      I purchased Whirlpool 36 inches Refrigerator on May5, 2025 and it as delivered on May 31, 2025. Since we were remodeling the kitchen, we did not attempt to look into it, when we try to install yesterday (June 30, 2025) we found that it does not have the water dispenser so i went to the store at the location ******************************************** and spoke to the Return desk employe. He then advised to speak with a manager. I explained to him that we have not yet installed the refrigerator and we would like exchange it for model with a water dispenser, he told me that there is a 48 hours policy, requiring the turn time after the delivery. I found that it is clearly states there is a 90 day return window and that the 48-hour policy applies if there is a issue with the product.I went back to the stoer Despite this,, he still told me that we could not return or exchange the refrigerator. I then contacted Customer ********************** today (7/1/25) and spoke to ****. She repeated the same policy and told me I could try to sell the regrigerator on social meida and they buy a new one. I explained that there is nothing wrong with the refrigerator- we simply need one with water dispenser.. I do not feel this is acceptable customer **********************. Advising customer to sell appliances on social media instead of providing a proper exchange is not reasonable, especially when the return policy should apply even willing to pay a restocking fee and a get a different model from the store that suits our requirements.I asked her the manager;s name at the appliance department and she gave ***** **** (Manager) and ***** ***** (Assistant Manger). I went to store and i met the same supervisor i spoke yesterday. I explained again that we would like to exchange the refrigerator and willing to pay the restocking fee, he told me that ***** **** just stepped for lunch and will be back in an hour.I went back at 1:30 pm and they told me we can return it with restocking fee.       Ive had a bunch of problems with my floor replacing them and buying new floors within a short period of time. I probably got the new flooring 2 or 3 years ago and Ive been having problems with my floor in my house ever since. HomeDepot has lied to me about the floor warranty. The guy came and replaced my kitchen flooring under a year ago now. Another thing, they lied to me about gluing the floors together because they said thats how you fix the floors that are coming apart. Then I spoke to another person from HomeDepot who said this isnt true for fixing the floors. The problem Im having is that the clips that hold the floor together are coming apart and breaking somehow causing uncomfort in my home. I spoke to a store manager about this and they do not want to do anything. I highly suggest that you DO NOT BUY flooring from this place.

      Worst experience EVER trying to purchase a washing machine.I purchased a washing machine for my daughter, it was to be delivered a week later on 6/23 but the "truck broke down" so they rescheduled her, not for the next delivery but another week out. Then the delivery drivers LIED and said they attempted the delivery on 6/27/25, well the security system and cameras say they never even showed up never mind attempted to deliver - the camera tell the truth !! I then called the ********* store on Saturday and got *****. She wasn't able to assist because the delivery company does work on weekends... anyone surprised yet ? Now comes Monday 6/30/25 I called corporate AGAIN and got ****** H (at this point no last names will be given) I told ****** she needed to come up with a solution or we would just cancel. After a little more talking which lead to no answers I asked for her supervisor. She put ******** P on the phone who informed me that ****** CANCELLED THE ORDER - clearly out of spite at this point !! ******** P spent the next hour trying to get the order back but nope... once it done THATS IT. So now I asked her for a solution and she told me there was nothing she or anyone could do and i needed to start a new order which would be another 10 days to be delivered. The Monday 6/30/25 call with ******** P was 3 hours and 16 minutes... and I ended up with NOTHING !! No problem Home Depot - while I was on the phone... waiting for ******** to come up with a solution KNOWING SHE COULDNT, I went online to ********* and purchase a washing machine from them and it will be delivered to my daughter on Wednesday 7/2/25. I also spitefully sold all 1575 shares of my Home Depot stock today and purchase Lowes stock with my proceeds. I put my money where my mouth is and it will never be with Home Depot again !! I will go out of my way to never shop at Home Depot again and I have a large extended family so wait till I drop this tea on the family, we will now be a Lowes family !!

      I was going to go to the store to purchase a window ac, but the website had in bright green colors that ordering online it would be delivered the next day. I was naive enough to believe that and now these people are saying it will be here at some point by Tuesday. I can't express how much disappointment this has created and how frustrated I am that I won't have my purchase arriving on time since I could just have gone to the store myself and pick it up if it wasn't because these scammers with misdirecting information on their website. I will add home depot to my black list like I've done with a few other companies that don't respect customers in the past.

