I just want them to do their job ive worked for fried chicken spots and we always cook before the place opens and this location never cooks chicken even though the chicken was supposed to be ready by 10:15 i even gave them more time and came at 10:25 and wont have anything ready for another half hour thats an hour of them not having chicken ready when the place has been open and has had employees working thereInitial Complaint

11/2/2024 at 5:34 PM. I spent $27.42 on a takeout from Popeyes and when I got home to feed my family, the macaroni and cheese was mushy. That cheese was hard like bricks it would not melt even when I tried to put it in the microwave, the beans and rice. It was just rice at the top of the top of the cup and a little beans like a spoonful at the bottom that some of the chicken most of it was undercooked and I have photos of that I reached out to Popeyes on 11 three 2024 and spoke with a person named *******. She sent me an email. I have those emails. I will upload the conversations I sent them my receipt. I sent the pictures of the food. She said she will get back in contact with me and I havent heard anything else from them. I called the one 800 number or whatever number ****************************************** back through the same situation so they are not gonna correct it as I see that multiple people a lot of people have complained about these various complaints from this Popeyes mines was it Fond du ************* I want a full refund or a credit not for that coupon mail for that exact same meal at any location in ********* because I dont wanna eat there again because like I said whats the point is spending almost $30 and then you gotta come home and cook anyway that was the point of making the family decision to go and get a family meal and I had to come home and cook anyhow will be uploading all of the information that I got pertain to this matter thank you and I really hope yall do something about this because this need to be resolved. Everybodys situation need to be resolved. I eat at Popeyes all the time I never had a complaint at Popeyes I have app I earn points. I always buy Popeyes. Ive never had no disgusting food or undercooked food mushy food fake cheese that dont even melt and mushy food and a couple rice . No absolutely not. Thank you for your time. I received uncooked food I called a woman picked up and asked how can she help me then hung up the phone by the time I wouldve brought it back they wouldve been closed I called the following day the manager hafma I believe her name was told me she can give me more chicken and I declined I told her I want my money back she said she couldnt do that being that I dont have a receipt. I told her whoever was at the register didnt give one she said that wasnt true they always give receipts which is false even though I have the proof of everything Im telling her she still said theres nothing she can do to come in. I ordered a 16 piece family meal and 2 additional large sides on Sunday November 3rd around 5 45 online, the total was $63.96. Last night, October 29, 2024, my family and I decided to have dinner around 9:30 PM. We visited a drive-thru intending to order two big box specials, which offer the choice of either dark meat (leg and thigh) or white meat (breast and wing), as indicated online as well. After waiting approximately five minutes at the window without any acknowledgment, we greeted the staff, and **** eventually responded, asking us to hold on. He returned to take our order, but when we requested the dark meat option, he informed us that we could only place that order online, despite no such stipulation being mentioned anywhere. We then entered the restaurant to inquire with another employee, who confirmed that we could indeed order either meat type. However, ****, claiming to be the manager, approached us and rudely stated that he would not fulfill our request. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, prompting us to leave due to his aggressive demeanor. I ordered a Cajun turkey online on October 7th, 2024. It stated that it would ship 1-3 business days. After hearing nothing and not receiving a shipping conformation, I've been trying to touch base with popeyes to see when it will ship. I have heard nothing! I ordered Popeyes online, on 10/29/24, it says my order is ready to pick up, I get to the store and its closed, I took a pic of the sign closed for maintenance on the door. So I tried to order from the store closer to my house but since I was near the one I came to pick up my order from it automatically switched to that store at was already at and charged me again without me knowing it wasnt for the store by my house. The other store told me the order was not with them and told me to contact Popeyes support which I did and only heard back once, and its been a week. Also cannot get anyone at that specific store on the phone, they dont answer their phone. Ive sent multiple emails to support and called with no one returning any emails, ignoring me since they know Im asking for a refund,. Both orders went to ***************************************** Popeyes, my charges were pending at first and I didnt think it would go thru since the store was closed but it did. I went to the store where I originally placed the order and they could not find the order. I stated it was placed at 230ish and you mean to tell me it's not ready at 4 pm? They started frantically looking for a receipt and found it after almost 10 minutes of searching. Then they said someone took it and they couldn't do anything about it and they didn't verify who was picking up the order before giving it away. So essentially they gave my order away and I received nothing after already paying! The "manager" named ******* was yelling at me that there was nothing she could do and to call support. I explained why would i call support if you were the manager and you found the receipt and I never received the order. She called me a liar and said you can come back tomorrow we will check the camera and she also fabricated a story that she called me as well but my records and her records will indicate no such call was ever received. I told her you want me to waste my gas and time to come back to fix your mistake and once you find out it wasn't me are you going to refund me and compensate me. She could barely speak English and she couldn't tell me the corporate information and everywhere you looked they all had their head down I believe since it is an all-Hispanic staff, and they have discriminated against me for being of the black race. This restaurant has substantial issues and needs addressing and I request a call from corporate to rectify this situation along with money back and compensation. This occurred at store number 3363 at *****************************************************. I told her she gave the order to some unknown random person and I hadn't gotten my order she was rude and condescending and you could barely understand. She said I could ask for my money back but all I wanted was the food I never received.The manager needs training and the staff needs severe diversification. I would recommend that someone in quality control come to ********* and go to our local Popeyes as a customer and experience the service. I love Popeyes chicken but I will not patronize the one in *********. At one time the service was good. Over the past couple of years, it has gone significantly downhill. I go to *********** because they have remarkable customer service and quality food. I dont want Popeyes to close. I simply want a pleasant experience with good food. Thank you.Initial Complaint

on the app I have complain of same order done twice and I have complaints about me not getting the food it's in the app. I think it's wrong for the app not to refund you or handle the situation
