      This location is the WORST!!! The employees are rude. They can never get the order correct. And they do not close at the time listed on ****** or their direct site! Do not waste your time and gas in the drive thru as they close when they feel like it. And they constantly run out of chicken, or at least thats their excuse they like to use. How does a fast food chicken place run out of their main item? This location told me they were closed an hour before their posted time. Ridiculous!

      Today, 9/5/2023 I order eight piece family meal. I got one drumstick, three wings and four b****** Im sorry I didnt know in ***************** chicken have a four b****** I talk to the manager in the store and 30 minutes and she said she dont give a f*** so I throw the chicken in the garbage in the front of all of them. Thanks Popeyes I never gonna buy you chicken anymore *******, ********, O st

      Hate that service at Popeye's is what the slogan should red. Visited this location ************************************/23. My son had placed a mobile order for pick up before 10pm. When arrived in the long drive-thru line, kept noticing more employees coming out to toss trash, move their car but not once approached the long line & state they were "CLOSED". Once at the speaker, the light went off. My husband yelled that we had a mobile order pick up & then the guy that had time to move his car, screams all mobile orders were cancelled. How do they continue to stay in business with such rude service. I am still waiting for a call from a manager from such poor service in 2022. SMH

      This is one of the MOST rudest popeye's i ever been to in my life, ****** which she claim was her name shut the window in my face on purpose 3x i asked her what's her attitude about in she walked away while i was talking, so much more happend i noticed my order was wrong in she refused to come back to the window she turnt her back on me in pretended like she didn't hear me, i hope they record their drive thru becsuse im calling corporate! They was letting random ppl in including a child that was just grabbing food walking behinde the counter eating touching things no uniform no gloves very unsanitary I'm highly disappointed and feel very disrespected that's not how you treat ppl!

      Purchased a blackened chicken sandwitch last night. Half of the sandwich was so dry it was like jerky. Since it was almost closing time, I contacted Corporate the next day.Case: ******* '*******' offers to give me 500 Popeyes points as an apology which is 50 points short of covering the chicken sandwich as a Reward. I reply and said that Popeye's needs to give me 550 to cover the sandwich.After about 5 emails, she says it needs to be worked out with the franchisee, but the franchisee has the right to review and accept or deny refunds. I explained to ******* that this is ridiculous and to please escalate the issue to a supervisor. Their internal beauracratic issues are their problem, not mine. I just want my sandwich replaced or reimbursed because I did not elect to buy a dry chicken sandwich.This is much more about principle, than money. It is unbelievable to me that a company is willing to lose a customer over a $5 sandwich or 50 reward points THAT THEY SCREWED UP to begin with.

      Not Even One Star!!!!!HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! We were there at lunch time and they refused to wait on **, told us that if we wanted food then we would have to go to the drive thru. They dont know why the doors were unlocked. But there was customers inside the dining room eating food. They waited in a guy in front of us then came around and told us that. Locked the door as soon as we left and laughing the whole entire time. No Note on the door saying dining room was closed. They literally refused to wait on us since we were White. Me and my family left and went some place else to eat. We will NEVER BE BACK TO ******** location ever again to eat!

      Popeye's 73rd Battalion Building ***** ******************* *******, ** ***** June 8th, 5:30 PM The Manager of this restaurant during that time frame told me that she just gave my customer's Uber Eats order to another driver, and claimed it was not her fault. As far as I am concerned it is that manager's fault considering you gave the order to literally the wrong person and refused explicitly in an unpolite manor to rectify the mistake taking zero responsibility whatsoever, that's just bad business to be extremely disrespectful like that.This same exact situation happened 4 months ago with the Popeye's on South ********* street, except that those folks were Very polite and rectified the misgiven order in less than 5 minutes, this manager of the Popeyes on Post effectively gave me the middle finger because she didn't feel like doing the CORRECT action.Additionally this store's lobby is in shambles, clearly the manager is not following protocol because they are having to remodel the entire lobby which is a complete mess and they left the door unlocked with their Open sign clearly on, you're giving out orders to wrong drivers and you leave the lobby open while it's in a state of disrepair that could get someone seriously injured.Pathetic, I will continue accepting orders for your shabby establishment just so I can justify complaining about it further until this never happens again. I will never tolerate this utter disrespect toward a fellow blue collar worker and I expect it to be addressed by that person's superiors.Absolute professionalism is to be expected of any establishment on post especially one of such high regard and wide recognition nation wide, FIX IT. 0 Stars if it were an option.

      If I could give no stars they would get a fat 0!!! They got my order wrong.. drove back to get the rest of my chicken and I had my reipt...the manager was so rude..I felt uncomfortable because she accused me of lying..than told her employee to only give me 3 little legs but I was missing a 6 piece of chicken...I called corporate, they barely wanted to hear of my experience ??one of the worst restaurants ever!!

      **** treat me like a piece of ************* that's been going on for the past 5 yrs since they opened up at this El Cerrito location ********* Pablo **** hate my guts to death every time I walk in the door. There's about 20 Indians that work here and about one white lady and a Mexican manager. **** hate me when I use a (Popeyes coupon) they call me dirty. So they hate my guts to death whenever I use a coupon. And I am not dirty, they look at me up and down from head to toe sniffing my body out and staring at my shoes. Whenever I ask to use the bathroom they hurry up and hide the keys, and tell me there's no such thing as a bathroom there. And there is a bathroom. But they don't want me to use it because they told me I'm dirty. Their racist torth the white on my skin, and they keep calling me a suspicious looking white man. (I am not white and I am not a man, I am a light skin black woman,) but they keep calling me a white man. I do not look like a man and neither am I man. Neither do I engage in any homosexuality, I don't mess around with other women. But they continue to look down on me and call me a man. **** also have a problem with the vehicle that I drive telling me that my vehicle is a piece of trash. **** hate seeing it in the drive-through or the parking lot. (My vehicle is not a piece of trash. ) ****'re also messing with my food orders. Their side orders are very small, and come in very small 6 oz cups, and they're not filling the cups up all the way. When I order a small beans and rice they're only giving me a tablespoon of beans and a tablespoon of rice for $5.00 which is a assaulting. **** continue to treat me like this, over and over again. And I want them to stop looking down on me and treating me like a piece of trash I have never done anything to no employee that works there. I only go their to buy food and sometimes use the restroom. But they continue to give me cruel faces and look down on me. And I want them to stop treating me like that.
