      While the plane staff is always great the corporation shows zero focus on customer service by dropping the ******* flight and make those who travel from ****** to **********, **. Routed through *******. Please bring back the ******* flight

      Waited in two different lines for an hour. Finally made it to check our one bag and was told we were to late. Made us catch another flight because Delta didnt have enough check-in lines. Never again

      Always had a good flight with Delta, however the cleaning after flights needs to be improved. Was not impressed when I looked down to grab my seat belt and the gross food crumb collection in between the seats starring back at me. Other then that we always fly with Delta, the staff have always been pleasant to me and I love the complimentary snack and beverage and movie or games options!

      Flights from h*** Our vacation began with a rude Delta employee charging us $250 because our suitcase was 6 inches over regulation. The bag was under the 50lb limit, she refused to show us the rule she was quoting in writing and told us we could pick another airline if we did not like her rule.We upgraded to comfort plus and we had no TV on our flight but everyone else did.Upon landing at *** we were stuck on the plane for an hour because the ramp had mechanical failures.Our return flight was delayed, first due to weather and then due to Delta not having a pilot to fly the plane, they kept us waiting 4.5 hours gave us a meal voucher right before the plane left, so we could not use the voucher.At our final destination the bags arrived at one carousel and the other bags which we waited for at one carousel for 45 minutes were circling at a different carousel and no one informed us of this.I will never fly Delta again. Terrible service

      Back in 2020 I had scheduled a flight, paid $359, then when ***** was spreading we decided to cancel the flight. Delta had sent out an email saying they would not give refunds but I would be able to use an ecredit later. Fine. I am trying to use this ecredit now. I see a flight I want for $265.00. So then I go to use my ecredit and all the sudden that same flight is now $555, which includes the so called credit. This is a complete scam. No matter what Delta will keep my original $359 and **** up the prices of ALL flights so that it doesnt matter that I have an ecredit or not. I will never book through Delta again, even if it is the cheapest price. I am completely disgusted.

      Horrible website and near fraudulent points system for using miles. Wont let me update my information to correct my birthdate after I already called and spent an hour on the phone with customer service. Tricks you into upgrading - website takes hours to navigate. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

      Horrible customer service experience. I am a Delta Medallion member. I wanted to purchase a Comfort seat and was told that they were holding them and would NOT let me purchase one of them. I was traveling with a pet and had to board last and then had to check my luggage. Dishonest business practices.

      Awful.. I can't log into my account. I can't change my email and someone has hijacked my account. Customer service is non existent. There is seemingly nobody I can speak to that can help me. They have all of my info and they refuse to help me.
