      This is the WORST company for *********************** request. I specifically requested *********************** for 2020 through 12/2022 for a specific doctor as noted in my comments in the online request . I received everything EXCEPT from this doctor. How is that possible? This doctor left the practice and we needed one outside the practice requesting anything relating to this procedure. July 25, 2023 the *********************** were requested and when I notified them that I was missing *********************** from this doctor they said they'd submit the request and couldn't answer why they were missing. Now. SIX phone calls later to CIOX, the person on the line said I submitted my request in the wrong box even though they could see my comments requesting them. What? If I requested *********************** from date to date, why wasn't this doctor's *********************** in there? The person at CIOX said it was escalated on 8/11, even though I've called six prior times to get the ***********************. Now, with the new doctor's *********** looming, I'm not going to have the necessary information to provide the new doctor. ***************** professionalism, and common sense is dead in this industry. Good luck requesting information. Like the other poster, if I could give them 0 stars, I would.

      If I can give negative stars I would. I give 0 out of 5 stars. My mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and we initially sought ********************* out to take charge of her treatment but that fell thru. ********************* uses CIOX as their Medical Records vendor. For days now I have been trying to expedite getting my mom's records sent to some new doctors so that I can get her an appointment. At this point I have less than 2 weeks to get her into another facility to start treatment or the effectiveness of the treatment starts to decrease. CIOX employees are the most unprofessional and laziest employees that I have ever encountered.

      Sadly, this company makes their money off of not finding the records you request. They purposely deny records and charge for the "search" with each request, deny for bogus reasons and even when presented proof of the evidence of records, just do not comply. Even this morning I'm making a 4th request to **** and I'm having to work with the office manager of a facility to get the records she confirmed are there, released. Ciox by far is the worst third-party processor of records - complaints coming from both those who have hired them to manage record sets and those requesting them. Their upper management is rarely helpful, and this company NEVER reaches back out to you to follow up with resolution of a complaint or issue, (even when promising they will call back within 30 minutes) requiring instead that you call back and start the conversation over with someone new every time. And you can never talk to someone who does the actual review of records- only leave requests (that again, they will not follow up with you on). They have literally wasted more hours of my time then any other company in a similar line of business. If you're looking for a records management company, please do not choose them. Your facility will soon be associated with their poor reputation and will create headaches for you... not relief or better work flow.

      The worst company i have ever had to deal with. Good luck getting your medical records because if your dealing with Ciox you will be waiting months to years to maybe never even receiving the bills. Horrible customer service - it seems as if nobody who works there has any idea what they are doing and cannot provide you with any assistance whatsoever. They promise that they will call you back and you will never actually receive a call. I have honestly never dealt with such a poorly managed/run company and it wont surprise me one bit when they are sued/cease to exist in the near future because it is obvious this company is not competent to do its job. Its not a coincidence that almost every review on this website is one star its a joke.

      Ciox....I really don't understand how this company gets by with what they do! I work in a cancer center so when we ask for records we need them pretty quickly. So many of these health care facilities that use Ciox and pay them for their service, and I'm requesting STAT records for my patients and wait over a week for the records to come in, If then! . If they send us a request or call to get records they make sure to let us know that they have to have the records within 2 days....seriously??? So I don't recommend Ciox to anyone!

      Spoke with the rudest person when I called asking for an update on my medical record request. They butchered the pronunciation of my last name, didn't apologize when I corrected them, and kept asking for information I already provided. Gave me an attitude the whole time and hung up immediately after they answered my question.

      They repeatedly call my medical office, asking for the same chart /patient record that I have sent over a dozen times within the last year. I have sent the record to multiple faxes and even have the receipt of the fax going through, but yet they continue to call.

      Why should a company (CIOX) have access to MY body's health records and I cannot get the records myself without a ****** and paying extra. I paid for my tests with insurance and $120.00 out of my own pocket. MY body, MY money. Is *** health responsible for this?**************

      Our organization requested records and was clear in the request that we did not have a budget to pay for records. We asked that any fees that *** apply be discussed with us prior to the release of records. They ignored this request, released the records along with a $350 bill and are now attempting to collect utalizing a collections agency. **************** was unhelpful. I can't even imagine that this practice is legal.

      The customer service is beyond rude spoke to several people who had terrible attitudes and acted like they were better than me. They absolutely do not have patients best interest, protection or compassion when it comes to ill patients trying to get records for treatment 0/5 star review! Disgusted in this company!!!
