I placed an order on their website and then it glitched. I used rewards, and they took them away 1800 points. And then they charged me the full amount anyway, without any warning or saying, any reason why they could not redeem it. My order arrived and we were missing the drink. I attempted to contact the store via phone and it did not ring or anything. And could not get in touch with anyone I attempted to reach the 800 number, which is corporate. And they have not responded to me, and it's been 3 days. I attempted to call another adjacent store. They seemed unaffected I didn't care. I called another one during the day. And they said they would pass it on to their manager and still no response. I'm very frustrated with the lack of being able to contact a store directly. The phone is not functional. The main corporation is not even able to be in touch with directly. This is bad business.Initial Complaint

Spent $30 on a pickup order restraint said they didnt have it even after I showed them my bank statement and order number. Still didnt help me out. I then contacted Popeyes support and was straight up ignored by them even after sending about 5 emails. Also have had other people tell me when they dont want to refund theyll ignore your email. Transaction date. 4/5/2025 We went thru the drive thru and placed an order for spicy chicken and other items totaling $40.34 at 4:48pm.When we pulled up to the window the young man said there will be a wait for spicy or I can have mild. I said no we will wait for the spicy. The girl with red braids said oh your gonna wait with an attitude, I said yes we will wait. I pull forward to where I was directed. After 20 mins someone was pulled behind me waiting. That cars order come out at 5:24pm, I asked the girl with red braids will the spicy be much longer her response with an attitude was I dont know I dont cook, the spicy chicken takes longer. This is uncalled for. She brings our order out at 5:28pm. We check we have wing box apple pies and chicken box. That chicken was nasty. The chicken had been in the box so long the skin was not crispy, but mushy. The internal chicken was not hot like chicken that had just been cooked. The wings (which I said boneless when I ordered) was bone in barley warm and so greasy you could not eat it. For a $40.34 order I would expect a nice hot meal, not chicken skin so mushy you couldnt eat it and greasy cold wings. The only thing good and hot were the apple pies. I want a refund for the 8 piece chicken and 6 piece wings You know it is a horrible busy when the bottom of the receipt says no refunds. They must serve subpar food on a regular basis.Initial Complaint

I was waiting in the back to bring my husband some lunch, his sugar does drop and I was yelled at by a manager and told that he is busy! That is terribly wrong and if something happens to my husband I'ma be more than upset. He is constantly mistreated up there and ignored when his sugar is low!! I went to the Popeye's at *********************** in ******** texas to pick up a mobile order that I delivered on my phone. When I got there and went to the drive through, the manager told me I had to come in to pick up my food. I said I ordered mobile and already paid, and I pulled up to the drive through window. He became belligerent and rude and when I refused to leave without the meal I had paid for he came outside and phyically threatened me. The girl inside had my order ready and even tried to hand it to me, but this mananger was outside by my car physically blocking the window to prevent her from giving me the food I had already paid for. He didn't stop until I started recording him and said I was calling the police. Then he called me names as I was leaving. This complaint is the first step I am taking to fix this issue but it sure won't be the last. You are going to see this come up on a lot of review sites as well as receiving complaints and a chargeback from my credit card company.Initial Complaint

This store did not provide me with my entire order. I was supposed to get 10 pieces of chicken and did not receive it at all. Im recovering from cancer and now I have no dinner. On February 23, 2025, I visited Popeyes to collect an order of chicken.Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to wait for my order, but no specific time was provided.After 30 minutes, I returned to the drive-thru to inquire about the status of my order. However, the cashier appeared to have forgotten my presence.I was subsequently informed that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order.Regrettably, I received burnt chicken when my order finally arrived.I contacted the Customer Hotline and was advised that the store would contact me on February 24, 2025. Despite my repeated efforts to reach out on March 1, 3, and 27, I have not received a response from either the store or the corporate office. I am requesting a refund due to the subpar service and inferior quality of the products I received.
