      Pros: -Comfortable airline seats -Great snacks on flights -Good selection of in-************ -Great customer service Cons:-No flyer points for basic economy seats (they call their points miles). -Could be more leg room -Biggest con of all is that their miles points do not equate to actual miles. I downloaded the app and jumped through numerous hoops to get some miles, only to find out the 500 mile bonus did not mean I had 500 miles I could fly. A typical flight about 600 miles away costs about ****** of their dumb miles points.

      I flew out of ******** ** this afternoon to return to ******* **. I arrived at the airport 3hrs early because the airlines request 2hrs prior so I figured an hour earlier for good measure. The plane was delayed 10min, once we pushed off we sat an additional 15-20min on the tarmac. Once landed in ********* we had to wait for a plane to get out of the way. I got off the plane and headed to gate 81, 15-20min according to the airport signs. Once at the gate the reader board said boarding . The individuals at the gate said the flight was closed and proceeded to find me another flight. After a couple minutes the best that could be done is tomorrow morning at 7:00am. They handed me the tickets and I went to the window and the plane was still there. I checked their app and verified my luggage was on board. They knew I was on the plane from ********, they knew of the delays yet they couldnt wait a couple more minutes after I waited for them. You think they would have given me some type of compensation, the very least a food voucher being I am spending 14hrs here. Costumer Service is a thing of the past.

      My family flies with a handicap. I called to get assistance on this matter, and the associate did not properly help coordinate a plan to accommodate our families disability. Main point; because of our disability we miss one of our connections and could not complete our "round trip" flight. Not one single associate would take a moment to assist us, but instead redirected us to a landline phone.The associates were not in the least bit helpful as they were too busy with their tasks to assist customers.My family was stranded at an airport for 11 hours with a disabled child.The company did not fulfill their "round trip" agreement, and canceled the ticket. Reserving the right not to reimburse the customer for any incompleted flights. Prospect customers, please be wary.

      On June 5, 2022, my experience flying Delta. I wanted to reach out and notify someone how disappointed I was when trying to reach my connecting flight. I downloaded the Delta App, started getting familiar with using it. I did notice that I received a text message letting me know that the flight was boarding. However, when I reached **************, no text and we all had to run to the bathroom and like that the flight was gone. I am not sure if the time through me off on my phone to load when arrived. The part that really gets me is once I noticed we missed it, I reached out to Delta customer service on the phone. I explained what happened and the agent informed me that the ticket purchased was through a third-party company, she couldnt do anything to help. She suggested to call the agency I purchased the tickets from and see if there was anything they could do. So, I walked over the Delta customer service and stood in a very long line. While I was waiting in line, I contacted my travel agent. I explained the incident and asked if they could help in any way. The gentleman I spoke with was confused on why I was calling them and why this representative would give me instruction to call them. While waiting in line, Delta had a cancellation with a different flight. They were handing out hotel vouchers. Therefore, caused the ridiculous wait time in a line that seemed to be a mile long. My travel agent was able to find a flight right before I made it to the Delta counter. I would need to pay another $1,577.00 to board, so here I am out $2,463.00 plus the additional $1,577.00. I am now in unbelievable shock! Here I am stuck in ********************** with no other options. So of course, I reacted with no choice but to pay again. Before I could speak to the Delta agent my card was charged for the new flight. Everything was happening so instantaneous. I didnt sense like I had any choice. Then the Delta agent mentions to me that she just needed to put us on stand-by.

      Delta airlines will "lose" your luggage and waste your time. 3 months of arguments and Delta will finally compensate you by paying a fraction of what your property is worth. NEVER FLY WITH DELTA AIRLINES!!

      A giant word of caution to everyone out there! Before you are duped big time into buying DELTA Comfort Plus Class ----HAHAHA you are out of your minds crazy!!! How do I know that you ask because my family did! Here is what you actually get for all of that extra money you spent: You get the most awful selection of alcohol anyone you ever want to consume! Winein a can that is so bitter that you cannot take more than 3 tiny sips, if you can stomach that much.I really want to know hey DELTA where are the upgraded snacks? Because they were not on any of our 6 (indeed I said 6 flights!) Also I was freezing and according to the DELTA website under "COMFORT PLUS " it clearly says complimentary pillow and blanket! When I asked my flight attendant for ***************** and blanket, she looked at me like I was from another planet and said: " We don't have any pillows or blankets Ma'am. Just in case anyone should want to know our flights were on: Wednesday, September 21ST, 2022. The first flight was DELTA # **** going from ******** TO ***********; the second was DELTA FLIGHT #**** going from *********** TO ***; the third was DELTA #**** GOING TO ******. The fourth was DELTA #DL523 GOING FROM **** ****** TO ***; The fifth was DELTA #DL1145 going from *** TO ************** and the final FLIGHT WAS DELTA #**** BACK TO ********. Our family spent thousands of dollars more just to get the extras of "COMFORT PLUS"! Was it worth it? Considering we never received what was promised in their own description, I would say a big and huge h*** no! You can all think that I am whining and whatever, but I want what I was promised and what I paid for.There is no more leg room in COMFORT PLUS than in Economy! Whaaat? Nope! Basically the only difference is that you get seated a tiny bit quicker. Same drinks and snacks. There are no pillows as advertised. However if you have a longer flight you will get very thin and blue hospital like small throw. In no way can it ever be compared to a "bl

      Absolutely terrible customer service. Flight canceled and no assistance whatsoever from Delta at the airport. Stranded and needed to make hotel reservations and travel to hotel as well as a differentairportthe next day. Vouchers declined due to cancelation being out of their control.

      I requested reimbursement for the cost of our hotel accommodations of ****** (****** x4; there were 9 people in our party). Request was denied. I also requested reimbursement for ****** (30.00x5) for baggage fees that were paid twice, once for the canceled flight and again for the flight we took the next day. 5 fees since there were 5 people on our reservation. The other 4 were on a separate reservation. These fees have not even been addressed. I filed my original complaint at the end of July. I had to resubmit my request at the end of October since I had no response to my original request.

      If I could give these sleeze ***** a 0 or negative review I would. Absolute pieces of s*** Father in law passed away could go not on my honey moon because of the funeral. What do they do?charge me $200 cuz I had to cancel my flight?????? Get the absolute f*** out of this world. You f***** a** corporation!

      Delta cancelled my flight and made me rebook it. Now I have 2 stop instead of one and it has added 8+ hours to my total travel time. I specifically paid extra when I bought my tickets for only ONE stop and 22 hours travel time, vs longer but cheaper options. When I tried to ask for compensation of any kind I was told again and again that they could only refund me or re-book me. (There were no one-stop flights at this point, and now ticket prices were extremely high as we were under a month to the date of departure). We basically lost a full working day, which will cost me a full day of pay, just to get to my destination on time to attend a wedding. Even apart from that, the re-booking took FOREVER and the person on the chat was super unhelpful/ incompetent. Very disappointing. Shocked that this is legal.
