      It's my wedding anniversary. My husband and I both love wings. I ordered almost $90 in wings. Drove to pick them up (10 minutes from my house) in a snow storm. We arranged for our kids to eat dinner at the neighbours so we would have an hour of quiet dinner time. We sit down, my husband takes a bite. Raw. We check others, all raw. I call the store. "Bring them all back." I tell them to start cooking them I'll be there in 15 to 20 minutes depending on road conditions. I get there. They haven't started cooking them. So I then need to spend the next 20 minutes waiting. I explained it was my anniversary and I was spending my hour of kid free time there. They did remake my order. Thankfully. And they threw in "some extra wings", 2 to be exact. ??And they offered me a free pop. So I drove there and back twice. My husband possibly got food poisoning, and I had to come home and then put my children to bed while the wings got cold. Because kid free time was over. I asked for some money off. They said no, but we can give you a pop. I will not return. So disappointed. Ruined the entirety of dinner.To add insult to injury, not only was I served raw chicken wings....but the credit card I literally activated moments before using it on the Popeyes app, only place I've ever used it. It's never even left my house. It has since been stolen....or sold. Tons of transactions on it, tons of money missing. DO NOT GO TO POPEYES. DO NOT USE THEIR APP.

      Popeyes is my favorite restaurant but today I was so disappointed. I ordered the surf and turf which was good. I also also ordered a three piece spicy with red beans and rice and that chicken was not fresh at all. It looked like it had been sitting up for two days reheated and served. I was on my lunch break I was so upset I couldnt even take it back. I am so disappointed because usually my food is good I dont know whats going on at that store, but it is horrible, the customer service at the window was very rude arrogant. He thought that it was funny because he was telling little jokes, but it can be very offensive. I dont think I would ever visit at Popeyes again I am still in shop that it looks like someone cooked that chicken at home and it was left over. They bought it back to work and served it. It was that bad it didnt even look like Popeyes chicken.

      The managers are incompetent. No food safety rules are followed CORRECTLY. BROKEN *****S FULL OF OLD SHORTENING COVERED BY LIDS. HOLES UNDERNEATH THE ***** FILLED WITH SHORTENING AND ROCKS. RAW CHICKEN LEFT IN 3 COMPARTMENT SINKS AND NOT CLEANED. RESTROOM DOESNT WORK. MANAGER BRINGS ***** TO WORK IN HER PURSE DOESN'T TRAIN EMPLOYEES.

      I stopped to get lunch for a friend at 11:30 am on a Saturday. There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive through. There was no one inside and there were no cars in the parking lot. Eventually those three cars pulled out and left. When it was my turn I got the recorded message saying order when ready. Then I got an actual person who yelled just wait! I waited for 5 minutes and when no one took my order, I left. I noticed that 2of the 3 cars in front of me had gone next door to ********** Your employees are losing your business!

      I experienced demeaning and disrespectful behavior from your manager at the ******************** location was on 01/24/2024 at 6:30 pm. The individual, an African American woman with red hair, claimed falsely about corporate and the district manager being present. I waited **** minutes at the intercom with no response.After waiting **** minutes at the intercom with no response, I drove up to the window. The team member insisted I return through the drive-thru or go to the front when I requested to place my order at the window. Requesting to speak with the district manager or someone from corporate was declined from employee and manager this does not meet the service levels I received from establishments like Chick-fil-A.The manager claimed both corporate and the district manager were present but mentioned being too busy to address my complaint. Despite my requests, I was denied the opportunity to speak with either. Upon entering as directed, the manager accused me of trespassing and called the police. Despite complying with the request to leave, she pursued trespassing charges, creating a discrepancy in her instructions. I'm rejecting the $10.00 gesture credit from the complaint team. I am filing a complaint on all platforms and considering legal action against Popeyes with my attorney based in the ******************** office. This complaint will also be filed on all platforms, including social media. I've never faced trespassing allegations at any establishment; I am a father, husband, business owner, and member of the community.

      *** worked in prisons that were cleaner than this place Absolutely the worse customer service ever!!I think I rather starve versus eating anything they cooked or serve. I rather burn my money versus giving it to this Popeyes. Would love to see this place closed down for good.They already have a F rating on BBB and a horrible 3 star rating on ****** reviews.

      12/28 worst experience ever! I ordered through Uber Eats, which is a different story about this matter. I ended up with food not fully cooked and missing items from my order. it is always an ongoing problem with this particular restaurant. you can place an order and be waiting and waiting and they are prone to canceling your order, items are always missing, or fixed incorrectly. in this case not only was I missing food but I ordered the honey BBQ wings, and it was spicy chicken wings which i can't do spicy foods and then they just squirted a little sauce on there. Very unprofessional. I couldn't even give the wings to anyone because i didn't want to risk anyone getting food poisoning even if they did put it in the oven and try to cook it more.

      This review should be less than 1 star. I was served raw chicken wings and had to throw the eaten parts back up from being nauseated and to prevent botulism and salmonella poisoning. I took pictures and videos of everything.when I returned the food back, the manager had nothing to say to me, and just refunded the money.
