      Purchased a cajun turkey online and paid for it. Went to pick up turkey and they stated they have no more turkeys. How are you sold out when I purchased my turkey 2 weeks ago! You knew i already had a order.

      THE POPEYES ON ********* IS HORRIBLE THEY HAVE SO MANY DRUG DEALS GOING ON AND THE MANAGER IN CHARGE IS IN ON IT SHES OUTSIDE SMOKING AND THE REST OF YOUNG EMPLOYEES ARE GOOFING OFF INSIDE WITH OUR FOOD THIS PLACE IS A DRUG HOUSE IN COVER UP NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN FOR SAFETY OF THE **** ITS IN.       On 11-21-2024 at 10:35pm, I was cursed out by a young lady during a drive thru transaction. Not only did the young lady blare out loud curse words to me over the intercom but she did this in front of my children who i also had in the car with me. I got home and spoke with ******, the ** for the night shift, who admitted he heard the young lady swear at me but he saw no wrong in her actions due to it being late and the store was closing. But only did the ** ****** side with the young lady for cursing me in front of my children but he didn't even apologize for the behavior me and my children encountered. I was tremendously shocked by the way I was treated and by the way the general manager ****** decided to handle things. I have spent so much money with Popeyes ************************************************** to be treated so poorly, especially in front of my children.

      I ordered a turkey on November 12 and never received a receipt or tracking information. I have repeatedly sought assitance so I can pick the item up at my local Popeye's outlet...to no avail. Incredibly unresponsive.

      Complaint Details I've purchased three turkeys at ************************************************* using their mobile app received only two turkeys on the 19th original purchased date 11/5/24 of two then 11/10/24 purchased one additional all for pickup on 11/19/24. I went inside the app only had one receipt with the two items. At this point I would need the item purchased but never received showed the manager on duty ***** gm the bank transaction with the three turkeys. He stated he had to see the receipt only knowing I just showed him they didn't issue an additional receipt. The store was very unprofessional had rap music blasting could barely hear the conversation. He told to contact help text with a live person went on the app only was afforded an auto response.       11/6/24 I put in a order through the Popeyes App, Family meal with a bunch of sides $49.81. When I arrived at the store #***** I was told that they did not have white meat chicken and wouldn't, so I asked if I could just cancel my order. The lady at the desk canceled my order on her computer and provided me with a receipt. Two days later when I realized I never got a refund I went back to the store to speak with a manager. The manager told me that they are unable to refund app orders and I would need to go through their app to speak to customer service. I opened a case through the app and had a back and forth with someone from their customer service, I provided them a copy of the refunded receipt and then I was told that someone would need to look into this situation and get back to me since all the stores are franchised it would be at the stores descretion to provide me a refund. It has been two weeks and I have not received any refund or any further communication from the customer care. When I called the store the ** who didn't even make an effort to speak to me told one of the teenagers working there to relay to me that there was nothing they could do. I would like to know how an establishment has an app that takes your money but does not have a way to refund you. I am pretty sure that store received my money for the food I had ordered but never received. Popeyes is stealing peoples money!!!! These days with the lack of customer service it's very frustrating when you are out $49 and no one will assist you in getting a refund. When you make a complaint to the actual business no one cares either so how are consumers supposed to be treated fairly.

      Workers at the window was very rude and disrespectful. Employee started using derogatory words, making threats and refused to refund my money. Cursing at other customers.

      Ice specifically ask where there meat in the rice, due to the fact I dont eat PORK and BEEF and I was told NO.

      So the manger I used to work their ***** is her name and she is always sitting in the lobby eating all the food used to take naps in her car and she would always be outside talking to be boyfriend she would never do anything to help out around the store and overall was just a terrible manager and does NOT deserve to have a job their anymore and everyone who works their can vouch for this to she is just lazy and if you see the cams she is always doing nothing but sitting down or outside doing nothing.

      Hello, every time I ordered with Popeyes, there is always something not delivered and I don't get refunded. My 2 last experiences were 11/9 and 11/14. When I order arrived there were items missing which is really inconvenient when you are hungry. When I asked the driver on the first on delivery, she told me that's what she was given. On the 2nd delivery it was left on the door. The 1st delivery was a free sandwich promised if I made a certain purchase which cause me to door. The 2nd delivery 2 sodas were not delivered and I has nothing to drink and had to drink tap water which was horrible. Why is this company causing these mistake to happen whether the drivers is taking the items or not. It's very inconvenient and have happen too often. I need a refund on my purchase. Help me please. Please see customer support #s I opened and have not got a response from anyone why I open this case.
