      On the month of May 2022, I purshased a washer machine on sale at Home Depot. When tried to buy online but they won't give me the discount, then told me I had to go to the store. When I went to the store they gave me all kind of excuses to deny me the discount. I had to call a manager who finally gave me the discount. Dont let the fool you! They did the same to a friend of mine and he never got the discount. You must get it at time of purshase . Their home delivery service was bad, they installed the washer wrong and I had to call them back for a fix. Watch out!

      I have had multiple problems over the past year with Hone Depot, their quality in order fulfillment and payment processing has significantly declined with there e-commerce business. I will not do business anymore with Home Depot and I strongly warn anyone else. For example I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and applied $200 gift card to that purchase. I was charged twice for the fridge and decided to cancel the order all together as I was uncomfortable going further with their business practices. It took 2 days on the phone for accurately 3.5 hrs. It then took me over 3 months with over 7 calls and an estimated time on the phone of ******************************************** Front line customer ******************** reps have no ability to handle complex issues head on and nearly all purchases I have experienced from Hone Depot result in abnormal complex circumstances like double charges or in this instance gift card returns. Representatives resort to averting responsibility of the issue often referring to a different number or telling you to wait further and youll receive an email that never materialized. Claims are not escalated to management, you are not able to speak to a supervisor directly or anyone that has authority to resolve issues. Most recently a representative told us that our order of a 700$ shower door could not be canceled after we received an email that it was lost. We were told we would have to dispute their supply chain issue with our bank, keep in mind funds were taken and order was fulfilled but lost. Very very poor company its a shame to see the degradation of American business like Home Depot however I have to take my business else where and I urge other to as well as they have extremely poor business practices and e-commerce/supply chain/order fulfillment processes. I have emailed corporate emails and tried to escalate all issues I have faced with the company to no avail, no response, no outreach.

      We went to home depot to purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and washing machine from on July 2nd, over $3,000 in appliances. We were asked if we wanted the appliances to be installed, we agreeed and paid between $99-150 for per item. The lady that helped us was very nice and patience, but left out one important detail, that home depot do not share when you purchasing there appliances. This has been a headache, and a mess. When we asked if we needed to removed the old appliances, we were told NO. The Home depot deliver guys came on Friday July 8th, Dishwasher had a dents, they refused to installed the microwave because they do not install in tile, why didn't anyone tell us that and the washer machine did not work side note-( we didn't learned that until after it was installed and they were gone). We were told that we were responsible to removed all appliances, before install and since we didn't we would be charged $50 for each appliances they had to remove.Fast forward to July 18th when the new dishwasher was supposed to be delivered, it wasn't until July 23rd, and home depot didn't feel the need to make us aware, we found because my husband called them. That dishwasher is still not installed, when the delivery guy went to install it, he stated that we need a plumber to come out first, and do some plumbing work, then they will come-back and install. Home depot will supply the plumber free of charge, and call us with the date. I called today July 28th to Home depot, no plumber has been contacted or set up to come to our home, we were told someone will call us today or tomorrow at latest. Still waiting on my new washer machine replacement. We installed the microwave. Update: July 29th, we contact home depot and was informed that they will not be sending a plumber out after all, because he can not do the work that is needed. Not one Manger has contacted us to discuss the issue we have had thus far.

      Ordered a $**** tool box online when it was delivered it was damaged obviously the floor model bo box already assembled stripped out bolts dents and scratched everywhere they wanted 79 dollars to return it then promised a 200 refund for the damage now cant get anyone to give the refund they bouncing back and forth between departments saying not there **** they probably put the new in box toolbox on the floor for sale and gave me the beat up one merry Christmas thanks for nothing guess I bought a **** dollar xmas present for someone that looks used I have filed a complaint with PayPal maybe they will be able to get them to stand behind it /// update pay pal failed they agreed to refund but I had to ship it to Georgia on my dime so buyers beware they are great scam artists!

      Home Depot's Price Match Guarantee is a fraud! Misleading and deceptive conduct!! The statement on their website is extremely broad and doesn't contain any exclusions or defined terms. It just refers to 'competitor' or 'retailer' but when you go in-store to try to claim the price match they start saying they won't honor prices from Amazon or **** or many other stores. They start trying to claim it only applies to items sold by ******, which is NOT mentioned on their website. In any event, I wasn't trying to match Amazon or any other website they were mentioning so I insisted on speaking with someone at their head office who looked up the item and then tried to claim that it wasn't identical because the other website's model number was ****-PC and the home depot one was HD****PC. Seriously!?!? Complete BS. It was clearly the same item, some company name, same product description. They would just do anything to avoid honoring a very broad, very clear policy on their website.At the end of all this the person in head office hung up on me. I'll be going to ****** from now on.

