I purchased a ******* 1/4 ct TW Bridal Set Ring Silver for $330.00 in July of 2022 from Purchasing Power, the ring was too big. When i contacted customer service the agent never sent me the return label. The ring then started to turn black a couple weeks later. Warranty claim was started with manufacturer and they requested to have item returned to them for repair, please find below link to print the label, once fixed they send it back to you and it may take between 10 to 15 business days. I send the ring back and around Sep 21, the new ring is left outside almost like clock work with in 14 days the ring is black, I reached out purchase power and got the run around. I received another email from ********* that has only made my experience that much worst . she did not address my concerns, sent me a generic email and even after sending photos over 10 days ago nothing. After coming to an agreement based on my previous complaint, I was told to send the ring in and be credited. I did that and instead of giving me a refund they sent me a third ring that i will not be opening so no this complaint is not a duplicate,

I purchased a brand new watch for my son's birthday Order number: ******** on October 8, 2022 once the package arrived the watch was out of its original box and in secondary wrapping which makes this watch used and that's not what I paid for, I don't like to be ripped off especially for an expensive watch, also the back of the watch had scratches as if it was worn before. On August 18th 2022 I ordered a TV and the order was canceled on their end. I have called multiple times about credit back on my account and assured i would receive,it's been 6weeks and nothing Mean while I'm still getting charged every week for the item they canceled . It's unfair this is the second time they refused to issue me credit and I'm stuck paying for items which were lost in the mail never delivered to me on Nov 2021 I been paying every week out my pay check and I never received that item either. Purchase date: July 2022 I purchase a Gel Mattress with Adjustable Frame, the mattress arrived but after investigating the frame was damaged in transit and was not deliverable. I called PP to explained and they confirmed with the shipping company. I was asked to email photos of what actually arrived, I thought was unnecessary because the shipping company confirmed I did not receive it. After multiple attempts to either get a replacement the frame or adjust the price, I still do not have what I purchased and the payments for both items are being deducted from my paycheck every two weeks. Two weeks ago I finally opened the mattress and placed it on my floor so that I can rest properly as I was sleeping on the couch. I really would like a replacement as I suffer from chronic back pain, the reason for the bed type and adjustable frame. I am also open to adjusting the price as they both were under a single purchase, purchased as a set together.Business Response

Yes I purchased items at different times of the year from this company also put down deposits that should of been refunded or added to the total of my purchase. I've talked to corporate about this issue at the beginning of 2022 at the time I thought the situation was fixed turns out it wasn't. Upon checking to see my balance as of today it's show that I will be getting charged for over the 12 month contract that I signed. I called there customer service in 2021 and *********************************************************** to resolution team; after talking to the customer service rep today he stated it was never submitted. It would take 5 to 6 days which I've have been told before by their reps. ** of today I will be trying to find a way to start a class action lawsuit against this company. I'm sure I'm not the first person being charged over the 12 month period for something. I'm also sure this is not the first time it's happened to me and others since we've been dealing with this company. I have ever check statement needed and also screenshots from their websites showing how they have overcharged me for these items. I purchased a bed from Purchasing Power In August 2022-it arrived September 13,2022. The first issue is that the bed i ordered offered free assembly as an upgrade on the bed, i called the day before delivery to confirm it was set up, i was told from Purchasing power it was not an Promo! i saved the screenshot and advised them it in fact was after going back in forth I said well where do they deliver he said in the first room of the house or the "threshold" I said fine- day of delivery the driver/carrier did not call or text and i got an alert on my camera as he pulled off, he left my boxes each weighing (80 lbs x 4 boxes and 1 box of 136lbs) on the curb on a pallet! i called them back and told them to come get the items because they did not deliver to the door and i cant move the items, he placed me on line with a supervisor named ********** who said he would credit my account $250 for inconvenience if i didnt return i agreed if I could see it on my account within 24 hrs to be within my return timeframe. I called the next day and email as supervisor told me to and they saw nothing, ironic!? spoke with another supervisor who said she can only get approval for the $180 delivery fee but will add it now, called back next day still same thing. Promises and no actions. called today 09/22 to see where credit is and was told they are in process of approving credit for $91 which is half of total delivery fee! told them that is not what I agreed to and I was told that well you are outside of your return timeframe so it seems like they stalled so I couldn't return or they wouldn't accept it. I had to pay my neighbor and friend money to move the boxes outside of my driveway that they left blocking entire driveway and left a pallet with ***** nails in it as well, as it rained so wooden bed wouldn't get ruined. I want a full refund of the entire delivery fee or I will be suing this company for what they promised me initially.Business Response

I made a purchase with purchase power and submitted a automatic debit for my account and they was taking out regularly and stopped for over several months without a single debit and now without any notification they debit a large amount without any knowledge of this large payment they take out of my account without my permission. I feel that purchase power breached there contract by not following through with the payment process and they cant just take out money of any amount without the customer knowing about this in which know my accident severely in the negative because I had no knowledge of this transaction until it was already too late! This company has been absolutely rude to me with customer service especially with the younger generation of lazy workers dont know you can not just take money when they want without the customer knowledge or consent! Hello again, yet again they took another $150 out of my account and thats my grocery money they took Im a single father of three daughters and that was my food money. They had no right taking that amount of money from my account. Im total they have taken $300 in 7 days without my permission and I didnt sign anything to say I would pay this much! Im curious what my options are to take action? I want a full refund of what I paid for these products and Im willing to return the items to get my money back! I dont think this is right considering they never told me they was taking that kind of money! My payment was only $28.26 a week drafted from my account, they stopped taking pay in July then start back last week taken all that money but thats not fair they didnt keep there word taken the money from account and then they just take large amounts without the customers permission thats fraud! They told me they was going to refund my money and they havent they lied to me and this is very poor customer service Im ready to take legal action against this company per lawyer or attorney!!! Purchasing Power will not refund my lost package. After not receiving the items I ordered fr PP they still continually deducting money from my paycheck. I file a claim with *** and the claim is already approved but they will not work with *** to get my refund. PP says that on the tracking number its says delivered so they said I am still responsible for paying it. *** did an investigation and they approved that my claim is lost in transit and they send a refund form to the sender but they refuse to provide/share information to ***. I need help how to resolve this matter. *** claim is approved claim that I filed but *** says that sender should be the one contacting them. PP uses ****** Micro to ship my order to me so *** sent the paper works to ****** Micro but ****** Micro says PP should be the one contacting them. I am lost as I dunno what to do. Please any advice or any help. I am stuck with automatic bills that being taken out on my bi weekly paycheck. I dont think its right that they wont refund me when claim is approved. Why *** will not deal with me straight when I am the one that filed the claim? Why ****** Micro not returning the form for refund? And why PP will not refund me with approved claims. I am rejecting this response because: how can they denied the claim when *** is already approved the claim and ready to send them the refund all they needed to do is fill up the form attached (*** forwarded that form to me) so it's means *** is gonna get away with loosing my packages and they don't care? *** are doing their part why Purchasing Power not? is it because they will get paid anyway because they automatically deducting it on my pay check? will I be able to stop this deduction their taking every 2x a month? and if I do so for sure they will put my account in bad situation that I am not paying. Or can they just call *** and provided all the information that *** needed and tell them to refund me directly if they don't want to deal with it but doing absolutely nothing and just denied my claim is not right. I am not gonna pay anything if I don't have the item.