      On the morning of June 28, we went in to purchase 12 cases of tile for a kitchen renovation. We could not locate anyone to help us. We checked online and the tile appeared avail. at that store with 25ish boxes avail. for purchase. There was no one available to help us after a 20 mins wait we left. I later tried to call the store to try to get someone on the phone to help me. It took 4 calls for me to get someone at the flooring **** help. The lady up front who answered very nice and was trying to direct my call. The 1st time the call was directed, the flooring **** and picked up and hung up without an word. The 2nd time it just rang and no one pick up. The 3rd time the call dropped. The fourth time the lady kept trying to direct my call and she said she couldn't get anyone to pick up. I told her I had been trying to contact someone in flooring and that was my forth call and no help. She offered to help me. She told me they floor cases were available she recommended that I make the order for pick up. I did and received the confirmation email of the order ready for pick up. This morning we went to pick up the order we waited 40 minutes for anyone to help us to bring the order. Super slow service. After waiting 40 minutes they told us that they didn't have the tile. And they immediately canceled the order. We ask for help to locate it a different store and they didn't help us. I later called to speak to a manager and complain. The manager was defensive & was questioning the situation and scenario. I told them that when you making order for pick up and your receive the confirmation email that the order is ready for pick up you expect the order pick up and you don't have to go through the hassle. Especially after waiting 40 mins. The manager told me he had been there during those hours and he was at the flooring station. We came to find out he was likely the 1 that wouldn't help us given he was a ************ was in charge of flooring. He was defensive & didn't help.

      We will never be purchasing applianced from Home Depot ever again, and I highly advice that if you do to not purchase their extended warranty that they offer. We bought our washing machine back in 2021 and we are now having issues with it. We filed a claim through the company that they go through have had nothing but issues. We have received the parts to fix the washer but our claim keeps getting denied for them to send a technician out. We now have to hire someone outside of the warranty company to fix our washer. I have been through huge run around with this over a span of 2 weeks and am completely frustrated. We will be making all purchases elsewhere.

      Im incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the experience Ive had trying to get a door delivered to my home through Home Depot. This has been, without exaggeration, the worst customer ********************** experience Ive ever encountered.After placing my order, I was given multiple delivery dates, none of which were met. I was told four different times that the door would be delivered that day and that Home Depot had confirmed with the carrier. Each time, nothing showed up.The delivery carrier never contacted me to schedule a time, nor did they confirm if their full-size 18-******* could even access my property. When I tried to get answers, the carrier said they were waiting on Home Depot and Home Depot said they were waiting on the carrier. Ive been caught in the middle with no resolution, no door, and no real help.Its incredibly frustrating to be given the runaround with no accountability and no follow-up. I still have no idea when or if my door will arrive. This kind of experience is unacceptable and has completely shaken my trust in Home Depots delivery service

      We were sold a lemon New Maytag Washing that died 5 days after delivery.Machine Purchased 5/31/25, delivered 6/6/25. After 3 washes the machine locked and would not function. Home Depo told us they would NOT allow a return beyond 48 hours. We were to call (n 2calls & nearly 2hrs on the phone) Home Depo for an appliance Tech. Appliance Tech arrived 6/17/25 to replace all the wiring. The machine started and died again. He returned to check the hose which might be setting off the sensor... the machine died. On the third call we were told a new ************************* needed to be ordered. He could not give us any idea when or if this could be replaced. I called Whirlpool direct and got No answers. I feel this is unacceptable and would like to return this faulty machine for a refund.

      I purchased a ** refrigerator which was delivered June 3 and was defective. Home Depot was unable to deliver a replacement until June 9 so another refrigerator was purchased by a local dealer for delivery June 4. Home Depot picked up defective refrigerator June 7. I called June 11 about not seeing any refund or notification of product being received and was told "radio silence" is normal and I would see refund in 5 to 10 business days. After 10 business days no contact and no refund. I called again and was told I had not "initiated" refund whatever that means. I was on the phone 45 minutes and ******* wanted to refund to a credit card number I never heard of. After rebooting her computer she said the refund was being processed and it would be another 3 to 5 business days. My husband called Home Depot store manager who at least emailed a copy of the refund. We have not received the refund yet but I am hopeful it will be received this week. My advice is to never buy any appliance from Home Depot. It is bizarre that it took 3 phone calls to get a refund on a product that was defective. It is a terrible business practice to make the customer wait 25 days for a refund. I had to pay a credit card bill for 2 refrigerators and not all people could do that. I hope we see our money this week . Please, buy an appliance from a local dealer and stay away from Home Depot unless you like lending them your money. Shame on you Home Depot for such bad customer **********************!

      Had 5 items and only 3 delivered. Called store. Said would be redelivered soon. Was not. Called again. Said was half hour out. Called again. Said would be there soon. Had them leave notes about ordering cuz knew I would be calling the next day. Called 8 am next day as I expected my order to be first delivered but noooo. They said it showed delivered to wrong address. And would send out again. I said send it now. Said they can'*. ***** talk to supervisor. Cam won and said would look into and call me back. Waited over an hour and called corporate number. They called the store. Store said i could come PICK THEM UP and be refunded. I wanted them delivered. Finish your **** job. Fix it. At this point, they DO NOT WANT me in their store. And I am way too mad to be driving. My project has been on hold due their incompetency and poor customer **********************. I will never do business there again. I told them at this point I don't care if they ever deliver them. And yes, i am typing this fresh and made as a hornet
