My name is *****************************. I am writing you today that I am sending these dispute letters to you for solving my existing issues in the credit reports. Here no other person or company is involved in sending my letters to you. I am personally sending these letters. I became a victim of Identity Theft on (SEPTEMBER, 2019) and after that these accounts added to my credit report which were never opened by me. My personal information may had been stolen through any online platform. I have no idea who was behind this crime. Thats why I never filed any police report. But now it has been a serious situation for me. Thats why I want to remove these account ASAP. I have repeatedly reach out to the credit bureau and have filed complaints with the cfpb 9/23/2022 and 10/10/22 and still all three bureaus (Experian, Transunion and Equifax) are reporting inaccuracies on my credit report. According to the laws 15USC **** Section 602 A: states I have the right to privacy. 15USC 1666B: A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as a late for any purpose. 15USC **** Section 604 A section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions. 15USC ****c (a)(5) Section States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15USC ****s-2 (A)(1): A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.Business Response

I am a victim of Identity Theft. I have experience tough and egregious hardships because someone has stolen my identity. I cannot get credit anywhere. This has ruined my life. I lost my job last year and tried to refinance my house and car, I was told sorry, we cannot help you. I filed a police report last year on (11/24/2022)(4178523695) with ******** ****************** I,ve also mailed in certified letters to Equifax Certified mail receipt code (**********************). I received nothing. I'm also sure my information was leaked due to the information breach with Equifax. I was instructed to go to www.equifaxsecurity2017.com. I was prompted to enter my last name and the last six digits of my social security number, at that point I saw that my information was compromised due to Equifax security breach. The thieves even went as far as filing fraudulent income taxes on my behalf! The thieves are continuing to use my credit. Ive faxed all 3 bureaus, as well as called them, At this point I have hired a Consumer lawyer to assist me in this matter (********************************************************************, ************************************************************************************************) He notice several instances where Equifax are in non-compliance with the ***** Im a victim but yet Im treated as if Im nothing. Equifax continues to report Fraudulent accounts and inquiries to my credit report and I want it to stop Immediately! Please note that I have already opted out of arbitration and have supporting documents and proof to support all my claims. I am sure that Equifax did not go through the original furnisher to verify these accounts are mine and they have to do so under the *****If they did verify ,they would have realized immediately that I have no clue of these accounts and they do not belong to me . Failure to notify me that Equifax will be reinserting an item on my credit report in writing **** (A)(5)(B)(iii) results in $1000 fine . I reached out to EQUIFAX on 8/1/2022 by telephone ***************) I was unable to speak with any live person. I then mailed a letter on 10/1/2022 with an FTC Identity Theft Report attached stating that I was a victim of Identity Theft and asked the company to please delete the following inquiries because they are violating The Fair Credit Reporting Act block of information section. 15USC 1681C-2 which states these inquiries must be deleted within 4 days of receipt of my identity Theft report. I have received a response BY EMAIL from EQUIFAX stating that they added an extended Fraud Victim Alert to my report which will stay for 7 years. I did not consent to this alert being placed on my consumer report. The company never complied to my request to have the Hard Inquiries removed. I have not been valued and treated fairly. This company is doing whatever they want, and this is unacceptable.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern:
I have contacted EQUIFAX numerous of times with certified letters clearly explaining every inquiry that I want removed. This company is giving me the run around and behaving as if they are unaware of my private information they are furnishing and making public. I dont respect the response of this corporation because they requested, I send the detailed information through PDF. They did NOT provide any direct email to send it to. They gave a generic website and generic phone number. This matter is not a game and this company is treating me like toy. This is Defamation of Character and I will not take this lightly. My constitutional rights are being violated. I have only sought help to try to resolve this matter. They dont care about people and others should be made aware of the deceptive practices they are engaging in. I also asked that the Identity Alert be removed in my previous letters and complaints to CFPB and BBB. The company NEVER responded and bypassed my entire COMPLAINT.

Equifax is reporting details about me that are not true. My credit profile was stolen. I am working as a contractor in ***************, and I must maintain a secret clearance for my job. I cant get the clearance now, as fraud accents and wrong names/addresses are being listed illegally by Equifax. They are violating the Fair Credit Reporting act.
