      I am not liable for this debt with *******. I do not have a contract with *******. A vivint sales representative came to my house selling their services. Vivint took my information and opened a line of credit through ******* in my name without written or verbal consent. I reached out to ******* for the documents they used to run my credit and open a line of credit, and they were unable to locate anything. Attached is the original contract from ****** and nothing mentions running credit or *******.

      I was asked to pay for an Aspire Credit Card I never opened. When I called their phone number, the automated system confirmed my card wasnt even activated. I got a representative on the line who wasnt professional and told me not to worry about the balance owed and that the account was ************, I got an email saying I have to pay. This was an account I never opened with a card I never activated.

      Sometime in March 2024 I went to Ideal Image located on ****************** in *****************. For the purpose of an esthetic resolution The staff named "****" upon evaluating what problem I was there for informed me that I could get my problem resolved on a payment plan. She then via computer entered my information in the computer and told me I had been approved for $5000 and she scheduled me for my desired procedure. I changed my mind and called Ideal Image and advised them that i was no longer interested and would not keep the upcoming procedure. I then called Fortiva. and advised them of the same. I was told that my account was closed. However,I am now receiving statements of a past due payment although I canceled the appointment before the scheduled appointment date. I realized that this company along with *********** were both fraudulent businesses. I am now being told that this transaction will be reported to the credit bureaus

      It very simple. Imagine is not complying with their contract. under said contract it states I am not responsible for""" any unauthorized charges zero liability""". That once i notified the card company they have 5 days to issue funds that where taken out as a result of unauthorized charges. The only thing Imagine credit **** did was issue a new credit card with a new account number . That's it, its been more than 5 days. The billing is off. Credit reporting company have not been notified of new account. Reports inaccurate account and balance. FCRA violation Section 623(e). The **** prohibits information furnishers from providing information to a CRA that they know or have reasonable cause to believe is inaccurate. I have enclosed information with evidence, take a look.

      On 4/15/2025 I had a Viviat Home Security installed in my home! On 4/16 I accidentally opened a door and activated the system! They called me and were very rude I explained I'm a disabled veteran and I suffer from PTSD, which she said she is going to cancel my system? I then received a email with the cancelation! 3 days later I received another email stating my account is past due? I am not doing business with this type of business unprofessional I AM ONLY WILLING TO PAY FOR THE SYSTEM NOT ALL THE OTHER FEES PERIOD THIS IS A NIGHTMARE

      I originally signed up and received a credit card from this company. They sent me the original card to the address that I gave them. unfortunately, I had lost my card and had to cancel the one that I had and requested a new card. They however, are unable to the card to the address they have on file. I live in a small town and cannot receive mail at my house. I have to use a ** Box theres a certain format that you have to put in the address so that itll go to the ** Box if it is tried to ship to the house for some reason, these people removed the second line address and are unable to send me a new card. They want proof of address now to send me the card to the original address that I gave them. I have no way to verify the address with my ** Box in the second line. I have called them twice regarding this issue. I still do not have a card. I would suggest that if you live in a royal town in the middle of nowhere and you cannot receive mail at your house not to ever ever get a card with these people.

      I was a customer with Imagine ********************** (part of Atlanticus corporation) until tonight. I paid the minimum payment due and contacted Imagines chat to try and work with them about a late fee I recieved. They were unwilling to work with me and said that my new payment is ***** due to a higher card balance..... I haven't used my card in months. I asked why my payments are changing and they just kept saying because of my usage. Again I haven't used this card In months. They wanted this month's payment of ***** and next month's payment up front which I've never heard of. This company has been calling me 4 times a day which is harassment. I tried to work with them any way I could and they wouldn't work with me. I asked to just close the account due to the harassment and rising account payments due when I haven't used the card and the APR hasn't changed. I'd like to just settle with this company at this point and be done with them. Im afraid something is going on with my account.

      Back in 2020, a company knocked on my door and sold me Vivint the security system, he did not tell me that I would be applying for a credit card. I did not know that I would applying for a credit card until I got the information in the mail. At that point I was too late. I keep the system for about a year and moved to a place that I could not use the system. I still had this digital credit card payment. Paying on a system that I have not use in 5 years. I believe this is illegal and I was tricked. I thought I was going to be paying vivint not a credit card company. Also I was behind on some payments and they reported to the credit bearu that I had a past due balance of $1400.00. Which was not true. My balance was only $177.00. Email them and they said they would change the trade line in 60 days. Got a email the next day saying that they have sold my account. I was so confused. I was not informed that it would be sold. This company is need to be investigated.