      Nothing but a total nightmare from the beginning. I did the kitchen design process with a designer online, which apparently complicates things even more if you don't do it in store. Impossible for them to get in touch with the contractor, who only responds about once a week. Contractor also provided very vague estimate and I had to go back through my designer multiple times to ask the contractor additional questions. My advice, do your own quality assurance! My designer picked the wrong countertops, which I only caught because the price was different than what was listed online. Then the contractor wanted to charge for installation of 9 cabinets, while I only had 8. Contractor also said countertop people do the plumbing, which they don't because I called the countertop company and checked. But here's the best part ..... I didn't find out until after I purchased my cabinets and countertops that they request payment in full for the labor !!! Who does that?! I said I was ok with a down payment and then paying the remaining balance after the work was complete, but Home Depot wasn't having it. I would steer clear. I now have kitchen cabinets sitting in my living room with nobody to install them. In the process of hiring someone who can actually handle doing this job. Oh and I ordered cabinets from American Woodmark, which was recommended by the designer. Needless to say .... definitely NOT worth the price I paid for them !!!

      Don't ever order from Home Depot. We order kitchen cabinets and counter tops on 07/23/22 and verified they were in stock at local store and got the confirmation they'd be delivered Monday. Took off work and waited all day. No cabinets. Call store and they have no order. Called corporate and most of the order was cancelled except for 2 cabinets that were being shipped from Georgia to PA. Spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get the order fixed only to have to drive back to the store to redo order. They said it would come Tuesday. Got the confirmation, took off work and waited all day. No cabinets. Got an email it was changed to Wednesday. Wednesday, took off work, guys shows up and part of the order was split and will be sent Thursday and part of the order was missing. Thursday rolls around and no counter top. Call local store and they said "we have 2 in stock just come get it." I drive a car! That is why I paid for delivery. Meanwhile 2 cabinets that were shipped from original order disappeared and we can't complete the new kitchen without them. I have daily screen shots from the shipping company. They claimed they delivered them on a Tuesday and we never got them. The shipping company went back and changed their tracking info today and said they delivered it 3:30 am on Tuesday when I have the screen shots. Home Depot will not give us our money back for missing cabinets. So we have to dispute it on the credit card and buy new cabinets from them. We can't move into our new home because we don't have a kitchen and we have to pay another month's rent. Not to mention the week missed from work. All because of Home Depot. So now we are stuck with 2k worth of useless cabinets unless we fork out more money to replace the 2 that were supposedly sent to the home but I know were lost by the shipping company. It will take up to 2 weeks to get the 2 cabinets shipped to the local store. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I will never go to Home Depot again.

      Dont buy an appliance until FORWARD FINAL MILE is no longer delivering or installing.This business delivers Home Depot Appliances. I had a dishwasher ready for removal including exposing the balancing feet. After about 10 minutes the more vocal of the employees took photos and forwarded a note for the plumber scheduled the next day. Now I have 2 dishwashers in a small kitchen. The employee gave me a # to call for pickup of the old unit.Now this being their last delivery of the day, it made sense he didnt work hard and passed the work to a plumber. They left and after about 25 minutes I had my old dishwasher out.Plumber took 20 minutes. Ive spent literally hours listening to Forward Final Mile phone music with no answer. Finally a guy told me they were very busy. Nothing could be done expect a pickup 2 weeks out THIS IS HOW THE BUSINESS OPERATES. DO CRAPPY WORK AND NEVER TAKE CALLS OR MAKE ANY EFFORT TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM.SORRY HOME DEPOT, DONT HAVE DELIVERY AND INSTALL UNTIL THEY CONTRACT A RELIABLE BUSINESS.

      Purchased a ** brand gas dryer from the Home Depot store in ***************, **. The dryer arrived home on June 29 and got installed. The installer did not check to make sure the dryer was operational, and we did not use the dryer for next 2 days. When we tried using it, the dryer, it wouldn't work - it would stop with some error message, Each time we try to use the dryer we could smell gas in the laundry room. Since it was more than 48 hrs after installation, Home depot refused to look into the problem and suggested that we should contact ** directly. ** help us run diagnostic test over the phone and concluded that there is nothing wrong with the machine. It has been almost 1 month since we started calling home depot and made several visits to the store to try to get the Home Depot to arrange for a technician to check and complete the installation properly. WE were promised dates after dates, but no one showed up at our house. The most current promised date for the technician to visit is August 04. Looking at the pattern, I am afraid this appointment will also get cancelled/postponed.They wouldn't take the unit back and they wouldn't fix the problem. What do I do!!! We have been drying our clothes in an old fashion way on the rope inside the house for 1 MONTH!!!
