There is a tradeline listed with Trident Asset Mgt. for a paid debt from several years ago. It was my understanding talking by phone with the company that, upon payment of said collection, the tradeline would be deleted. Regrettably, I did not request written confirmation of this request. I challenged the credit reporting, but the dispute was denied. I simply request an act of goodwill to delete the tradeline so that I may rebuild my credit. Most companies do this automatically as to not be unduly punitive to struggling individuals. I ask for the tradeline to be deleted with all credit reporting entities. In looking through all of the complaints listed on the BBB website for Trident, it appears that Trident does that for others in the resolution. That is what I am seeking and I do not know why I was denied this when others receive this resolution as is demonstrated on the compaint board.Business Response
