    I received a quote from this company for 100 dollars to ship my vehicle once i paid they then came back and charged me another 125 dollars upon delivery. I told then to give the money back and they said dont worry we will not charge the extra 125$ . I said ok and scheduled them to ship the car. Once the car was shipped the driver demanded 125 to release the vehicle which the mechanic payed on my behalf. I then spoke with the manager ***** and he assure me there would be a refund of my 100$. He then never sent the refund and has been dodging my calls.

    Cheap auto trans is an absolute scam. After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to contact the company. ***********************, the representative, will lie to you that the reviews are made by their competitors. I believed him and signed a $625-contract to ship a vehicle. At the same time, he calls the driver and dispatches him for $1,200. The car was not picked up on time because this company does not have any drivers. The $625 - contract was changed to $1,300, then to $1,400 and I did not have a choice but to accept because after you've paid the down-payment, cheap auto trans will change the contract and the amounts as needed. The worst part was that I was waiting for the driver with less money than I had to pay because *********************** promised more money to the driver without telling me. The driver, not knowing what was going on, loaded back the car quickly when he realized I did not have the full amount promised to him by ***********************. What an evil game? Please do not sign their contract because it's nothing but a trap to deny you from filling a bank claim.

    I signed an agreement for $900 to have my sons car shipped from ** to **. The day of pick up ******* calls me and says that the driver is late and that he will pick up the following day. Saturday comes around and he calls me and says the driver is now asking for $1300 instead of $900 because there is only 1 spot left. They were asking me to pay an additional $150 on top of the $200 I already paid and give the driver $950 in cash. Good ol bait and switch. I would stay far away from this company as it seems like no one knows what they are doing. The customer support person began to talk about the owner ***** and how his wife was in the hospital and had a baby and he was excited for the baby. WTF are you talking about? What does that have to do with anything? The customer service person then calls me and says you can negotiate directly with the driver. He gives me another # and its his ***** sitting next to him and says " I am the driver". I'm like, it sounds like you are in a call center. He then says, well actually I am in the dispatch center. I'm like, I thought you just said you were the driver? Let's report this company and band together to get them out of business. I am requesting my $200 back!

    I am writing this complaint in regards to the Cheap Auto Trans Company. This company has my vehicle information put out on the dispatch website for $1,300. However, I have never signed any kind of contract with this company. I am unaware they got my information, as I am not familiar with this Company. At this time i'm working on shipping my vehicle with ******************** However, they are unable to find any drivers for the price we have agreed upon do to this company posting my vehicle for almost $400 dollars more than what I signed with ******************** My desired resolution, is for this company to take my information down as soon as possible.

    On 2 March 2023, an agreement was made between myself and CheapAutoTrans to ship my vehicle from ******* ******** to ********* ********** for a grand total of $1050 to include an initial deposit of $250 reducing the price upon receipt of the vehicle to $800. On 20 Mar 2023, Big ************** contacted me stating the price upon delivery was $950 and not $800. Big ************** instructed me to contact CheapAutoTrans if I had concerns. CheapAutoTrans is not answering my phone calls for resolution .For the breach of the initial agreement between myself and CheapAutoTrans, I request a refund on $150 from the deposit paid to CheapAutoTrans back to my account used to purchase the service to account for the increase in price CheapAutoTrans contracted without my agreement and consent.Date of Agreement: 2 March 2023 Card Number Used: (last four) **** Order Number: ******** *************************** *************************

    Gave $175 down payment on 02/02/23. Was told to give the remainder to driver in person in cash ($371) on 2/21/23 1:30pm. At 2:45pm driver was not there. I called ******** who I made agreement with. ******** said... We are too busy....If you want a driver there today you must pay $575. Driver might be there by 6pm. I said I have a flight home at 7pm so just call the deal off. ******** said she would refund my deposit 3 different times. 2/21, 2/24, 3/2. Now it is 3/7/23. I still have not recieved my $175 refund for the truck transport service I never received by Cheap Auto Transport.NEVER EVER choose this company. THEY ARE A SCAM!!

    On 02/06/2023 ********************* from Cheap Auto Trans reached out to us and offering to transport my girlfriend vehicle **** ****** highlander , We agree he would trasnport on 02/20/2023 for $450 with a deposit of $150 paid 02/06/2023, We paid $150 ******************** and the vehicle was not picked up, we called ********************* several times and he gave us excuses and promises, he eventually stop answerng our calls, We the reach out to the office in ************************************************************ and they gave us the run around also. we demanded a refund and they refused to also, then on 03/02/2023 the went and picked up the car and the driver is holding on to the car telling us we have a balance of $650 plus storage fees of $150 per day before delivery, please help us to get our car and i have no problem paying the balance of $300, thank you in advance,

    I hired them to transport my ************************************** **. They quoted me $740 to do so. After I signed a contract and they made attempts they came back with $950 was the cheapest they could do. I told them that since they quoted me $740 that's what I'll pay. After about 6 hrs they gave up. The representative that I was talking to said it's impossible to find a driver for that price. He then informed me that I can go through someone else. So I started making arrangements with another company. The representative of this company informed me that cheap Auto trans had my truck on the transport board offering drivers $1200. Now they have another employee jamming up my transport. No one will touch it for less than $1200. I sent him screenshots of the other employee ****** telling me he can't find a transport and I was free to go with another co. This new employee **** refuses to take my truck off the transport board. He says they have a signed contract and I have to go with them! I said if you can transport my truck for $740 I will. **** is no longer responding to my msgs yet he still hasn't removed his msg on the transport board. Any help would be greatly appreciated if you need anything else please let me know.

    Cheap Auto Trans contacted me in regards to an inquiry about shipping my car, in December of 2022 I signed a contract on January 3rd 2023 stating I would pay a total estimate of $900 to ship the car and to pay $200.00 for a deposit and the remainder which was $700.00 will be paid when they drop the car off. They not only picked up my car 4 days late on 1/11/23 but when it was time to drop the car off they told me it was going to be $1100 and I have the contract stating it would only be $700.00 and they told me that if I paid the $1100 they would refund me the remaining of $400. They did a breach of contract and now they are refusing to refund the $400.00. Ive waited for the refund they promised and its never returned I want my money back. This company lacks integrity and do a bait and switch!!

    They promised one price want after I signed the contract they call me to tell different price , not even in writing so after you negotiate for the second time they didnt provide no invoice and once they driver came to drop off the car he was expecting two hundred more , I call the company they say they will fix it and call the driver , never did so I had to pay the driver another 200 hundred 800 total and then this cheap auto transport did not fix it
