      Delta stole my money and refuse to give me a refund. I'm not a person who travel because I can afford to. So I finally saved up to take a trip and book a flight and was told I could upgrade for ***** so I did. Well had to change the dates and ended up paying another 30$ to do so and was told my upgrade was not transferable or refundable. That hurt me so bad I lost that much money. I will never fly delta again if I have to pay for it

      What a joke. So my fiance and I booked the flight 6 months in advance because it is extremely difficult for us both to take off work. She is a banker, and i work in EMS. We both got approved for 2 weeks in December for our anniversary trip and not to mention, she is from there and hasnt been back since she moved to ******* 13 + years ago. Delta decided that for *their* convenience, they would take the liberty of adjusting our flight to have a 5 hour layover in ********. I specifically set up the flight so that it would be direct, not a 10 - 12 hour experience. Her family is supposed to meet us at the airport, and rolling in at midnight on 12/1 is not going to work for them. We also booked a rental to be picked up on 12/1 and this causes obvious problems with that too. I called, the first representative was very ***** and not empathetic to the situation at all, so i asked to be transferred to a manager. The manager, ****, was also extrodinarily ***** and refused to do anything about it. He said the only thing he was willing to do would be to either schedule us on a flight later in the day for less layover time (but still landing at midnight) or push our trip back a whole day to the following day. Major inconvenience considering the car situation, its our anniversary, and the fact that when i book a flight - it is booked for what works with our schedule. I dont book it to be chopped and screwed around for the airlines convenience. When i asked mr. **** for a partial refund or a voucher/upgrade, he would not do it and again was very *****. To put it bluntly, ill not be flying delta in the future and ill be sure to share my experience everywhere i am able to review this airline/anytime anyone in my life brings up wanting to take a trip anywhere. GREAT job delta, you have some amazing ways of s******* people around. I hope you go bankrupt again.

      WORST BUSINESS CLASS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I flew with DL709 from ****** to ******* on *****. When I was checking in, the counter downgraded me from business to coach without any explanation. If I didnt raise it, the counter didnt even bother telling me. Then no explanation, just try to give me a $200 voucher. I paid over $600 for the ticket. U can easily find an economy seat for less than $200. How can you do that!? And the nightmare continued. They then forced me to check in my carry on at the gate and scratched a new Rimowa which cost me $900 just 1 month ago. Then just I thought it couldnt get worse, it did. I then had a connecting flight from ******* to ******** with DL283. I paid around $8000 for delta one, which is supposed to be the premium service. When I got to ********, my only piece of check-in luggage was still in *******!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Whats the point of paying premium price only to get shittier service than economy!!??

      BEWARE DELTA DEFRAUDS THEIR CUSTOMERS . When I booked my ticket checked bag is FREE it also says this on my receipt , on the day of the flight they charged me for the check in bag even after I showed them proof. If it wasn't free they should not have said it was and I would not have checked my bag. Stay away this company scams their customers

      Worst airline to travel on. Bought main cabin tickets and was treated like dirt. Constantly rude to customers and customer support is awful.

      I used to love Delta airlines. The most on time airline. That WAS their slogan. Alas, no more. 11/21/22, hours went by as my flight was delayed and delta chose to provide no update. As a response, they cancelled the flight and said, sorry you missed time with your friends and family, as a repayment, we can offer you $250 if you choose not to take the flight we cancelled and rescheduled. Now, where I grew up, this is called, being an a****** My company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars every year on travel. And delta cant do the little things right? Seriously? All that money from the govt and you still find ways to s**** over the little guy? **** should be ashamed. And I pray, I PRAY, for anyone that has to deal with CSR **** ******** No empathy. No professionalism. NO consideration. Do better, Delta.

      The microphone system was not working for this gate, so it was difficult to hear the MC. However, after the 4 transitions already from my trip with Delta, I had a decent orientation to the flow of how/who boards. I was main gate 2, so I knew I was last. Main Gate boarding was listed, so I approached the line to board. The woman working the gate had me scan my ticket for a second time, so I did. As I was approaching the hallway, she grabbed my luggage out of my hand and told me it needed to be checked. "I don't want to check my luggage" was my response. She threatened me, "You can check your luggage or find another flight." I expressed that I didn't understand as we're allowed carry-on bags. At the beginning of my trip on another day I witnessed staff offer early boarding for anyone willing to check their luggage. This time around, I didn't hear anything like that. As the woman proceeded to tag my bag, she went on an on about the microphone/speaker not working. I expressed how I understood that, and noticed, but "What do I do with my bag? Do I leave it here? Take it on?" At this point she was yelling at me to take it on board. "Thank you for the orientation, and the attitude" was my response. I was out of my mind ****** off at the abusive, threatening, and unprofessional behavior I just experienced. While on board, I spoke with a flight attendant about the situation. He explained that there was zero communication from the plane to the gate about the matter. The woman made an executive decision without following communication leads from the plane. The flight attendant offered his sincere apologies and encouraged me to file a complaint. I called and spoke with Delta the day of, filed a formal electronic complaint less than 48 hours later, and am now here. Personally, if I were a manager, I would fire that person period. The higher me suggests 1) a write up, 2) probation, and 3) professional development in customer service with no more room for such wanton conduct.

      Delta is currently a I don't really care airline.Just try to get your luggage on a flight that originates from ******* and doesn't show up for a First Class ticket. They could care less on the arrival end of the flight as well.

      This is my first airplane flight. I have a medical condition and can not tolerate long delays. I got a flight to ******* from ********* with a 45 minute delay in *******, **. The ********* trip was delayed and caused me not to catch my next flight. I ended up with a 3 hour delay and they put me in the regular seating, not the comfort seat and by the window that I originally ordered. I said no! They never once apologized for my inconvenience but instead ***** at counter B32 he said what about the people that are already seated that we cant move them. He was rude and unprofessional . But I can be moved and just **** it up. I called Delta and spoke with a ****** and she said I could take another flight and longer delay or take a seat at the end. If I had drove to ****** ******* it would have taken the same amount of time. Whatever you do dont go with Delta!!!!

      Changed our flight 3 times in less than a month. Also had upped our seats to Delta plus and on the final change none were avilable. Refused to reimburse our upgrade payment, flew economy. Ripped us off for our upgrade and they made the changes, not us.
