      I just went to one of our Popeyes stores that I frequent a lot. Seems to be busy most of the time, but usually get the customers out with a pleasant attitude. But today this particular manager was not only disrespectful but lack communication skills, lack concern about the customer service and making sure we were getting served. To the point that he walked from behind the counter and talked to some of his friends. Leaving the customers stranded. With plenty of chicken ( spicy)sitting under the heat lamp. Even though I didn't order spicy, another customer did. But he didn't ask to see if we did / didn't. I will not be going back to this location?!!!

      Yesterday I spent $63 for a 16 piece family meal and a 2 piece combo. Within minutes of leaving I realized I didn't receive the 2 piece combo. I called them, and they apologized and told me they would replace it. Traffic was heavy, so I said I would return later. Once I got home, I opened the box and realized the 16 piece I paid for is really an 8 piece. I called them again, the person on the phone was nice and said she would make it right. I took pictures so she would know I wasn't lying. So I returned after 7pm. The lobby doors were locked, so I had to get in the long, slow drive through line. Finally I was at the speaker. Told them my name, and they said pull to the window. I asked for the name of the person who was supposed to help me. I repeated my issue. She disappeared for a moment and then returned with the 2 piece (without fries). She told me she was instructed to only give me the 2 piece. So I spent $63 to get less then my order, make a second trip just to give ripped off again. I didn't ask for anything extra. I just wanted exactly what I paid for. Apparently, someone is trying to increase their profit margin by charging full price, but giving less than the full order. Considering the other reviews for this location, this is a pattern and practice. I'm not sure if this is poor site leadership, lack of corporate oversight, or something far more nefarious. Is this part of Popeyes training? Is this the expectation that employees behave this way? Clearly, the location is desperately in need of leadership change, customer service training, and I guess someone needs to discuss the importance of giving customers what they paid for. Based on the other comments, corporate guidance and/or ownership accountability is grossly negligent. Off to file fraud charges, since I didn't get what I paid for. Perhaps customers of this location should expect similar treatment: ripped off financially, poor service, and ignored by district leadership that should provide oversight.

      All Popeyes in ***** ** needs to closed ! They dont want to drop white meat get upset with big orders They refuses to fry chicken that is ordered if it is an inconvenience to them .. please close the doors get workers that value great customer service and quality food

      Went to this popeyes on *********** on 04/12/2023 it was not busy I was able to get in out the line with no problem. The problem is when I got home to feed my family I was sold sour coleslaw, biscuits was harder than bricks and the chicken taste like burnt grease. I paid $29.78 and it's just upsetting that anyone will pack that food and sell it to someone. I guess I learned my ****** no matter how tired I am I just need to cook dinner myself for my family. Shame on you to the workers you know **** well that coleslaw was sour and bad when you was serving it.

      Waited for 25 mins to be waited on at the Popeyes at *****************, and I was inside the store, waiting to be waited in the manager ask me what I needed because she was at the drive thru window in I told her I wanted to places a order and she started to fuss at the 3 persons behind the counter, because they were working on door dash and the long line of people in front of them, definitely first time ever that has happen that your customer in front could be totally ignored if they are not forgotten to put some of your order in your bag, they just dont wait on you, and manager told the cashier that she was tired of looking at me. What?, worst experience every at a fast food place.

      I just purchased a chicken sandwich from this location and was charged **** for it. The current TV commercial which I see about 50 times a day says the price for a chicken sandwich is ****. This Popeyes location owes me a dollar. When I told the cashier about the current TV commercials, she said that they are wrong. I have problems every time I go to this location - avoid it at all costs.

      Half the time we go to the ****************. Location in ***********, ** they are out of chichken. This time I placed an order. Paid for it, didnt recieve a receipt and my change. Asked for my change and she told me they will bring it out with my order and to pull foward. I waited, they brought order I then asked for my change - she looked at me snd said " we dont have any change. Were not giving it out" WHAT!!! I questioned her and she told me I could talk to the manager but would have to come in the store and that they still wouldnt have any change. I left saying I never come back and would report this. She said 'do what you have to do' inreal business practice!! Never again. Like their product but will never return. Their service inside of the store is just as bad in taking care of customers.

      Your store @***************************************************** is trash! Every time I enter that store there's only 1 or maybe 2 people working. And of course, the door is locked, and drive thru takes over 30mins. The woman who works there has the nerve to be rude. If this restaurant can not keep employees pay more or shut the door. This has happened on more than one occasion. Fix your store during the day and your rude worker. Its only one so you should know who it is.

      I received extremely poor customer service at this location iput kna promo that I qualified for that they refused to honor. The young man at the was rude and the manager insisted that the promo could not be honored I've never had such a problem. Not mention the lousy customer service.

      THIS STORE IS SO NASTY AND THE MANAGER WAS DIGGING IN HER NOSE WHILE TRYING TO FIX CUSTOMERS FOOD, SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANY GLOVES ON AND THE LONG NAIL WERE VERY DIRTY....PLEASE DON'T EAT FROM THIS PLACE...THE CASHIER AND MANAGER HAVE VERY POOR ETIQUETTE AND LACK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT EACH CUSTOMER DESERVES
