      I am writing to formally request the removal of inaccurate and unverifiable information from my credit report, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Upon reviewing my credit file, I have identified several discrepancies that must be corrected immediately. I will list all inaccurate accounts and remarks in this complaint.       To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Equifax regarding serious inaccuracies and fraudulent accounts that have been reported on my credit report. These false entries have caused significant damage to my credit profile and have negatively impacted my ability to secure credit.Specifically, Equifax is reporting accounts with ************************* / ****** that I have never opened or authorized. The details are as follows:Account Number: ************* with a balance of $67.00, opened on 3/21/25 Account Number: **********with a balance of $123.00, also reported as opened on 3/21/25 I categorically state that I have never opened a Klarna account in my life, and these entries are unequivocally fraudulent. I have already filed a report with the ************************ (***), and I have a reference confirmation email number: *********.This fraudulent reporting constitutes a violation of my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), specifically 15 U.S. Code 1681e(b), which mandates that credit reporting agencies must follow reasonable procedures to ensure maximum possible accuracy of the information they report. It also violates my rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act and other relevant laws that prohibit reporting false or unverified information.These inaccurate accounts have severely impacted my creditworthiness and my ability to obtain credit, employment, and housing. I am requesting that Equifax thoroughly investigate this matter, remove these fraudulent accounts from my ********************** report immediately, and confirm their removal in writing.I trust that Equifax will take swift action to correct this error and prevent further damage to my credit reputation.       There is no third party at all this is Unna ******* ********* that wrote this complaint against Equifax in regards to negligent information reporting on my credit report.       Thank you for submitting Jamin Ari’s complaint on 6/13/25 through the BBB Complaint Portal. In their complaint, they indicated that there were inaccurate or incorrect items reporting on their credit file.  
      We are reviewing the consumer’s concerns and are initiating an investigation with the data furnishers, when applicable. The results will be provided directly to the consumer within 30 days of the dispute request.
      If they have any additional questions, they may call (888) 836-6351 or they may visit www.myequifax.com. With myEquifax, they can create an account to manage their security freeze, add or remove fraud alerts, and initiate credit file disputes. Additionally, they can access free Equifax credit reports and other products.
