      Absolutely horrid. Never been on a round trip with them without having my bag lost at least one way. They're also IMPOSSIBLE to contact, and if you miraculously get through to them, they won't even attempt to do anything to help you.

      I've seen odd issues and bad connections before. I used to travel a lot for work. Today I had the worst experience I have ever had with any airline. Cancelations, delays and no one willing to help rectify the issue. They actually told me they had no possible flights for days and even then would not put me in hotel till next flight. No one cared about this, the only thing you get from employees are blank stares. I don't expect to be seen as important as any other person but I would like to be respected. They sure are good at taking and processing your money though. Maybe they would understand if we could add some delays to that process. I will do everything in my power to never use them again.

      Very unfortunate experience with delta. They used to be the best. Now after 2 canceled flights a broken plane and horrible communication they are trying to charge me more for a seat on a later flight. How is a booked and delayed customer not a priority in this situation? Is there no obligation to make good on the reservation I had or as close as possible? I am now 2 days late arriving and there is not even a meal voucher offered.

      I needed to change my flight and kept getting an error message that I needed to contact the third party vendor when Im fact I used the delta app so there is no third party. So I get in contact with customer service who simply hung up on me and now I get to wait another hour to get a hold of someone. They dont know or simply dont care how they treat their customers. You can have the best airline which its actually pretty good, but if you have poor customer service then it means nothing.

      Delayed for 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, then Cancelled! Caused me over $1,000 in Hotel cost! Also, Delta rebooked me for a connecting flight which takes the next whole day ??! Fking flight crews s**** my wifes BD! No Mercy! ??

      Each flight we take with Delta is always delayed. After a long international flight from ****** to ***, we were greeted with the news that our flight has been delayed for nearly an hour and 10 minutes. So now where we would have landed in Richmond at 23:10 we are not going to land until nearly 1am in the morning the following day. You pay a lot of money for these flights and if I knew this would be the flight time would have chosen a different airline.

      Having my ticket for 2 1/2 months and then get a notification that my flight is cancelled a day before departure is a bad sign, but telling me unless I want "Ecredit" for some other random flight, I would have to wait months for a refund. and Delta is supposed to be a better one? lol. customer service is a joke. the only option for reviews is on review sites with zero merit or BBB. Unless you use TripAdvisor...but no ****** reviews for the airline industry?they are fraudulent. and remember if you buy "cancel insurance " even though its on their website and it is an itemized product for you to put in your cart before checkout ( even if they cancel YOU).....its NOT refundable.

      As a senior citizen,I was stranded by Delta Airlines 15 hours at *********** after completing a 13 hours flight on Delta.I encountered very poor customer service at Delta offices at JFK and later from the ******* head office.The FAA had acknowledged the problem with Delta Airlines.To be stranded for so many hours can be considered cruel and in-human.Delta head office had never communicated or apologized for stranding a Senior Citizen for so many hours.

      I will never choose Delta airlines ever again, I have removed it from my Amex choice of airlines and made a vow never to fly with them again. I booked a Delta One round trip flights and still have to pick up my luggage in between trips despite of me calling them in advance and I was told there will be no problem but still during my actual flight, I still have to go pick it up then bring it to the check in counter again. Then when I was at the *** line to check in I was told to line up despite of me being a Delta One customer, the uniformed personnel let me line on the non delta one line up(second class) and when I got to the counter, the check in person said that I should be on the Priority Delta one line. I felt like there was a discrimination despite of me paying the most expensive fare in the airline industry to. Delta Airline is not a good airline after all. I was so disappointed.

      Their airline and their flight attendants are always excellent for me but their customer service and website is nothing short of the biggest chore I've ever had to deal with as far as airlines are concerned. I've been told different information from several agents on more than one occasion, and when I tell them over and over again that I'm seeing a different thing from the website than what they're seeing, the agent said "I'll take Delta's word since I work here and no offense but I think I know how to handle the website better". What a joke. I was so excited about getting their platinum card but I'll be sure to cancel it after next year.
