      It is really sad to remember Delta being one of the best and to think about where it is today. I haven't even been able to book a flight since they continue to give me the run around. They also do not have a good feedback or response system with very general responses that don't actually resolve any issues.I have an ecredit with them that I have been for weeks trying to use. They continue to place me on hold for over an hour to only transfer to another agent for another hour hold in which I either have to spend another our on hold or give up $800+As one of their agents (**** from **************) told me, 'well you are not forced to use them.' She is right. I will never again go on Delta as long as I can help it.

      My $4300 Delta return trip from Europe 8/22 was awful, no WiFi connection and landed at *** late, unable to reach my family. I had to retrieve my luggage myself find and pay for a cart. Travel to another part of airport to be told my connecting flight was canceled. Faced with an option of waiting until following day or travel to another airport in ***. After a long trip and unable to reach my family I was forced to load my luggage and travel by a shared uber van to another airport trying to get home. The response from KT Delta Customer Care was: Flight delayed due to late arriving equipment. Requested a partial refund on my return fair but to date my request has gone unanswered.

      Great Flight from ******* to ******** ** Very professional cabin crew and pilots were very informative Great service Every time i Fly Delta Im Fling back to ******* on wed night the 21st and in sure that will be another great experience Thanks Delta Airlines

      Ive been with Delta for 35 years and was a medallion member. My plane at LAS was delayed for 1 hour for a minor technical difficulty. Asked the flight attendant and the arrival gate attendant to let the connecting gate know I would be late, but would be there before departure. They both said the departure gate wouldnt listen so no point. I made it to the connecting gate 10 min before departure and watched them close the door. They wouldnt let me on the plane. Were all just cattle to delta these days. May as well just go with the best, cheapest flight when I travel from now on. If Im just a commodity, so is Delta. Seats are small, in flight entertainment kept crashing and they talk on the PA way too much making it impossible to enjoy it anyway.

      My mother-in-law was critically ill and we found out that Delta has a special “medical emergency flight” number. We called the number, a kind and compassionate woman answered the phone right away (no automated prompts!) and got my husband a discounted flight that left early the next morning. Because of this, my husband was able to be at his mother’s side when she passed away only a few hours after he arrived. We are so grateful that Delta offers such a compassionate service. In contrast, I had first called United and waited on hold for 30 minutes and the person I spoke to said I would have to buy an expensive full price ticket. I could write a letter to ask for a discount and they might refund part of the ticket price. No thanks United! So thank you Delta for having a policy that brought comfort and peace to our family during a very difficult time.

      I was on flight **** to ******* back on June 1st headed to ******* the flight was canceled till next day told to pick up luggage check it in the next morning use same voucher and that the luggage would be checked in went the next morning was charged an additional 40 dollars which by the way was ********************************************* the luggage been asking why they said it's the way the system works several other people behind me was able to recheck there luggage in at no additional charge told to call customer service and they would reimburse me been trying and customer service keeps giving me a run around 40 dollars what's that its 40 dollars it's the principle of the fact that Noone cares or responds yes I get being backed up but it's been over 3 Mos and nothing reimbursed I waited on hold for 1 hour and 30 min today and was told I chose delta airlines and this is the process why would anyone choose this airline who cares nothing about there customers as they state and I have to wait even longer for someone to get in touch with me he even said my case was closed good luck if anyone has any issues with this airline you will never get a response or your money back

      Delta Airlines is horrific and should be reviewed for ethical standing with BBB. They kept us on tarmac with no valid reason except for minor issues for 4hrs. Advised over and over just waiting for approval to take off, as all surrounding flights took off without a hitch. Then said they had to do a manual countdown due to electronical countdown not working. Then Advised we would be returning back to gate where we would be updated with flight status. When we arrived the gate staff was RUDE, NASTY, UNINFORMATIVE, INCONSIDERATE. Yelling at customers. I have incurred additional costs due to Delta (for parking, hotel and cab). Did not advise on vouchers applicable to delayed flight and refused assistance. Left us pretty much stranded. Referenced me to check my emails. However, my phone died while waiting idle due to no charging ports on the aircraft. Finally said flight canceled due to weather. However, there were no weather issues until 11pm. Our take off was scheduled 7:59pm. After all of this... then entered the flight as NONREFUNDABLE. I usually travel jet blue and do not have this issue. However, speaking with some other customers this a regular occurrence with Delta.

      We have a 500 credit with Delta airlines through Orbitz but when we wanted to use it, the price of the tickets was inflated $500. This is a scam. All other tickets from other airlines were $500 less. Well the $500 credit is BS. They inflated the price in order to absorb the credit. We got nothing. It's a scam.

      My name is ************************** am a Delta SkyMiles traveler. I've asked for assistance in getting my property back from Delta Airlines, which was luggage destroyed and jewelry stolen from my bag. I traveled to ******* in July and upon my return home, I arrived at ******* **************************** around 9:15pm and waited approximately an hour 1/2 for my luggage. After waiting for such an extended period of time, I proceeded to check with the Baggage **************** to be told that my bag was in the oversized baggage claim. I remember asking why would my bag be in the oversized department when it weighed less than 38pds? A young man proceeded to look for my bag and went back to an undisclosed area and brought my bag out to me. When he laid my bag down in front of me, the bag was busted open, and my clothes were hanging out of it (pictures filed with claim). The gentleman told me that he tried to zip tie the bag to close it but was unsuccessful. They proceeded to tell me that my bag expanded. (photos attached in claim). At that time, I was instructed by a customer service representative named ***** that she would complete a claim report for me as she observed my damaged bag and my personal items hanging out of the bag. I was given a damaged property Ref # & a case #. Another Delta employee came out and taped my bag to reframe all other items from falling out. Due to me traveling with my elderly parents and the time of night it was (11:30pm), I proceeded to leave the airport with the damaged bag. Upon my arrival home I untapped the bag and began to unpack, to which I discovered my jewelry bag was missing. Immediately after discovering this, I went back to the airport at 1:00 am on July 11, 2022, to speak with a customer service. On August 31st, I received an email from Delta for an acceptance agreement of $45 for my ******************* I am insulted that Delta would insult my intelligence & have the audacity to send this to me. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

      The poorest service experience ever!!! I had a first class nonstop flight from ** to ***** to have a medical procedure done. I paid over $2000+ for this trip. First, the flight was canceled and we were moved to another flight in coach. Then, the flight was delayed fir hours till we were stuck in ATL till the next day. Missed my connector and I was unable to have my medical procedure. The only thing Delta offered was a $50 voucher. Hardly satisfying!!??
