I am rejecting this response because: Ive contacted this company numerous of times.Not once did anyone contact me yet the email you sent in no regards addressed the issue at hand .I need my items or a refund and neither of those have been done.Ive even contacted *** to look into the matter .Every time I contact Power Purchase they tell me know supervisors are available you refund and resend has been denied and they promise a call back and I havent received one yet

The order is no longer eligible for credit, refund, or replacement. We confirmed that all items were delivered to the correct address at the front door through *** proof of delivery (POD).

I placed an order for a couch on 12/11/24 @ 10:11am. At 1:24pm on 12/11/24, I received an email saying the order had been processed. Along with the message below. I did not get any calls or receive any updates. I went online to chat on 12/28/24, the *** stated the order would be updated on 1/31/25. I was told 2-4 weeks and that was more than the time frame. He did not have any info as to why it was going to be late. I asked him to give me the company I asked for a supervisor to call me. Devon ************ called & left a voicemail stating "the estimated ship date is 1/31/25 and he knows it is taking a very long time to get shipped. Based on the *************** of the product the window they will update when they can. He stated if I wanted to cancel the order I would have to pay the shipping fee $299. He also said the purchasing power policy mentioned clearly it will take 14 days to ship & the 14th business day is 1/1/25 so call back on 1/2/25." I waited & called back on 1/14/25. I asked the *** to look back at the notes, from *****. He stated "there were still no ************** couldnt contact the vendor or give me info because they have to protect the vendor." I asked for a supervisor to call me. Again another supervisor called me w/ the same message. Said the same thing, no updates 1/31/25. No one has apologized, no one has tried to get any info from the vendor, no one has tried to help me. Poor customer service & unprofessional. Today makes 6 weeks. I have not got a call from the vendor regarding setting up a ship date and purchasing power cant seem to help. Their only solution is for me to cancel & pay $299 for shipping when apparently the item has not even been shipped. Im confused as to why I would be paying shipping fee. I place the order for a ring and necklace for my husband 12/15/24. Christmas we open it the item is not the size or description as online. I go to the site and place a return request 12/25/24. I ship the item and both arrives in ** 12/30/24. The necklace was credited 1/4/25. I called in to see why the ring was not credited and the young lady said it could take up to 1 week. I have called every week. Finally 1/15/25 the young lady creates a ticket. I call 1/22/25 to follow up and was told it hasnt been 5 days. So I call back 1/23/24. The gentleman researching says it hasnt met the threshold for a refund. The site says within 8 days of receiving from **** It has been 24 days. The crazy part is if I was not due a refund they would have immediately sent that email. So the gentleman says it will be refunded within the next 3-5 days. Im not waiting. They have lied repeatedly so Im not waiting another 3-5 days.Business Response

On 10/25/24 I made a purchase from Purchasing Power to buy a Electric bike for the price of $1412.06 and I agree to have $54.31 be deducted from my payroll every week until I paid off the balance. The bike supposed to have arrived with in 14 business days. I waited after the 14 business days to contact customer service about not receiving the bike. When I did talk to a customer service person they got in contact with the company that they ordered the bike from and founded out that the bike was loss in transit. They told me that the company didn't have a replacement for the bike I ordered. I ask them to stop the payroll deduction and refund the money that they have taking already from my payroll. I have contacted them several times about this issue and they still haven't stopped the deduction and have not given me a refund yet . As of 1/23/25 I'm still waiting for them to stop the payroll deduction and refund all the money they so far have taking from my payroll.$597.41 and still counting.Business Response

Placed an order on 12/19/2024 for **** PlayStation Portal. Package was delivered by *** to an unknown address with no confirmation photo provided or signature for delivery. Tried to dispute on *** website but Purchasing power restricted the claim process. I tried to dispute it with the company but their resolution team denied my claim saying it was delivered. Order placed 12/11/24 date shipped 12/12/24. I ordered 2 **** Playstation portals and did not recieve them. I contacted *** and filed a missing package claim and they did their investigation and confirmed the package WAS NOT recieved as the proof of delivery photo was a picture of someone's feet!! *** issued a claim refund to the shipper as a result of the investigation. Purchasing power is telling me there's nothing they can do and I have to pay for the items still even though it was proven they weren't recieved and a refund was given from *** to the company that shipped them but purchasing power is refusing to refund me the almost $800 I paid. 12/17/2024, Ordered a Honeywell El Capitan 27.5" Electric Bicycle in Charcoal from Purchasing Power. They stated the order would ship between 1/6/2025-1/13/2025. That date passed and no delivery. Online it should processing. I emailed customer support without results. I called and got a representative. She said it would tale five business days. I waited five business days and now it says *** Label created, 1/09/2025. As of 1/18/2025 same message shows on line. *** is does not have possession of the item. The *** Kiss through program purchasing power the can be used through CVS Aetna employee payroll deduction. Order # ******** placed on 11-21-24 @12:40am. Delivered 11-26-24. Amount is way above price through others @$187.00 to be deducted from paycheck @$7.19 bi-weekly. System stopped working Dec 23, 2024. Called purchasing power customer service where I was advised sorry can not provide a new item as replacement & should have inspected it when delivered. Explained the order was left at front door did not get option to inspect, and it has only been 22 days since i ordered it why can i not get a replacement was informed by agent only 14 days since window can't be refunded or replaced. I asked so i received this product on 11-26-24 and 12-23-24 just stops working and I still have to pay for the next yr. The company must know they are selling merchandise that will possibly break otherwise what 14 days only. I'm upset that did not even get to use longer than a month and stops workingBusiness Response

I ordered a sectional January of 2024 It was sent out for delivery in April2024. The carrier took it to the wrong state. A *** from purchasing power did a return from the carrier and established a refund and stop payment to me. Obviously because Im not paying for a couch I didnt get. Or so I thought. I have now been chard over $3,000 so far for a couch that wasnt delivered and they continue to take it out of my check. Ive called them for a year trying to get this resolved only to be put off every time telling me the back end team or upper management is working on it. Only to call back again and get the same response. Its ridiculous. Refund the money youve taken out of my check and stop taking payments for a product you didnt deliver.
