep said she didn't know her name and she wasn't there etc... So I asked where I could file a complaint by phone and later by email and I got no response whatsoever. They leave me no choice but to complain on the BBB. It is not even that I got the answer I didn't liked but is it more how they treat people and refuse to accept any complaints or talking to a manager. I bet based on this complaint they are going to forget to service my address the next couple of weeks.

      Date of transaction: September 26th, 2022 The amount of money paid to American Disposal:$134.13 American Disposal committed to providing two trashcans as well as a weekly pickup of trash disposal. No trashcans were ever ****** to our home and no trash was ever picked up. No service was ever received from the company.Sometime between October 3rd-6th I contacted the company regarding the trashcans never arriving. There was a promise they would be delivered on October 7th however they never arrived. A refund was requested the following week due to the trashcans never arriving. The company assured a check was being mailed to me. After multiple requests on the checks location it finally arrived 21 weeks later (February 24th, 2023)The check received was for $47.38, less than half of the original amount paid to the company. We had NO services ever rendered, no trash cans, no trash pickup, nothing provided by the company at all. After I received the check in the mail, I contacted American Disposal (February 28th, 2023) to question why the check was less than half what I paid even though no services were ever rendered. I was promised a call back on the same day and never heard from the company since and still have not.

      I reported 2 missed recycling pickups in December and January through the American Disposal mobile apps. The response I received was that my account would be credited. Once I received my latest bill, I saw that my account had not be credited and I asked the Company about this and requested a new invoice. I received a response from the Company that the missed pickups needed to be made by phone and must be 2 consecutive misses before they can issue a credit. That is nowhere to be found on the website or the app. I find this to be very deceptive.

      Beware!!! Unprofessional and liars! On 1/24/23, an American Disposal truck hit my daughters car that was parked and we were their customers. The manager came out, appeared very nice and said no need to call the police, we will fix. Months later we now must file in small claims because the company totaled/salvaged my daughters car to not pay for damages and said call your insurance if you want it fixed! We recently stopped service and the company cared less. This company is unethical!

      I signed up with American disposal for trash services in august 2022. Since the day I signed up, they failed to provide any service due to short staff. They kept sending emails (I still have them and can provide) that they missed on providing service due to short staff. After a month not getting any service with my trash piled up at the door, I contacted my bank for a dispute. The dispute was filed and they were notified in 30 days to respond. They have not responded to this date, but I kept getting emails for missing payments. I never used america disposal because they failed to pick up my trash, so I had no choice to choose another service and chose to go with republic services and they have been picking up my trash regularly. After many attempts calling American disposal customer service, I still kept getting emails of missed payments for American disposal. I called their customer service many many times and wrote to them many times and explain that I have no account with them. Now, Ive got a letter that they sent my information to the collection agency (A.R.M solutions). I have all documentations (emails and calls) to show I never used their services. Please help.

      Over the past 3 years, American Disposal has gotten progressively worse at picking up my trash. Over the past year, it has spiraled down to them missing my pick up about every other time, on average. In August/September, they missed 6 weeks out of 7. In December 2022/Jan 2023, they have missed 6 weeks in a row. They continue to charge me full price. I have notified them diligently (most of the time) and rather politely. Usually they have ignored my notifications. Sometimes they have responded with empty promises. Occasionally they have responded and done what they have said they would do. They have not credited my account for the missed pick **** despite my many requests to do so. I have tried my level best to be polite with them, as there is scant competition in such services -- they are the only provider on our road and in our area. Now that they have terminated the account, I really don't know who I will be able to get to come pick up trash for 1 house in the area (mine). This near-monopoly power in a small geographic area has emboldened them to treat customers rather shabbily, like they have done with me.More recently, they have simply become unresponsive to my pleas. Indeed, they have apparently tired of my notifications of their missed pick *** and last week they terminated my service (my payments have been by autopay directly from my bank, so there has never been an issue with them getting paid). In light of the non-service and their unilateral termination of the account, I have requested a refund of payments dating back to July 1, 2022, but they refuse.

      On 1/4/2023, American disposal's truck knocked over my mailbox after picking up my trash. On 1/5/2023 I called the customer service line about the issue, was told to email pictures of damage and video of incident so the company could review. I proceeded to provide the requested info on 1/5/2023, I have followed up three times since and the company has yet to respond with an update.       My recycling was supposed to be picked up on January 27, 2023, however, for whatever reason my recycling was never picked up. I made several phone calls and sent several messages via email and through the companys website in regards to this problem. I received promises that someone will get back to me, which didnt happen until days later and then I was promised that my recycling would be picked up today. My recycling has been sitting in the street for almost 3 weeks. The customer service to resolve this issue has been anything but pleasant nor satisfactory. The recycling is overflowing in the street and Im getting anxiety over what actions the *** is going to take against me due to my recycling sitting in the street for this length of time. The debris has created quite an eyesore. Im at my **** end and dont know what else I can do to get this company to pick up my recycling. Ive tried all that I can try. Phone calls and emails have been made in vain.,

      This is the third time a representative of American Disposal has told me a charge of around 54.dollars would be removed from my bill. Ongoing since around3/1/2020. I have provided documented proof that I started with Pickers Waste on 3/1/2020 as requested. Some one higher up is turning this down for going over 2 years. Now I know what happened. I canceled with American on before feb.12,my last American pick up on 2/27/2020 and my garbage can was scheduled to be picked up on 3/3/2020. Can not picked up until I called sometimes in April 2020. My account with American was reinstated when I paid a charge increase of around $5.00 without my knowledge after I had canceled service with American and started with Pickers Waste. Please see if you can remove this debt from my record. THX *************************

      I moved to ******* in June and American Disposal Services was the only company that serviced my area for trash pickup. Over the past 5 months my hasn't been picked up about 7 times. I've e-mailed them several times and it still continues. I check the trash bins on the curb around the neighborhood and theirs seem to have always been picked up. My recycling bin has always been picked up to be fair to them, the issue is the trash.
