    **** has allowed me to cash many checks through ******. Now all of a sudden Ingo has a hold on my account. Ive never deposited a bad check- they are always printed and sent from my payee. My identity was verified. Im disabled and Ive been depending on the cashing my check instantly option for a long time. ****** kept telling they were doing a system update and itd be fixed soon (But never able to say when) and today come to find out its Ingo that has made it so I cant cash checks instantly now. I know I havent done anything wrong or weird or illegal - anything. Please help me get this figured out. Its hard for me to find transportation as I cant drive myself. I just dont understand why a random hold would be put on and no one contacted me to try to resolve it. So please Ingo - help.

    In October the 23 of this current year, I tried to submit a check through my bank app, they use Ingo Money for this transactions, they denied my check and permanently closed my account, I tried to get in contact with them and they only told me I will receive an email about this matter in 48hrs, which in fact affects me and my family because I need that money, in the email they only told me they can not solve my problem and will keep my account closed because it represented a risk for them, I then responded asking to review the problem because that could not be possible, I have cashed other checks of the same amount ($120) from the same person before with out any problems and they still refused to help me, now this matter is affecting me *************** only have to see the ****** reviews to see how many times they have done this to the people, every review says so similar things and its so hard to believe they are still affecting families without facing any consequences.

    Deposited a paper check through ***** who uses Ingo to process. They approved the check and sent me the final steps which was to write void on the check and send them a photo of that. I did. They refuse to release the funds. Told me to call them. I did.2.5 hours and counting on hold with no resolve. Something fraudulent is going on and they have essentially stolen my money. I cant take the check any where else as it now said void on the check and Ingo states in an email that the check is no longer valid. So wheres my money??????

    I submitted a check through ******* Cash A ************* provided by INGO MONEY. I received an email stating that my check was approved & needed to submit a photo with VOID written on the check. After doing so, I received an email from **** that my check was approved and was to received funds. I check back with *********** says that the check submitted was DENIED APPROVAL. Followed up with *********** stated they sent funds to ****** account under ***************************(AN EMAIL ADDRESS NOT BELONGING TO ME, & AN EMAIL ADDRESS ****** CONFIRMS IS NOT LINKED TO AN ACCOUNT). THEY HAVE TOLD ME I WONT RECEIVE MY FUNDS UNTIL THE ACCOUNT THEY SENT THE FUNDS TO- REFUNDS THE MONEY BACK TO ******! How am I penalized when I SUBMITTED THE CHECK THROUGH ****** & HAVE NO OPTION TO EDIT WHERE THE FUNDS GO BESIDES TO THE ****** ACCOUNT I SUBMITTED THE CHECK FROM. It has been 3 weeks & no update or solution from ****.

    To cash a check on the phone they put you through a process or whether theyre going to accept the check or not then when they decide theyre going to accept it they have you write void on the check after doing so then you gotta wait to get your money that parts usually not a problem but three times now they decided not to accept the check after writing void on it Well two out of the three times it was a very important check that I could not get another one they completely s**** you in that way they should not have you write void on a check if theyre not accepting it that is very unfair and unjust I have lost a lot of money because of them. I would like my check cashed because I cannot get another one

    i had my account in good standing for awhile then all of a sudden they closed my account for no apparent reason!!

    This company is directly exacerbating the financial difficulties of ****** customers by advertising a check deposit service as a 3rd party contractor with no accountability for denied check deposits. Where is the consumer protection from services like this they claim to provide or do something and DONT. My only thought as to why my check is being denied is that the company is seeing that I live in a ********** area being discriminatory. If not provide actual justification for why a perfectly fine check keeps being rejected.

    I worked at a Casino as a musician on Friday September 13th and tried to cash a check in my ****** app. Took two pictures front and back and the first step was approved. Second step was to write void on the front of the check then I get a message saying the check cannot get accepted. When I called on Monday morning they said I was no longer allowed to write checks because I was some kind of risk but I would be contacts within 72 hours. Never got a call back and would like to know why this happened. Ive cashed many checks on **** and this is unfair.

    Approved on 09/20/24 on transaction ID ************ via ****** and it sent an email that I needed to write VOID on the front of the check. I didnt see this email until 09/23/24 and was told more than 24 hours passed so I had to resubmit. I submitted countless times after calling and chatting at least 4 times to **************** is who last assisted me and she was so kind, but she was unable to resolve the issue. Im escalating the issue here because I expect Ingo to get the check cashed as I was already approved. I tried using ***** as well and it was declined, all through Ingo. I need this resolved since the check now says VOID on it per Ingos policy.

    I usually use ****** a service unfortunately connected to them. **** has decided to prevent me from using their check service after I was able to for years. After contacting them they had claimed they would look into it and send me an email. It took a long time to actually get that email and they decided that there was a problem. O have asked them a total of three times how to resolve this problem however they have chosen to refuse to answer me. I just want this issue solved and corrected.
