I submitted a ticket to Popeyes through their app for pick up on February 26th. I picked up the order however upon arriving home, I noticed that the items I received did not match my order. I contacted Popeyes support through their app, and a ticket was submitted saying that I would be contacted by a support agent. On 12/13/24 I placed an online order for delivery via DoorDash. I contacted ******** because the driver admitted it was dropped off at the wrong place and he was too far to come back. They said since it wasnt through ******** I would have to get the refund through Popeyes. I went back and forth using their online support but never got an answer. On 12/21/24 I finally for someone to respond. I have the all the information including screenshot and they said they would her back to me. They said they issued the refundbut never did. On 3/14/25 at approximately 3:30 EST i visited Popeyes located at ***********************************. After patiently awaiting my order for over 20 mins, I advised the cashier that I did not want any breast. She stated that I would have to get breast as there were no substitutions allowed. I requested to cancel my order that was not made yet and I would order something else. She called for the *** named ****** who arrived and advised I could not cancel nor get a refund. I explained that my order had not been made and that me and my children had been waiting for almost 30 mins for the order. ****** stated that they would make the order anyways and I could not get a refund. I told him that I would contact corporate about the issue and my refund and to not make the order. ****** instructed the cashier to make the order anyways and that if I left the order on the counter that would be my problem. After some back and forth with ****** humiliating me in front of the customers about me using a coupon to shop and how he was part owner and owned a 4 bedroom home, he stated that I would not receive my order or a refund. I left the store and called the police. The police arrived 30 to 45 mins later. ****** and several employees came out to speak with the police who was speaking with me. ****** still combative, advised the police that I could not get a refund. The police asked if the refund policy was posted anywhere in the store or on the sales receipt, ****** said no. The police asked if the coupon explained that only certain pieces of chicken would be provided, we looked at the coupon and it was not specified. ****** had my order in his hand and attempted to hand me the order. The police advised that the order was cold and I refused it after being declined my order and a refund over ***************************************** a refund to my debit card. On Sunday, March 16 @ 4:58PM myself and family ordered food inside @ Popeyes in ************. After waiting 40 minutes the manager refused to give a refund when I asked. After waiting another 15 minutes a refund was still refused. We were given food however not all that we ordered and paid for due to being out of stock. I asked again for a refund for the food we did not receive and was refused a refund which basically is theft.Initial Complaint

The ********* location employees are the rudest people ever . If they feel that they dont want to assist the drive thru they will let you sit there waiting for them to take your order and they wont . You go inside they say rude this is all the food we have we wont cook more. Every time they are so rude
