      I signed up for weekly trash collection service on September 27th, for service to begin on October. 1st. American Disposal told me that they would drop off a trash cart at my house on October 5th, and that my first pick up would be October 6th. They did not drop off the trash cart on October 5th. I called and was told that the trash cart would be dropped off on October 6th. It was not dropped off. I called again and was told that the trash cart would be dropped off on October 7th. Again, it was not dropped off. I was also told that if I signed up for auto pay, I would receive a $35 credit. I did not get the promised credit. I phoned 3 times and spoke with 3 different people. Each person told me that they would call me back the same day with resolution. None of them called me back. I called on October 10th and cancelled my service. Since I did not receive any service, I told the company representative that they needed to provide me a full refund. I received an email also on October 10th indicating that my service was cancelled and I would receive a full refund. I did not receive it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. On November 4th, I received a bill from American Disposal for the full amount as if I had never cancelled the service. This company has not done anything whatsoever that they promised to do, and has been a nightmare to deal with.

      My last quarterly bill from American Disposal was on 8/1/22 for $87.71. This was the price I was quoted by a representative over the phone after I had called to compare rates several weeks before, and this was the rate I was told I would have going forward. Last evening (11/1/22) at 8:45 PM I received my paperless invoice for the next quarter, which was $107.05. I was not alerted to the increase prior to the invoice. American Disposal then charged my card via autopay at 9:22 AM this morning (11/2/22), just 12 hours and 37 minutes after I received notification of the sudden price increase. I called customer service at 2:44 PM today (11/2/22) to find out what happened. The customer service representative simply told me that the price had increased and there was nothing she could do. She also said that they were not made aware of the price increase until this morning as well. I requested to speak to someone who could help resolve the issue, and she said that she was the only one who could do anything, and there was nothing she could do. I requested retuning to my old rate or at least refunding the difference for this quarter because I received no warning. She said that no partial refund or adjustments or changes to the bill could be made. She also told me she thought I should be paying more than I am currently paying.American Disposal raised my bill above our agreed upon rate with no warning and charged my card less than 13 hours later. No attempt at resolution was made, and I have no guarantee that I won't receive another rate raise and immediate charge next quarter.

      On 28 July 2022 I moved out of an address at ************************************************************. Upon moving, I scheduled my trash and recycle bin pickup with American Disposal Company - the pick up was to occur on 7 July.Upon reviewing my bill at the end of July, I noticed a $200 charge for non-return of the bins. I called the company to inquire about the charge and after no resolution, also called my previous landlord. The landlord stated that the new tenants were told by ADS to keep the current bins, as they now had started service with ADS for garbage collection.I have since clled ADS again asking for a reimbursement of my $200 charge, as well as sent messages via their website, which have been unanswered.I am requesting a reimbursement of the $200 charge, which should not have occurred since the current tenants were told to utilize the bins I had scheduled for pick up.

      On 6/20/22 I paid American Disposal Services of ******* $129.20 For weekly trash service to include delivery of 1 64 gallon Recycle container and 1 96 gallon trash container. Service was to begin on 6/27/22. I have never received containers nor service from American Disposal Services of Georgia. I have given *********************** permission to speak with them. She has called numerous times requesting service and when it was evident I was not going to receive service ************** requested a refund of $129.20 for what I had paid. An email was also sent requesting the refund. I have now received an invoice for the next quarter in the amount of $107.34. When ************* called today and again requested the refund she was told they need to speak to me. I have already authorized ************** to handle this account on my behalf. The information today is I supposedly have a credit on my account and do not owe this amount on invoice 1474138W501 but they will not refund my money yet. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I need the funds returned to me for service American Disposal Services has not provided.

      Chronically missed services on a regular basis. Did not response to numerous emails through their app portal. Sent emails to me specifically stating they were skipping pick *** then made no payment adjustment for non service nor responded to my request for an adjustment When I spoke to someone after multiple long holds that I had to terminate, they said it was my job to call them to tell them they were missing pick *** even though they were sending us emails that they were missing pick ***.They suspended my service effective 9/30 which was a new billing cycle that had not started and continue to bill me for 9/30-12/31 services that are suspended and that I also cancelled and now added 2 late payments. One for the upcoming cycle that no pick up has ever happened. I verbally told them on a recorded call I did not want service from 9/30 forward and wanted them to respond to my multiple inquiries on the plan for adjustment for all of the missed pick *** and nothing. Please just ****** this company and you will see this is their standard of operations and vast amounts of customers have same issue.

      I have communicated via email per the American Disposal website as their office is 8-4:30pm M-F.I work M-F and when I get home to find my trash and recycle has been missed I call the number and get directed to go to the website and submit a concern or missed pick up.I have done this several times in the month of July and called the office the next morning and was told I would receive a credit on my next bill. I pay online quarterly and paid for the upcoming quarter October- December and did not see any credit on my new bill. I paid $72.05 on 9/2/22 and received an email on 10/1/22 telling me I owe $12.62. I send another email correspondence asking for clarification on why I owed this money and why it was due the day it was sent. I emailed on 10/1/22. I did not get any response even though their website states one will hear in 2 business days. It is 10/10/22 and I called the office number staying on hold for ******************************************************************** back on hold to review my account. the bottom line is she told me point blank the company will not credit for a missed pick up X1 or recycle. I have missed two weeks in a row and two recycle days ( they only come every other week). I requested a manager to speak to and she , ******** told me they will communicate via email and call me back. this is terrible customer no service. I have been empathetic during Covid when they had staff out with covid but they have not compensated the customers at all. I would like to get a credit on my statement for the missed pick up days. ******** tells me any of my email correspondence is not recorded only if I reach someone by phone. I work at a hospital and see patients and find this very inconvenient as their website directs the consumer to communicate via email. I feel my voice has not been heard and the company does not want to fix the issues or hear my concerns. It is shocking that they admit they will not compensate for one missed pick up.

      I canceled **************** July 27, 2022 and was told there would be a refund for the rest of the time I had paid after July 27. I still have not received my refund and no one will answer the phone at the business so I can ask a human being employee when they will send my refund.

      On Friday, 9/30/2022, I made a payment online to American Disposal for my residential trash bill in the amount of $******. On Monday, 10/3/2022, I noticed, after viewing my bank account on line that there were two payments 'pending' for $****** to American Disposal. Later during that same day those charges were no longer 'pending' but actually debited from my account. I've been attempting to reach someone at American Disposal and each time (3 times since Monday) I'd speak with someone it's a different story.First, it's not posted so, therefore they don't have it.       Cancelled service, but continued to receive bill. I have called and waited over 30 minutes on hold with no response. I have contacted the business through their online form, and via email for four months at least 6 times with no response. I am disputing incorrect charges and can get no response from the business.

      acc.# ****-465100 - in previous (3 months billing period) they missed 2 pickups, trash was waiting 1 week at thee curb - I reported this on their portal and then I called ; they told me that they will credit this in next billing ; no they did not - thus on bill I did adjustment ; $63.8 : 12 pickups X2 missing =$10.63 deducted ( payed $52.75) then I called ,was told I can't adjust myself and demanded to pay a difference, I refused.-they e-mail and called me treating of suspension of service - on 09/01/22 I paid $63.8 (as previous bill for 3 months service) - my deduction of $10.63 rose to $18.56 ? - on 09/22/22 8 AM I called again ,and was told that that I must to pay their invoice and I did (9AM) and they did not updated driver ,so about 11 AM hi ignored my trash bin -thus third time I was not served ,I called not clearly that my trash has to wait all week for next pickup -they did not pickup next Friday **************** was rude
