  0 stars would be more accurate! Worst company and customer service EVER! They didnt service me for a full month! I called twice during that time and after 4 weeks they finally showed up. Multiple ppl confirmed with me in the company that I would receive a credit for that month. 3 months later, 8 phone calls, and hours spent on hold, I was told that I would NOT be receiving any credit and they increased my premium! They couldnt even give me a reason why I was denied. These ppl are Scam artists who dont care at all about anyone! DO NOT USE THEM!!

  0 would be better. The worst service ever! They missed at least once, then when I tried to cancel, they continued to bill me months after and then sent me to collections. Everyone else on my street canceled, I stayed loyal. Horrible service

  Our trash has only been picked up twice in 4 months and this company keeps giving us the work around, hanging up on phone calls, lying, and they recently refunded us a few dollars for our trouble after saying, "we improved our operations this shouldn't be an issue anymore". Yeah, that was 2 months ago and our trash smells like a rotten swamp. Considering getting a lawyer involved.

  I signed up for services on 9/7. I was told I would receive my cans 9/12. That did not happen. On 9/14 I was told I would get a call back regarding an update on where my cans were. That did not happen. I called later that day and was told I should get my cans 9/16. That did not happen. I called back in on 9/18 and was told I should get my cans the same day and will receive a call back once confirmed. Neither of those things happened. Today on 9/19 I called to cancel and was told it would be 6-8 WEEKS before I receive my refund via a PAPER CHECK despite using my credit card to establish service. I was also told a supervisor would allegedly contact me. This feels like an absolute scam. To wait 2 weeks for a trash can is absurd not to mention a 2 month wait for a paper check refund for a service I was never able to utilize. Im not sure how this company stays in business w practices this egregious but they should absolutely be investigated. Save your time, your sanity and your money and call someone else because American Disposal is literal trash.

  They used to be a good service but now they are HORRIBLE!!! They miss my pickup more often than they pick it up. I even called them today (had to hold 21 minutes) at noon to remind them that my garbage had not been picked up yet ( it used to be picked up early morning). I was assured they would notify the truck to make sure it wasnt forgotten and they still Didnt pick it up!!! The prices continue to go up and the service down. I rarely rate anything unless it is really good but this is ridiculous

  I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism exemplified by this company. I owned a local business and they did not pick up my trash cans for removal until 2 weeks after my request date. American Disposal proceeded to charge me the amount for service and a late fee even after I received confirmation in writing that I would not be charged. I went through 3 customer service representatives, 2 of whom I was told were no longer with the company. I expressed my concern that this issue needs to be resolved before it becomes a matter of affecting my credit. I'm now receiving "final payment notifications" that action will be taken from American Disposal. After 4 months of battling this issue, there still has been no resolution, and customer service is impossible to get ahold of. I highly recommend finding a different trash service.

  Again horrible company. Service is the worst I ever experienced. Constantly late or no show on trash pick up. No way to get live person always hiding behind email address. I was just shocked when I got my latest bill and raised prices again when they owe me a credit for missed pick ups.NEVER USE THIS SERVICE not sure how they are even in business still. So many bad reviews.

  Completely unreliable trash service. My neighborhood was serviced yesterday however my home and several other homes in the neighborhood were completely skipped and all of our trash cans are blue in color, assuming the trash team thought we had a different provider however, the cans read AMERICAN clear as day. I checked my security camera and its very clear the truck drives past my home and my neighbors home and you can see the man on the back of the truck signal to the driver to keep going. I called today and ******* said theyd be back out today to pickup but so far, nothing. Theres about 10 or so homes in the neighborhood with trash still at the curb and its terrible to think we have to wait another week and for this to possibly happen again. And they keep raising their prices for this inadequate service. Do not use them.

  This trash company is the worst!! They are constantly late picking up trash and NEVER answer their phones. I had my account set up auto pay and for the past two quarters they did not deduct even though the funds were available. I called and made a payment minus the $10 late fee because it wasnt my fault you didnt take the payment as scheduled and 2 weeks later they debited my account for the $10 late fee and took my trash can! I was angry at first but they can keep it because I will be happy to pay another company because the service with American is HORRIBLE!

  Horrible trash service. Consistently late pickup by 2-3 days for over 4 months. Sent texts, emails, phone calls for over a month advising of pickup day change (2 days later), and they are still 1-2 days late beyond the new day. Upon calling customer service, I was informed I would be charged for any extra bags outside of can. Customer service was rude and not helpful, no return phone call from supervisor as requested.Upon cancelling service, was advised I would be charged for 14 additional days per the invoice sent. In addition, rates have gone up from $95.70 to $117 in less than a year. Additionally, fees are assessed without resolution (only $5, but multiple times). Good riddens ADS!
