      Ordered for Cajun Turkey placed online on 11/14 (PLK36422)Received Email with *** Tracking 11/18 (1Z86455V0320640843)Package has never actually shipped. Only a label was created.Sent multiple emails for support and no response from ************************* turkey and no chance it will arrive for Thanksgiving.Their 800 customer service number is not maned by people and there is no way to talk to ************ is 11/26 and the tracking number is still not in motion I would like an actual corporate phone where I can talk to someone.

      We came to this Popeyes in ************ twice the first time we spent ***** on 10/24/24 the food was horrible and we all got diarrhea was very sick order was incorrect and when I contacted them the Spanish or Mexican people laughed and started speaking in Spanish to each other Then this weekend 11/24/24 my mother didnt know and took my son there to eat she had to wait at the counter for almost five minutes before she got acknowledged by anyone even though again the Spanish people were standing there , she spoke they just stared at her,, then finally a obese man came from behind the wall on the right EATING, CHEWING and WIPING his mouth,can I help you so she orders and this skinny Spanish boy started DIGGING Up His NOSE rollling it on his fingers and started fixing our food I told him yall can keep that, and they start laughing again. So if this is what this Popeyes has digress to I will never come back or my family or anyone I know that I can tell about how nasty things looked as well as the nasty service these people give a long with their attitudes

      I went to the Popeyes located on ******************************************* on Sunday November 24, 2024 at around 4 - 4:30 pm. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal for me and a spicy bacon and cheese sandwich meal for my girlfriend along with a Cinnamon Apple pie and Caramel Apple Cheesecake. The lady employee that took our order would speak very low and not clear at all. When we went to get ice for our drinks, it was empty, so I told the employee and she did not say anything to me but told another employee about the ice. We waited for them to fill the machine with ice. Our food was ready and then my girlfriend noticed that they had forgot the pie and cheesecake. I went to ask for these and the lady employee said it would be a wait for the pie. I said okay and she did not say anything about the cheesecake. I then went to go get drinks without ice because our food was getting cold and they had still not filled the machine with ice. We ate our meals and my girlfriend noticed that her spicy chicken sandwich was not that spicy. We finished our meals and then we finally noticed that an employee filled the machine with ice after we had finished our meals. I then went to ask for the desserts and the apple pie was not ready. The lady employee turned around and asked the cook to fry an apple pie and then she turned back around and told me that the cook said he was not going to fry the pie. I was baffled at the response but kept my calm. The lady employee offered me 2 cheesecakes instead to which I said okay. She asked another employee to get the cheesecakes and I received them after a minute or so. When I received them I noticed they were frozen solid. They had gave me 2 frozen solid cheesecakes from the freezer in the back. I took the cheesecakes with me and left the store with my girlfriend. I would say this was a bad experience I had at this popeyes.

      Yes I ordered thru drive thru a 4 piece chicken meal. Was not happy with order. Got home was only 3pieces of chicken. Mash potatoes were there but no biscuit??? Also I asked for no spicy chicken they screwed up have me spicy anyway. There English not very good thru drive thru. ???? Would like replacement on this matter

      I went to Popeyes drive through today (11/23/24) no one knew what was going on I stayed my order a few times with the employee I got nothing right in my order except my 2 drinks and I side of my bag was a drumstick bone that was eaten already and tossed in our takeout bag. I dont know if this was intentional or accidental but its disgusting!!!

      I pre-ordered a Cajun Turkey on November 3, 2024, with a pickup window from November 18 to November 22 to avoid holiday complications. However, when I arrived on November 20, I was disappointed to find the store was out of turkey. Despite providing proof of purchase, the store manager was not very helpful and directed me to contact customer service for a refund or alternative options.When I reached out to customer service, I explicitly requested the turkey I had ordered, but instead, I was processed for a refund. This experience has been frustrating, especially since I planned ahead to ensure I had turkey for my family dinner. Now, I am left without the turkey I needed for our gathering.

      Ordered and paid for a Thanksgiving Turkey. Called the store. They did not receive any turkeys. Told me to contact Popeyes for a refund. Popeyes does not respond.

      I ordered and paid for a Cajun Turkey on the Popeyes app. Went to my local Popeyes to pick up the turkey they said they didnt get any Turkeys and they wont be getting any turkeys. My local Popeyes wouldnt refund me money because they said the app dont pay them. They told me to contact the Popeyes HQ for refund which I have now multiple times and they havent responded to me at all. Please help

      I spent $75 on food for a night of movies and Popeyes with my husband. When the order was delivered...more than half was not received and the one side item out of 3 ordered was spilled in the bag and not edible.I called the store and the phone beeped as if it were off the hook. So...I couldn't reach anyone. I ******* a customer service number for them and received a recording to go to their support system online.The support system was not a live age gent. BUT they did escalate me to an agent and told me BY THE ONLINE COMPUTER BOT that I would be contacted within 2 to 3 days. I received an email that said they refuned me $21.86. How they came up with that amount when over half of the order was missing?...I don't know.The reason for filing a BBB complaint is....I don't know what else to do. You can't reach a live person because I guess that's not their business profile. Yet I spent $75 and was only compensated for $21. This is way less than what should have been refunded.. not to mention..the plates that were empty and waiting on the food. This is the second time this has happened with Popeyes.I want my money back!!! ..and I will never do an online delivery order again because the store doesn't care and no one answers when you try to teach the local store and corporate doesnt care because their customer service model is an online customer service robot.
