      Delta Airlines (flight DL85) mishandled all 4 of our checked-in suitcases on Jan 2. Despite filing a baggage claim and being assigned a claim number, my luggage has not been returned to me for over 24 days. I was traveling from ****** to ***** to *******. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered that my 4 luggages had not made it on the flight. I immediately filed a baggage claim and was assigned a claim number. To this day, 1 luggage shows as being in ******* but has not been returned to me, despite multiple phone calls, emails, and even 2 visits to the airport. I have been informed that my luggage is currently located in one of Delta's ******* warehouse but have not been allowed to visit that location to reclaim my property. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Delta Airlines in this matter. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience, as I have been without essential items for an extended period of time.

      I was on DL3581, they said enjoy your wifi, but wifi was on not working. I looked over the next person, he was having same issue. This is not the first time.

      Worst airline I have ever used. Flight attendants were rude to you if you fall asleep during flight. This is un acceptable behavior. I had fallen asleep due to the fact that I had just had an extremely long layover due to them canceling my flight and then delaying it 2 times. This was after having a long flight from ***** to ********************. Will never fly Delta again or recommened to anyone else. In fact I will diacourage anyone I know who is thinking of using this airline.

      I was on flight 789 from ****** to *** on January 9 of this year. Although I don't have status on Delta I do on several other airlines so I often sit in the exit row (and had to pay for that on Delta, no problem. Since I'm polite and often in this position I witness many passengers ignore the flight attendants and observe many flight attendants getting very annoyed. On this particular flight I did something I never do, and dozed off. I gather the flight attendant, ***, either had no luck waking me up the civil way (or didn't try) and a slapped me on the shoulder, embarrassing me in front of other passengers. It's a good thing I tend to avoid federal charges and wanted to get home, or I would have slapped him back. I filed the complaint real time with Delta chat while still parked at the gate and the response was "I read your text, what is it that you want?" When I pushed back she then said "do you want to file a complaint or a refund? " I should have said "both and then there is the 3rd, legal option." More than the stupidity of the Delta employee letting an annoyance make him do something totally inappropriate, was their response. I've since filed another complaint and have heard nothing.

      On December 8, 2022, I took a flight from *** to *** - DL ****, for a bike race. Upon arrival, we drove from ****** to ***********, ** where I opened up my bike and built it the next day. there was an impact on the carbon rear left seat stay where the airline had clearly damaged the frame. The weekend was busy, so I noted it and contacted Delta the following week. Delta denied my claim because it was not immediately reported. I did not know about this policy but Delta claims it is written when you book a ticket. My partner booked our tickets and didn't see such a policy, but I cannot agree to a policy if I myself didn't book tickets. This business practice is unfair and slimey. Now, Delta has damaged a $2,899.00 bicycle frame that I have to replace. I have issued a DOT complaint as well as this one. Next up, I'll be going to small claims. Do not fly Delta with any baggage that you do not want damaged, as I have flown on 20+ flights with this bicycle and bike bag on all other airlines, United, Southwest, even Frontier, and they did not damage it.

      Delta delayed my flight by 3 hours. On the day of the delay, they entered into their system that the flight landed earlier than it did. My husband and I noticed that the flight said arrived on screen while we were still in the air. Also, i was supposed to attend my cousins wedding and I lost several deposits for makeup, hair, etc. due to Deltas 3 hour delay. When I emailed Delta customer service ************************* responded that my flight was NOT delayed 3 hours and she would NOT be compensating me for any inconvenience or missed deposits. I wanted to add a photo of the email from Delta/****** in this review, but there is not a place to add it. Deltas customer service is poor and theyre expensive. If you want customer service that *****, you may as well fly Southwest. Their service ***** but their prices are cheap. Delta is expensive and has customer service agents that hate their job. So the customers have to suffer.

      Customer service response times "may exceed 45 days in some instances." Wow, that would be nice. It's been 4+ months and I don't have any answers, not even a single communication from them since I opened my case.

      I had a very uncomfortable 4 hour delta flight. The flight attendants kept rubbing the trash bag against my arm every time they walked by and they announced we couldnt adjust our seats and not to ask attendants on how to adjust the seats but upon arrival it was announced to pul seats up if adjusted. I just was not impressed with the service and when I told the pilot about it he said nothing and the flight attendants comment was well theres alot of that in the dark Im not sure what he meant by that but I actually did see both of them walk past me and not rub the trash bag on the arm of the person in front of me.

      was the worst experience I ever had. I am 19 Yrs first time travelling alone from College to home ( ****** to ******** ) With weather issues yes not much was under control . I reached on my last leg around 5 PM PST in ******* ( After so many cancelation ) . My next flight to final destination ( *** ) was 7:56 PM . They keep delaying the flight till 1:45 AM and finally announced that flight is canceled. Really. They did not book me to any flight . My parent immediately booked tkt for next available flight at 7:30 AM for a premium price of $ 520. Early Morning When I reached to the counter, I was told they can't do any thing even though my original tkt was till ***. So boarded the flight on my new tkt and saw empty seats. It is just ridiculous when Airline try to make money and not care their Customer. My parents have to shelve out $ ****************** from SEA to *** even though I already had a tkt upto ***. What a Shame !!!! . This is my original confirmation code and this one is the new code I travelled with from ******* to *** . Let us see what is the impact of giving feedback. Any one listening customer pain points !!!!!

      Delta delayed our Christmas vacation that we had been looking forward to all year. We are physicians and it is incredibly hard to get off work so this was a well deserved vacation. I was informed 8 hours before we were supposed to leave that our flight would be delayed and we would be missing our connection. They over booked their flights so they couldn't get us on another one for 2 whole days. This on top of paying double the price for a ticket compared to last year. The delta representative told me that I need to email customer service and they will reimburse me for all our reservations we had to pay for but couldn't make it because of delta. They emailed me back stating they don't pay for anything pre-paid..... so not only did we miss work, were two days late to our destination but we also had to pay for our airbnb and rental car that we didn't get to use. They also made me pay for a hotel in ******* that we weren't expecting to need to stay at. ******* has the absolute worst airlines in the world. How is this a good business model, this screws over either the people flying or the other businesses we are trying to support by booking a car and place to stay. Delta has been bailed out how many times??? and are they providing a horrible service to their customers? They need to be accountable for the losses they cause even if it were with airline miles. This is not a good business and the better business bureau needs to do something about this because as a single person we have absolutely no power. Please help the American people have a voice and not get financially raped by large corporations.
