      Delta is the worst there customer service in Salt Lake is Terrible they treated me like it was my fault they missed my connection flight where I was forced to wait 24hrs to catch the next flight I could have drove home in 3 hours they wouldn't comp me a compact rental car to get me home or get me a room instead I was forced to try to sleep on a hard floor that was cold and noisie they ruined my wife's bday something I can never get back

      We recently had a flight that and ** really disappointed with how the whole this was handled. My husband and I, along with a large portion of our friends wedding party had booked a non stop flight to PVR. We booked EARLY, then months after booking we were told it had been canceled and we were changed to a two leg flight with a three hour layover each way, which led to us taking further time off work due to the scheduling and having to find an extra day of childcare for our child. What Im upset about is that there were no non stop flights offered to us after that was what we paid for and the timing was extra inconvenient considering even though you offered us a refund, any other flight comparable at the time of notice was over $700 more than we originally paid. This is the definition of predatory business practices. I called and spoke to a representative who told me its in their terms and conditions apparently and can do this WHENEVER they want which makes me really fearful to ever book with delta again (would love to give you a last name or employee ID number but she wouldnt give me anything else to identify her by.) Due to the two legs on the way back from Mexico I have an incredible amount of lower back pain from the basic economy seat I had. I need to go to a chiropractor. Lastly, I heard back from a customer service rep who told me when you purchase basic economy your seat isnt guaranteed. So theyre basically holding my money for nothing. This should be illegal.

      I've flown Delta before, but this time around ********** and Ms. ********** made my day, actually my birthday really special! Flight Dl5172. I thank you both again! And Appreciate You! If you happen to be on their flight they are good peoples!

      Delta changed my flights to over 2 hours earlier meaning we could no longer get a ride to airport and had ot get a new hotel on return leg (original is none refundable), their answer pretty much tough!

      Delta lost my baggage for over 3 weeks, I am a make-up artist and needed to buy replacement items.A supervisor told me I should spend no more than$3800, then the claims person after making submit receipts 4 times and creating a pdf, would not honour this amount and would only compensate for less than a third of what I spent.....bad service, bad everything

      My flight on 31JAN23 got delayed by 6hr and 35 minutes. When I come to the ticket counter at ******** airport raising my concern that I would miss my connecting flight to ********* and that I need to be there before 2PM to pick up my relative from the hospital. The agent snorted at me and said well you just need to make arrangement for your relative That is the most rude and terrible thing to say for a customer service rep. ********************** air counter agent display the same disinterest in helping or answering customers question or concerns at *************** also. I will never book delta air again and will make sure my family and friend do too. Flight AA they have more respect for their customer

      My flight was delayed by three hours causing me to miss my destination and a very important meeting. When I went to the customer service service desk in ******* to ask them if they can just pull my bag since I have now missed my flight and I will just stay in ******* since I live there, the customer service rep named was rude and told me I would have to pay for fed ex to retrieve my bag or make my own arrangements, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told ******* she was coming I could see her across the booth and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for her to acknowledge me but she was conversing with other team mates. I have flown this airline for years and use to like this airline and have never experienced this type of issue very disappointed

      Delta did not ship my checked bag on the same airplane that I flew, and I did not learned of the fact until I landed back in **. If delta is able notify you of flight delay or gate change, then delta should able let you know your bag is not there and why. Even if you call and report a lost, delta still will not notify you when the baggage arrived to it final destination. You get compensation after 5 days of waiting. I have baby formula that my kid needs, and all I want is to be inform and a quick solution. I also want Congress, FTC, and other track the issue. I suspect my bag is a victim of business cargo priority, if so the customer should be inform and property compensate.
