      Our yard waste has not been picked up for going on 6 weeks, with no scheduled day for pickup. They are raising their rates 10% this month. Paying more money for subpar service with waste and garbage sitting on the street for 6 weeks.

      I had service with this business for almost 2 years when I use to live at a previous address. I canceled service before my renewal date June 2021 (you paid for every 3 months) because we were moving. Some at the office did not process our cancellation and I had call back in July ********************************************************************************************************* invoice and it keep increasing, I already called and no one seems like that want to help. I do not out owe this company any money at all for sure not what is on the invoice. I paid my bill every 3 months when it was require at the old address. I current do not use this service in my current area because trash pick up is provided by the city. I would pay if I think I owe that money but they a dishonest on the billing practice and its not my fault that some at the office did not process my cancellation on time.

      We pay for weekly trash pickup and have had multiple instances of trash not picked up. 30 Aug our trash was not picked up again and when attempting to phone the company there is no one that answered, the line says 65 people are in line to speak to customer service. This is one of many instances that the trash is not picked up by a company that agreed to weekly trash services. Our neighbors experience the same issues and let us know that multiple families have had this issue.

      I cancelled my trash collection service due to constant delays and rescheduling. The business acknowledged my cancellation via email on 8/4/22 stating they would pick up the trash bins on 8/20/22. The trash bins have been left on the curb since that date and have not been collected. On 9/1/22 I received an invoice for trash collection through 9/30/22 despite their previous acknowledgment of cancellation!!I have tried to call their office several times and after 15 minutes of waiting no body answers. I have made no less than 3 follow up emails to get them to pick up the trash bins and received no response. I even sent a text to their number and no response!

      I have spoken to at least 3 people there and sent multiple emails regarding my bill. My contracted rate is $52.50 for trash and recycling. This is the rate for Westchester HOA, it is $17.95 per month with no administration fee.My bill was $$66.18. I have patiently tried to get someone to fix this so I can pay my bill and no one is completing the task of fixing our bill. I finally recieved an email back and they said they can't alter the bill once it is processed. In order to resume my service I had to pay it. I asked them to credit my next bill and they said they are unable to do credit due to overpayment. It was their mistake that created a higher bill. They refuse to adjust the bill and now they refuse to credit the amount when they know what the bill is supposed to be.

      I have been using American Disposal services since buying my home in 2013 for trash and recycling services. The prices have been increasing (life happens) and over the past two years prices continued to increase while pickup went from twice a week to once a week. Concurrently, pickups were missed or delayed greater than 50% of the time. I decided to cancel my service and switch providers and I can not cancel. They instruct per the website the only way to cancel is call. The links on the website are inactive. When I call the only number listed, the call lingers for ten seconds, then "call fails". The chat goes in circles saying to call and all agents are busy. I am literally stuck in a loop and can not cancel my (terrible) service with this company. The complaint is not about the terrible service, but rather I can not communicate with them in any way, particularly the ONLY way I am supposedly able to cancel services.

      This company has repeatedly missed pickups and was late on our trash and recycling services. In fact, our recycling was moved to a bi-weekly schedule. They missed several pickups, which meant our recycling was not picked up for over ONE MONTH! As a result, we ended up having to throw away several batches of recycling as it was becoming a health and safety hazard to keep them.We finally canceled our service and was informed that they needed to pick up our old trash can and recycle bin in order to have a refund processed. They were originally scheduled to pick up our old trash can and recycling bin on August 24th. After daily calls to find out the status of the pickup, they informed me today, August 30th, that our equipment would not be picked up until Sept. 7th with no guarantee that that would be picked up on that day without any delays. We had kept our empty bins on the street as they had asked for over 1 week and received complaints from our neighbors in addition to it blocking part of our driveway, thus creating another safety hazard.We were also informed that the refund process takes over 5-6 weeks after the pickup of the equipment. This means we will not receive our refund until at the earliest November even though our service ended on August 17th.

      American Disposable that services ********, ** Fails to pick up the trash a lot. They claim several times over many years that they have not received payment. BUT, they us on AUTOPAY PLAN. They get paid every quarter for the next three months of trash Pick up. We had our HOUSE ***** disconnected because we do not use it anymore. WE USE OUR CELL *****S ENTIRELY They DIDN'T PICK UP THE ***** AGAIN THIS WEEK I called them and they said that they didn't get payment for this month. Which is ENTIRELY WRONG. They said the last payment they received was July. SO, that should take the paid up time to October. Which is TWO MONTHS FROM NOW. SO, They are PAID UP CURRENTLY and should not be trying to collect any payments for now. They said that they had called us on the house phone number and did not get an answer, that is because it has been disconnected and they had been notified that it was. They WOULD HAVE gotten that message from the ***** COMPANY IF THEY CALLED.They DID NOT CALL MY CELL ***** AND THEY DID NOT SEND ME A EMAIL. They said that they could not charge my credit card. That is because we lost it and had to get the credit card company to send me another card and of course it had a different number on it. I also noticed them of that and gave them the new number. They said they didn't have a record of that. But, if they had called me on my cell phone I would have to given it to them again. And, I would have told them that they should not have been trying to charge me for payment NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING TO GET DOUBLE PAYMENT. I just wonder how many times they had DONE THE he OVER PAYMENTS IN THE PAST. They have stopped my trash pick up for now. WILL YOU, PLEASE get them to START PICKING UP MY ***** AGAIN. I AM PAID UP BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY CHARED ME THE QUARTERLY PAYMENT LAST MONTH IN JULY. Thank you for helping me. ********************* ************ *******************

      I used American Disposal for my trash and recycling service. I canceled my service June 2022. The company stated they would come pick up my old cans and process a refund. However, nobody has come to pick up my old cans and thus they have not been able to process a refund. Now when I call they say they are unable to schedule a pickup of my cans and to just wait. They seem to be forcing me to keep my old trash cans and not processing a refund on my account. They then suggested I take the cans to their landfill myself but I am unable to take them during normal business hours due to my job. I need assistance in having someone pick up my old waste and recycling cans. Thank you.

      American Disposal Services for the past 1 to 2 years has completely ignored the normal pick up schedule both for trash and recycling and just done whatever they want. Skipped weeks at a time. They dont answer the phone. Or return calls! If you go on the Nextdoor app there are hundreds of complaints about this company. And after calling a total of probably 20 times and not getting any resolution to my issues I canceled their services. They now have my bill up to $170. It was originally around $70 but for services I was not receiving. What type of company charges a customer for ******************** NOT rendered? Sounds like a thief to me; not a reputable business. I need a manager to contact me about my inflated bill . Thanks.
