      The **************** is horrible They are not Customer focused and do not have out of several calls anyone answering the phones able to come to a consumer solution

      They're shady and they're scammers. Vivint is the reason Im stuck with using Fortiva. Vivint had stolen money from me for 2 years, and ******* is on track to do the same thing. I initially set my premium to draft for $22.** on the 26th of each month until paid in full. Feb - I receive my 1st Fortiva invoice in the mail. I called and automated system and maid the payment. It wasn't until afterwards that I read in the small print that it was actually set to draft on the 26th. I called back and spoke to a Rep that assured me the March payment is still set to autodraft.March - I received the 2nd invoice and I waited for the 26th, then the 27th, until I gave up on the 30th. I call ******* and ask why my payment hadn't drafted yet. The Rep had no idea. She "re- verified" my banking information, and I made March's payment over the phone. The Rep told me a late fee was charged, but not to worry because it wasn't anything I'd done. She said it was credited back and *****'s payment will be drafted on the 26th.April comes and I get my 3rd invoice that shows the late fee still reflected in the monthly draft. I immediately called and a Fortiva Supervisor tells me I incurred the late fee because I paid late, March 30th. I explained over and over that it wasn't my error. The Supervisor basically called me a liar. He told me it was a "courtesy" that they refunded the late fee, and that Is entered in the wrong banking information when I set my acct up online. I've never gone online to any Fortiva website. Either Fortiva or a Vivint employee set up the details, not me. I told him Im not paying for their mistake. He told me my draft wouldn't come out, and that he was hanging up because we were going in circles. I waited *********** the due date to call back. It was then I saw they not only drafted my premium, but the late fee as well. They scammed me and now ***** invoice doesn't even reflect the correct amount to be billed, the $22. I'm stuck with no help.

      Was given NO notice that the interest rate would be almost triple what it was on signing. Called them the same day and would not help, would not allow for payment to be made of the original amount. Very dishonest and frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

      I did not set up auto pay and they took out my entire balance with out telling me . none of my payments were late , then would not reverse payment , told they would send a check after seven days and then another 10 days before the refund and insisted I authorized auto pay and I did not all Indian people over seas

      Shady lender. I signed up for an "interest free" lending for a laser hair removal even though it was *****% APR. It was refunded within 3 days by the beauty company, however it was not clearly told to me that ******* signed me up for an account that acts as a credit card. Thus I had a hard inquiry and had to call them directly to close the account. They were really trying to convince me not to cancel. Fortiva is a shady company with underhanded business practices. I also wrote a review for their partner Ideal Image who was the beauty company. It is obvious by looking at there several listings on the BBB that their reviews are basically all 1 star that this is not a company that you would want to do business with. STAY AWAY.

      One of the worst credit card companies I have ever dealt with. They locked me out of my online account and their reset password link didn't work. They also could not send me a reset link to my phone number on file. They had the nerve to ask me to write them a letter to fix this problem. I had a previous problem with an authorized charge and they basically said I had to prove to them I didn't make it. Luckily the merchant realized the charge was fraudulent and reversed it. I told ******* to close my account. Not worth the hassles.

      This company Double charged me and then said they issued a refund back to my debit card. When I received nothing after a week I called and they said they had to refund by check!! Waited 30 days for and then called back and they said they would cancel the check and issue a refund to my debit card. The check came 3 days later and I called and they said they had not canceled the check so deposit it. They just canceled the check yesterday, 4 days after I deposited it so my bank took the money back. Now they are telling me to give them another 7 days to refund my debit card!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Nordictrack needs to end their relationship with them. I have no clue how they have an A+ rating. All the "supervisors" give you a different story and nobody speaks good English. I'm disgusted that in 2023 it takes a month and a half to pray for a refund of $153. WOW!!!!

      This company has sent my child a denial of credit letter when no credit card or loan or whatever was applied for. I don't know if they're phishing or scamming but seems very fraudulent and suspicious. Do no harm people! so sick of malicious and unscrupulous people and businesses.

      Customer Service is atrocious. Fortiva will not access my account information without forcing me to provide my social security information. Requested other verification options and Fortiva could not provide another option.

      This is the worst company to do business with. If you know anyone who is thinking of getting a credit card with this company, please encourage the not too. I called and asked why was I being charged a maintenance fee for and account after I close it, the Supervisor could not give me a reasonable explanation. I told her that I had mailed a check for my balance and I didnt see any reason that I should be paying a ***** maintenance fee for an account with a zero balance. After I got off the phone, two minutes later she sent me a text message, stating that my account was closed, for no reason. ive been with this company since 2018, ive never missed a payment and never been late and this is what I get. This company should never be in operation because theyre gougers. tI rate them zero stars.Thanks, *****
