I placed an order with them at 11:43 p.m. and they are open until 12:00 a.m. as I place the order the young lady told me that she would not make my order that it had to be placed before 11:30 but still took the money off my card at that point in time I didn't have money to place another order or to get food for my children. I am still waiting on the money to go back on my card. I called Popeyes today and got told that she could have made my order but she refused to I had already had a bad day already had an emergency situation where my father had a heart attack had just left the hospital and to go get my kids some food and for her to just to look at me and tell me she's not making my food it's too late refused to do anything to help me even though I was there at 11:43 she keeps trying to say I didn't walk in the door till 11:48 and I have where I would place my order and it was placed at 11:43 as I was standing in the store. No I don't know why she couldn't make my order but she refused refused to do anything to make it right at all no help.Initial Complaint

On the 24th of October went to Popeyes in ************** on ************* and ordered three separate orders and everybody's chicken was cold when we got home it was had been you can tell it had been sitting cuz it was like ***** like it had been sitting all day they gave us the old pieces it was very small My macaroni and cheese was burnt the coleslaw was dry took it back the next day try to get a refund The manager said had to reach out to the online support line for Popeyes been reaching out to the online support since the 24th of October and all they do is keep telling me they'll get back within 24 to 48 hours I've uploaded the receipt still have the receipt took pictures of the chicken and the food and still no response I'll never go to that Popeye again and I'll go in and check my food before I take it so I know there won't be no issues The chicken is so small I see why they they have so many complaints with the better business bureau I just want to refundInitial Complaint

On Saturday October 19th, I ordered food for delivery using the Popeyes app. Delivery is powered by ********. My food never arrived. In fact, my driver slowly drove by my house and marked the order as having been delivered. I immediately attempted contacting the driver who I could not get a hold of. I then tried contacting DoorDash, who informed me that since the delivery was placed through the Popeyes app, I would have to contact Popeyes. I attempted to contact the store over the next two days and never got in touch with anyone. In the meantime, I started a complaint online. Being told that they were looking into it and someone would be geting back into contact with me. I got a hold of the store on day 3 and was told that since the order was placed through the app, I could not be refunded by the restaurant and would have to request a refund from corporate, which I had already started the process of. As of Saturday, October 25th, nobody responded to my complaint. I emailed again asking for a resolution and was almost immediately asked for PROOF that I never received my food. I ultimately sent the "proof" that they requested (screenshots of me calling and texting the driver, DoorDash support, and Popeyes themselves), despite me feeling like I was being accused of being dishonest. I was then told "I am transferring your request to an agent who can better assist you with your inquiry. We are currently experiencing high volumes and will respond as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while we handle your request." It is unacceptable, to me, for a company to ask for proof of integrity, while keep my hard earned money. I feel like I am being accused of being dishonest or not having integrity not to mention not knowing when my hard earned money that was *STOLEN* will be returned. Popeyes and I entered into a contract when I ordered and they broke their end. They have shown little to no interest in recitfying the situation. Went through the drive-thru last night of Popeyes in order the big box chicken that they have on sale and got home and the macaroni the cheese was burnt on it The coleslaw was dry the chunks were big like a raisin for the coleslaw and the chicken was overcooked to dried and it looked like a newborn chicken they gave pieces that were the size of a toddler 5-year-old's hand tried to call to get a refund go back and they refuse The manager just called and he answered the phone and said call back and hung up then called again and told the person that answered the phone that I was contacting corporate because the managers hung the phone up in my face and said for me to call backInitial Complaint

I made a mobile order on October 10th and I never got the order. Popeyes is scamming its customers because there is NO WAY to contact ANYONE. I have i send several email requests and I never got a message back. Ive called their phone number and it directs to speak to their online chat. I believe my debit card was stolen by an employee of this establishment. I went back to retrieve it today and I was told that they had my card, but it was in a safe and that Id have to come back in an hour. I came back and they said that they dont know where it is even though they said they remember it wrapped in a receipt and placed on the safe. Ordered a dinner on the company website, got charged 7 times (6 times on my wife's debit and once on my ***** when arriving at the store. There was no order on there systems and no dinner ready or even being made. When asked about a refund, they said it was a 3rd party ordering system on their own website and wished me luck. Which I demanded to speak to as manager, was told there was none on duty and gave me the phone who claimed to be the district manager. Knowing full well it was lies. Basicslly told me the same thing. On 10/20/2024 I placed an order for Popeyes though GrubHub. When I received the order it was incorrect. I've contacted both GrubHub & the Popeyes restaurant for a refund, & they both refused. I've contacted my lawyer to help solve my issue. I will attach the conversation with GrubHub customer service & the ********************** restaurant location I ordered from & contacted.
