All customer service does is give me the runaround they dont try to help. I cant speed up for two months still cars not on our $500 deposit is not given back and all they can say is call back tomorrow.Corpay

I had a Universal Premium Fule card since 2018. It was good at the beginning. But since last year they started looking for every way to charge you extra money. For 3 months in a row, they charged me late fees because the bill was posted late sometime after I made my payment. When I called to cancel they told me I will receive a credit for the amount. The credit will show but after less than a month, all the credit will disappear, and receive another fee. Late fees, high risk, and many unreasonable fees. This time I want to cancel no matter what they offer me. I will not advise anyone to get this card it will hurt your credit score.Corpay

Would rather give zero stars.Does not benefit your company in any way. **************** is atrocious. Used them for a while before finally getting tired of harassment. Would pay a $3,000.00 invoice and then a week later have my account frozen for a $65 charge they claimed was past due.Attempting to cancel all services with Fuelman has been an even bigger joke. I have tried for going on 5 months to cancel services. I have tried via phone call, email and any other communications possible. I continue to get the run around. During this time we have not used the services of fuelman but are continuing to be charged fees and late penalties' which they report to creditors.Working with this company is a complete nightmare.Corpay

I applied for a ** card to build business credit for my new small business. My mistake I thought that the billing cycle was monthly, but it was actually weekly that the payments were due. I'm thinking that I am paying the bill early by paying it before the end of the month when in actuality I was paying it late. I ate crow and paid the ***** late fee. At that time I spoke with a customer service rep and explained the late payment and asked if I count get enrolled in auto pay so i knew that the payment would come out on time weekly. He stated that I couldn't complete it online, that I needed to have the forms emailed, printed and completed and sent back. When I saw how much paperwork it was I decided to pay the card balance in full and not use it until I was able to enroll in autopay. Two months have passed. I get a phone call from ** stating that I had a unpaid balance. I ask how can that be i haven't used the card in over two months. The rep stated that I received another late charge the day after I paid the bill in full and now I owed them ****** because I have been accruing late charges on the late charge that wasn't paid. Which I didn't even know that I have accrued. I have received no bills, or notices from FleetCor. Only an email stating that they haven't seen me using the card. I asked for the charges to be removed, because they were charges that were placed on my account on a zero balance. I was told I have to pay the ****** and after I pay that amount I will be charged another ***** on the Monday after the payment is made, and if I hadn't asked I would have the same issue all over again. Do not get this card. I regret it.Corpay

Added a .30 cent per gallon surcharge to my account cause my personal credit card activity was high even though. I had never need no more than a couple days late on a payment. After calling in3 times and about 2 hours of being hung up on , I paid bill in full including all rip off fees. Canceled account got a notice of account being cancelled. They just sent me a bill for ***** bucks have not used in over a month. These people are a rip offCorpay

************************* contacted me about my attempt to complete an application. She was sarcastically nice. The only thing I didnt like was, when she didnt know if I was approved, she was very responsive. Once she got my information, its almost like she went ghost. I had to call her twice and leave a message before she finally called me back and said my application was declined because it was duplicate. Definitely something weird going on but I cant put my finger on it.Corpay

Anteater ************** *** was issued a Fuelman Mastercard ending in ****.The card was activated on 6.12.23.The first non-gas card transaction occurred on 6.12.23 in the amount of $****.** from Target ********* Products.Several other transactions occurred on the card that as 6.22.23 has a balance of $****.**.I have never been able to log into the account portal because I do not have a password. I cannot reset the password from the portal as it directs me to call customer service. When I called customer service originally, I did not have the answer to the verbal security question as it was never set up by me or provided to me. I could only answer 3 of the four alternate questions. The fourth question, that I could not answer, asked for the last invoice date or amount. I could not answer because I have no last invoice. The account is brand new, and no invoices have been received. As of today 6.22.23, I still cannot access the account portal. **************** was able to verify the security questions and access the account information. I was informed the account has been locked for fraud do to the legitimate $****.** from Target ********* Products on 6.12.23. I was told I had to Wire the Full Balance of $****.** today 6.22.23 to get the account activated.I have no problem paying what I owe but I am NOT wiring any funds. I will need an invoice to pay detailing what I owe for. I have no idea why charges made on the last week would be due this week, that make no sense at all !I have used Fuelman services for a few years now and have other corporate accounts with Fuelman. I have always paid my bills on time and have never had any fraud occur on any account. I have had balances in excess of $25k that were always paid on time. At this point this has cost me way too much time and energy. I am not sure it is worth doing business with Fuelman anymore.I am not a happy customer at all.Corpay

Poor customer service Unethical practice Very unfair service agreement Very programmed employees Started off as a great company for my business and after I didnt make a payment, so they say, everything about fuelman went down hill. I was paying them back to back and sometimes 2-3 times a month. I went from ******- to **** credit limit, lower than what I started with. Im just done with them! Please keep all your records, u may have to take them to court.Corpay

This company appears to be legit, but their terms are criminal. Pay your bill on the due date and because it doesn't hit their account immediately you get hit a fee of $150 dollars on a $1,500 bill.Then they changed their terms from monthly billing to billing every two week. Still getting hit with late fees Thought their lack of transactional fees were a good deal. NOT TRUE. Pay the transactional fees and don't get hit with high fees.Switching to ExxonCorpay
