Aspire (Fortiva) Credit Card. I've been using my Aspire credit card since 2022. During that time I have never been late with any of my payments. On February 14th, 2025, I made a payment in the amount of $418.24 and on March 1st, 2025, I made another payment of $100.00 which was for my March payment. The company is saying that they haven't received my March payment but has credited my account for the $100.00. I spoke with a representative at the company on yesterday and was informed that because the payment was made too early, it's still considered as if I'm late making a payment. He did say that they would not charge the $30 late fee. They are still expecting two payments totaling $202.00 this month. My concern is that my payment for March was not late and I should not be penalized nor should they expect duplicate payment for something that they've already received. I do expect them to acknowledge and accept the payment as paid without being late. Any assistance in this matter will be appreciated. I feel that I only owe a payment for the month of April. I am rejecting this response because: The matter of the late fee was already settled. How was I to know when there was a cutoff date for payments. I make payments according to when I receive money. My reasoning for making a payment the beginning of the month of March was for March's payment, not an additional payment for February. If they are unwilling to accept that $100.00 as March's payment, they can definitely close the account as I will not deal with unscrupulous companies.

******* charges an account maintenance fee each month. I have no problem with the fee. They tell me that it helps them give me benefits. I have asked multiple times for a breakdown or line item receipt that shows what benefits I am paying for. They have consistently been rude or dismissive of my requests. I contacted this *************** about the other Company that I also filed on ******. After I was told by a manager of the ***** company I have ever right to cancel if I'm not happy or if there are problems with the equipment I can so do so they want me to pay Three thousand something to pay for equipment I plane on returning anyway it will take some time to take all of it down and return it. *********** / Fortiva Credit Card has a completely inoperable online portal and it has been this way for months. It is impossible to escalate these concerns within their existing client services infrastructure. Their website is irrevocably brokenwhen attempting to login, it either boot loops or stays in a perpetual loading state. This has been attempted on a variety of mobile devices, windows and apple devices, various browsers (chrome, safari, firefox) to absolutely no avail. They have made it impossible to service your own account and view things in LIVE time without needing to call their hotline for updates. When trying to escalate this concern with a client service **** there is always a run around with no end in sight, no due process and no escalation protocols. I call last mo. and reported my card stolen to fortiva and I made a payment ***** found out today that they reported the as be late tand the card should have only to charges on it and that was 65 and 75.00$ and found out that it's $989. When I called them lend of last mo about it and who ever took the report did not put in the system or what ever they do and they still report I was late all keep telling me this morning was they don't see the report but the guy I talked to but before her found that I called and he made a adjustment of 54. 03/28/2025 I called customer service and requested statements for November , December 2024 and January 2025. They refuse to mail them. Also they removed the account from the ********************** report and online. This makes it difficult to print when it is not there. I was approved for a ********** credit card through ******* in December 2024. I was moving in a house in ******** but I started having trouble with the credit card from the beginning. Even though my drivers license says **** ******* the card was issued in my maiden name, ****, which I have not used since 2011. Fortiva was supposed to send me information on correcting the error but never have. I purchased several items with the $3000 dollar credit limit from **********. But when I had to return them because they were not functioning properly or they were the wrong item Fortiva still expected me to make payments as if I still had the items. Right now they still want me to pay them $160 dollars even though most of the expensive items were returned. When I tried to speak with customer service and supervisor nothing was done. Now they have damaged my credit score. They also refused to accept the washer and dryer I had to return because it didnt work properly. I am rejecting this response because: foremost, thank you for correcting my credit report but when I spoke with customer service they still insisted I pay $160 dollars. I explained I was homeless and didnt they have some kind of hardship assistance for me. But they insisted still with that payment amount. The house I was renting needed extensive repairs I could no longer endure and had to move out. Can you please help me a little further. I would like to keep my credit card and what about my last name? None of my ID has **** on it in 20 years. My legal last name is *******. And thats what I gave the cashier at **********. That should be corrected as well.

I had the credit card close, due to the fact they sent A letter stating that their policy had changed. The letter read if we don't agree to the change that we should let them know in order that we would't have to incur such heavy interest. I called and let them know that I was unwilling to pay such expensive high interest. They agreed that I should have the card closed as long as I paid my bill on time something that i was more than willing to do. I kept my bill paid up very month,I always paid before time. then about the fourth month after having the card closed that;s when I notice my bill was coming down at all looked like I was still going backwards, I called the company and they said I still was being charge the interest that the company new policy had *********** I called the BBB and spoke to A gentle I didn't get his name but' he had to have done something because they took my balance way done I mean way down, i'm talking about A couple hundred dollars down. Now they have started the same scheme over they even stop sending me paper bill in the mail showing me what I owe and the interest. Now this didn't happen on ***** shift he wasn't even in Office. I called them about this matter she said she would remove half of it this month as A favor to me because I had told her I was going again to the BBB.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because I have seen what these people do once they say we will take this off, the next month it's something different, they have done this to me before. I called the BBB the first time this happened, I never got the name of the person I spoke to with the BBB company, but what ever he did They took my **** *** down as I said to you before, now they say they are going to remove $37 dollars off my bill which will be the late fee, I didn't pay for the month of March because I know that it won't make A difference.This is A dirty company.

I am rejecting this response because: I have went through this before with this company I have asked them to send me a paper statements they have refused, I have said this before, they took all that usury off the first month after contacting the BBB the very next month they applied all that usury back on my bill I called them about it like I said before and they said that the usury was applied because of the card was still open. That's why they refuse to send me out A paper statements, cause they know I can up load it and send it to you that way you will see for your self that I am not lying. They emailed me and said I had asked to go paperless. Now if they lie to my face you and I know what they will do when they are trying to convince you that they are not guilty of what I am saying.They are already convinced that you can hurt their business. Again I will repeat myself I only owed $400 or $300 dollars on the bill which I was willing to pay when I looked at my phone the bill had not gone down but was the same as the last month bill.
