      Unos estafadores envan a sus vendedores para ofrecer un servicio que resulta ser totalmente diferente al que est en el contrato, convencindome de adquirir un servicio que supuestamente no **** clusula de permanencia, cosa que pregunt porque mi propsito era no estar obligada a permanecer en un contrato por aos, tambin el vendedor nos dijo que los aparatos, es decir, las cmaras no tenan que pagarse que simplemente se pagara el servicio de monitoreo sin embargo ahora estoy obligada a pagar una deuda 4000 dlares por unas cmaras que en el mercado encuentro en 200 dlares, es evidente que se trata de una estafa porque *** cmaras jams estarn avaluadas en cuatro mil dlares, no entiendo como pueden jugar con las personas y con el dinero de los dems

      I got the card and charged $200. They then put a hold on the card. They wanted proof of ID since I was in between addresses as I bought a house the next day. I told them it'd be a minute since I work dmv hours. They said they put a block on it. That's fine. I didn't intend to use it again soon anyway. I paid the full $200 3 or 4 days ago on the app. It thanked me for my payment, never took the money (I understood, long weekend and all) then proceeded to text me that I'm late. Huh? I called. She took my payment by phone when I called and refused to address the late claim. No one ever told me I wouldn't be able to pay my bill and will have to call. Nothing in the payment portal indicated that it wasn't taking my payment. I had no way of knowing. I've never once been late on a credit card.

      My account was closed and they telling me I have tobwaitb7 to 10 days for a letter to tell me why I used the card daily and I make payments 500 or more makes no sense.

      IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE FORTIVA CARD. TODAY, MAY 6, 2024, I GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEIR NEW TERMS OF SERVICE STARTING JUNE 21, 2024. I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON MY PAYMENTS AND THEY ARE TAKING MY INTEREST RATE UP TO 37%, AND ARE GONA START CHARGING ME A MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE, OF WHICH IVE NEVER HAD TO PAY ONE.

      This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been fighting for over a month trying to get a mistake corrected that they made. And every time I have spoken to someone, (even corporate) I get told 3-7 or 7-10 days for them to fix a number in their system. In this time I have had two payments due, with no access to my account, just a paper statement (which I don't like) and a text message. Yes they have my phone number correct to text a link to pay the second bill. But I can't access my account!!! This has been going on since March 20. Very unpleased!!! They got my right ssn but wrong birthdate. That doesn't make sense. This please is COMPLETELY TERRIBLE!!! They even ask for a copy of my identification which I have provided.

      This card is fraudulent and a scam. I was lied to by my dentist office Aspen dental and they stated this was their card and I would only pay ****** a month and I asked over and over thats all before I even agreed to it bc for some reason they couldnt take my Care Credit which was odd to me. Now my first payment was ****** then after its ****** a month bc of interest. I have an agreement for ****** and they told me to bad there is a fee for this and that and interest. I have never in my life been through this with any credit card where they can just agree to a minimum then change it just bc. How can something be done about this?

      I am so disgusted with them I have been in the hospital undergoing over 23 life-saving surgeries because of three heart attacks I had I was in the hospital over two months And they cancel my account I have never been late once besides the six weeks, I was in the hospital This is not right if they dont do something to make it right, I will look at legal options
