I would recommend that someone in quality control come to ********* and go to our local Popeyes as a customer and experience the service. I love Popeyes chicken but I will not patronize the one in *********. At one time the service was good. Over the past couple of years, it has gone significantly downhill. I go to *********** because they have remarkable customer service and quality food. I dont want Popeyes to close. I simply want a pleasant experience with good food. Thank you.Initial Complaint

on the app I have complain of same order done twice and I have complaints about me not getting the food it's in the app. I think it's wrong for the app not to refund you or handle the situationInitial Complaint

We paid for a delivery order at Popeyes including six biscuits. We got none of the biscuits at all.I contacted their support, and for TWO MONTHS they ignored my requests and have not been getting back to me. When they finally did today, they sent an email lying and acting like the issue was resolved with no support options; in essence, trying to steal my money for food that I never *********** this point, their support has been so unbelievably bad that I want a full refund of the order, which is what I am requesting through this BBB filing.Initial Complaint

Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states he placed an order online for delivery for $142 but he never received it. He contacted them and the recording keeps telling him they will get back to him in 3 business days but he has not heard back. 10/16/2024 3:50 p.m.LOCATION :************************************************ Food tasted like it was dipped in cigarette ash not sure if it was. Got a bunch of food and it was all bad. Ordered some chicken sandwiches as well, but they weren't chicken they where FISH. Tasted the same BAD so I contacted customer service and they did nothing. On 10/29/2024, I went to Popeyes to purchase lunch. I ordered ONE 6 piece ghost pepper wings. I used my debit card but didnt know that I had been charged twice because I didnt check my account (as I normally do) til later that evening, I noticed there were 2 pending charges in the amount of $6.57. I then checked my receipt because I know I only purchased one item. On 10/31/24 when the pending transactions were completed, it actually did take the same amount twice. I went to the restaurant with ********************* of the 2 charges on my card. I DIDNT swipe my card myself, the manager did because she was using the register at the drive thru although, I ordered carry out. Once I went back for a refund of the extra charge, I was told by 2 of the workers that theres nothing that could be done & no manager was available. I was then told by a male worker that it shows one item on the receipt & asked why am I just saying something 2 days later. Well for one, I dont always check my account right away, I usually check it later at night or maybe even the next day so I didnt know I had been charged twice because my receipt shows what I ordered & it certainly wasnt 2 orders of ghost pepper wings. Ill NEVER TRUST them to swipe my card again & for this reason Ill only pay by cash. I just want my refund back on my card.Initial Complaint

My first time at Popeyes and I went to store #**** in ********************. They had just opened and we were one of the first in this morning. We ordered then went to get our drinks and the Soda machine was so filthy. Im sure it wasn't cleaned the night before. Went to sit down and literally had to brush off crumbs on our seat as none was cleaned. Tables we all dirty and the trash in the dining room was full and dirty. Floor was sticky. I placed an order with them at 11:43 p.m. and they are open until 12:00 a.m. as I place the order the young lady told me that she would not make my order that it had to be placed before 11:30 but still took the money off my card at that point in time I didn't have money to place another order or to get food for my children. I am still waiting on the money to go back on my card. I called Popeyes today and got told that she could have made my order but she refused to I had already had a bad day already had an emergency situation where my father had a heart attack had just left the hospital and to go get my kids some food and for her to just to look at me and tell me she's not making my food it's too late refused to do anything to help me even though I was there at 11:43 she keeps trying to say I didn't walk in the door till 11:48 and I have where I would place my order and it was placed at 11:43 as I was standing in the store. No I don't know why she couldn't make my order but she refused refused to do anything to make it right at all no help.Initial Complaint

On the 24th of October went to Popeyes in ************** on ************* and ordered three separate orders and everybody's chicken was cold when we got home it was had been you can tell it had been sitting cuz it was like ***** like it had been sitting all day they gave us the old pieces it was very small My macaroni and cheese was burnt the coleslaw was dry took it back the next day try to get a refund The manager said had to reach out to the online support line for Popeyes been reaching out to the online support since the 24th of October and all they do is keep telling me they'll get back within 24 to 48 hours I've uploaded the receipt still have the receipt took pictures of the chicken and the food and still no response I'll never go to that Popeye again and I'll go in and check my food before I take it so I know there won't be no issues The chicken is so small I see why they they have so many complaints with the better business bureau I just want to refund
