      I just want to file a complaint towards the company. I love Popeyes but lately I never want to get it because any location I either go in person or order online messes up my orders. Im either missing drinks, sides and one time a location left out half my order. When you order online theres no way for it to be checked until you get it. Proper training needs to be done because I would rather eats food at another fast place if it means getting all of my food. I dont want a refund for my orders, I just want accurate food. One an item is left out and you use a third party you may not get your money back. Either its a team problem or a management problem.

      I ordered a 5Pc Signature Chicken 2 Can Dine Spicy with an apple pie on June 1, 2025. When I received my order I noticed I didnt have my apple pie. The chicken was old a burnt the biscuits was old an hard. I immediately contacted support about this issue. I was told by ****** J Popeyes Escalations Specialist that they would be giving me points and not my money back I told her this was the second I received chicken like that an I dont want anyt points I want my money back. This is unacceptable that yall are selling old chicken to customers. Thank god I didnt get sick. Shame on Popeyes.

      I visited this Popeyes after placing a mobile order for pick up when I arrived in side to pick up my order I was informed by an employee that she didn't see my mobile order in the system I then showed her my receipt and my pickup number that shows that my mobile order was placed and the funds were taken out of my account. She then went to the back and returned with another woman who I'm assuming is the manager and she then try to tell me even though I had been charged and given a receipt for my purchase she couldn't do anything about it because the online system should have been shut off and I would need to try and cancel my order I told her I can't cancel my order in the app and she would need to cancel through her system she became agitated and began raising her voice at me. I repeated to her several times that I would not be able to cancel and that she would need to cancel the order or give me the items on my receipt and she then became disrespectful towards me yelling and slamming my cup for one of my items on the counter.

      Placed food order. Was told 25 minutes later it would be minimum 30 more minutes since customers were still ordering. Asked to cancel order and manger refused after 2.5 hours the order is still not ready. Mangers was fulfilling orders for those walking in but not those placed on line. Mangers refused to refund my order when asked. At the time she was ignoring all those of a different race than her.

      I ordered 2 big boxes spicy. One with 2 wings. And the other one with 2 legs. They put leg and thigh for both when I specifically told the manager spicy and too legs and to wings there was 4 people handling my order and that's ridiculous this AI machine taking my order I cant choose the meat I want is ridiculous and stupid. And the staff is all ******** and vsnt get nothing right. It's to many people ******* 1 order yall need to fix. I want a refund

      I ordered Popeyes through door dash for delivery and I suppose to got a breast, leg, wing,and thigh they gave me two legs,a wing and a thigh this not what I order everytime I order at the **************** location in ********, ** they mess my order up. If you don't have something in stock let me know don't just give me what you want to give me. I work hard for my money just like they do. Door dash would not compensate for the issue with my order. Food is too expensive these days to not get what I paid for. I will attach my receipt and proof of what I ordered. I would like this to be forwarded to Popeyes corporate.

      I took my chicken back to Popeyes because of dark spots on chicken the employer by the name of ***** ******* wanted to use the same box I told her no you need a clean box, she started yelling at me the manager had no control over her , so when I received the chicken I drove off this Popeyes need a new manager and employer and I need my money back this happened Memorial Day may26

      I have written to this company several times and provided receipts and photos of issues with their restaurant ans they how not responded once. Food is stale, orders wrong, employees font care. When you notify them they say weare looking for somwthing free when we spend 79+$ at a time most times. Yesterday the order was wrong again. Spi y chicken sandwich was classic. Classic was stale and dry with so much batter as if they were trying to make up for the tiny piece of chicken. This is a rip off.

      I placed a mobile order and never received it from the restaurant. It took days to get ahold of someone via email and they told me they were transferring me to someone in a different department almost a week ago now and I have not heard back despite trying to follow up numerous times. I would really like a refund for my order that I never received.

      I placed an order on 5/25/25 to feed my family. My order total came to *****. I got my food home and realized I was missing 8 out of 16 pieces of chicken. I tried calling and the first answered call was thanks for calling please hold, I was placed on hold and then hung up on. Second call, no answer and the phone hung up. Third call, please hold and as I write this complaint I have been on hold the entire time. I sent my spouse to get the order corrected, he was greeted with hostile and attitudes. When asked about getting the corporate number they kept saying that they needed the food. My children had already began eating the food. I also asked for the district manager contact information as well. Upon asking for the DM number, an employee stated she needed to speak to the store manager about giving the number out. Now, let me be clear this isnt about the food. Its about the lack of customer service, employee attitudes and overall rudeness.
