      THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN ****** ********, MANAGER RUDE, FALSE ADVERTISING WHAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR ORDER BOARD THEY TELL YOU THAT IS NOT TRUE AND THEY DONT CARE THT IT IS A LARGE PICTURE ON THE THE DRIVERTHROUGH BOARD, TRY TO CHARGE A HIGHER PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT AND LESS THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS LISTED ON THE FAMILY BUNDLE. ALSO NO NUMBERS TO CONTACT A FANCHISE OWNER TO LET THEM KNOW AND A MANAGER THAT SAYS THEY DONT GIVE OUT THAT INFORMATION NOR NAMES OF THEIR GENERAL MANAGER OR CONTACT INFORMATION IF DONT LIKE DONT BUY HERE THEY DONT CARE. SO I WENT DOWN THE STREET TO ORDER MY WORK TEAM MEALS SINCE I COULD NOT GET TAKEN CARE OF AT POPEYES. CHICK FILATE DID A GREAT JOB ASISTING IN A ****** MANOR AND FOOD WAS GOOD. THIS IS THE 3RD STRIKE FOR POPEYES IN ****** FOR ME AND MANY OTHERS I KNOW! SO SAD WHAT HAPPENED TO POPEYES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.

      Popeyes is a great model but they hire low quality employees. The best I have encountered is one location that they are so devoted they feel they are infallible. So they can't accept they messed up.. one, (*********** *****,**,) I have a video of more than "tea scum" in a pot, it's got layers including streaks of black mold. I have worked as fast food management at several tea-serving locations.... that could kill a person& I have video.

      Had a terrible experience at the ********** ******* location reached out to corporate and ******* basically said theres nothing I can do, hope you have a better experience next time.

      Discrimination and racism at *************** Popeyes in ****** street. Would not honor my coupon. Threw the receipt back into my car. Which the worker had no business doing. I felt for my safety. Discrimination all day. If you don't like your job at Popeyes. Don't fill out the application. Employee would not let me use my coupon. Cops were going to be called. I felt for my safety when he reached in my car. So sad this world. Seek God. The employee did not know what he was talking about saying I could not use coupon. I need to get in contact with corporate. Of course number does not work. Seek better workers. Sin and a shame. Stop having the devil in y'all body.

      Absolutely gutted by my Popeyes experience. Ordered online for pickup, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. Instead, faced a frustrating series of events:Ignored at Pickup: Waited at the counter for ages, completely ignored by staff. My questions were met with indifference, making me feel like my order didn't matter.30+ Minute Wait: Despite pre-ordering, the wait stretched to over 30 minutes with no communication. This unacceptable delay killed my appetite.Unavailable Items: Finally received my order, only to find unavailable ************ and desserts. Huge disappointment, especially as these were key parts of the meal.Neglected ************************** itself was filthy. Sticky tables, dirty floors a neglected and uninviting environment. Cleanliness matters!Unprofessional Staff: Two people wandered in and went behind the counter, not wearing uniforms. Baffling and unsanitary!Witnessing Sexual Assault: The most disturbing part a male employee sexually harassed a female assistant manager (dressed in blue sweatpants & white shirt). Witnessing this was shocking and unacceptable.This visit was a disaster. Popeyes management needs to address these issues immediately. Customers shouldn't be treated this poorly, and employees deserve a safe workplace. Let's hope for positive change.I reached out to the corporate office, but regrettably, it seems my concerns will remain unheard. My observations and encounters are not isolated incidents; rather, they reflect a systemic issue of lack of accountability and inadequate investment in both employees and facilities. This pattern is evident from numerous customer reviews, all echoing similar sentiments, yet Popeyes remains unresponsive.

      They is a very young lady that works at Popeyes who gave me the worded customer service. Im a regular there and every time shes at the register its like she doesnt want to work or even be polite to waking paying customers. I will never buy anything from this Popeyes ever again. It was just a horrible experience. I gave it the three strike role before I made this complaint. I hate to say it but I would love to see her in the unemployment line.

      I ordered the fish sandwich. This is NOTHING like their fish last year or prior. It was very thin, over cooked and dry. It was nothing like their advertised picture. I couldn't eat this. I exchanged it for the chicken sandwich. I tried to ************ CS and not satisfied with their AI texting. Absolutely no satisfaction. I can't believe they sent the restaurant these pieces of product to the restaurant. The store was also dirty and restroom in bad condition with no paper towels.

      I am a senior in my '70s my husband is in his late 70s we were spoken to as if we were second class citizens and made to feel as like Liars because we didn't get our entire order from a Popeyes restaurant & returned to get our full order across from the ****************** in ************* ******* a few weeks ago My husband and I have been very upset by our treatment, it was unprofessional, unwarranted & deplorable The Way We Were talked to by the manager, was very rude obnoxious condescending and made us feel threatened and we will be filing a complaint with Federal authorities No senior deserves to be treated the way we were treated at Popeyes. It was the most hurtful experience of our lifetime

      Went there 2/23/24- 9:10pm in ********** Louisiana for a meal.....I received chicken that was fried on the outside and RAW on the inside, literally still bleeding, raw and squishy. I contacted the company they refused to refund me instead they offered.me 250 reward points (only worth a biscuit) to redeem at their franchise. I'd never suggest this place to anyone I had the worst diarrhea the next morning along with food poisoning
