      I have been trying to update my information with equifax for years now. I received my name change in October of 2019. I have submitted all my documents multiple times by fax and mail and have not received anything back. When I call to get an update the customer ********************** say to send it again and there is nothing they can do for me. Due to this issue, my credit has been taking hits which effects my life. I have bought a car, a house, sold a house, bought another house and equifax has always been an issue. I just need my name to be changed and my credit to be updated appropriately so I can move on with my life. This is out of hand and completely unprofessional. It has costed me time and money. I am not asking for anything except for equifax to do there job and update my information.

      My credit score with equifax dropped 15pts in one day randomly! It shows *********** made the inquiry. I did not give them permission to do that or run application. I simply called to obtain information on a credit card offer they sent me. AT NO TIME did i sign or consent to a application! The rates didnt work for me so had no use for the card! The representative at captial one was told numerous times that i was calling to get details ONLY and to NOT RUN A APPLICATION!!! I have been down this road with equafax in the past! Also on my account their showing 1 closed account but not where or what company! This may be fraud as i havent opened ANY accounts, nor have i applied to any! This included loans, credit cards, and etc!! This goes against THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT!!! I want BOTH the captal one inquire REMOVED, also with the 1 account closed REMOVED! Because they are faulty and wrong!!! This isnt fair to me or consumers that companys can go ahead with a application without ur permission or consent and have it effect my credit score by 15pts!!!!! A complaint With the fcc with follow if the issue isnt corrected in a timly ****** and my credit score restored BACK TO THE 701 i had!!

      I am rejecting this response because there isnt a lender thats providing incorrect information. Its the equafax thats providing incorrect information which is against the fair credit reporting act. Equafax is providing two different reports, for me it showed ONLY ONE inquire on my credit report. Through the bank equafax is showing the bank that their is 3 inquires! Its not up to the business to provide accurate information the obligation is on EQUAFAX to report CORRECT, ACCURATE and FAIR INFORMATION!!! Being a credit bureau thats EQUAFAXS responsibility!  Equafax response is appalling, i the consumer should contact the business bank BECAUSE EQUAFAX is providing wrong information? Its not the bank companys responsibility its equafax responsibility..The fair credit report act states the credit bureau should be providing the same report. There cant be one for the consumer and one for the company that are totally different from one another..because how is that FAIR CREDIT REPORTING??? If there reporting two different reportes?!!! A complain has been filed on both parties but the OBLIGATION BY LAW IS ON EQUAFAX!

      I am rejecting this response because: how can a fraudulent inquire in a credit application being submitted be a actual factual??? By law and by the fair credit reporting act FRAUDULENT anything CAN NOT BE DETERMINED FACT!! Equifax is doing ZERO investigation INTO FRAUD! They have closed to disputes in less than 48hrs!! I submitted a dispute at 2pm today, 4hrs later your telling me its factual!!! When is the investigation conducted? What kind of investagation can be conducted in 4hrs into fraud? Equaxfax BY *** AND BY THE FAIR CREDIT REPORT ACT is obligated and REQUIRED TO look into and investigate  FRAUD as a credit reporting bureau!!! Do what you signed up to do and REQUIRED by *** to do when a consumer reports a fraudulent activity!! Telling the consumer to contact the reporting party is party my job but MORE EQUAFAXS JOB!!! Keeping fraudulent activity ISNT considered fair credit reporting!!!! *********** HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AND REPORTED TO THE BBB  its equaxfax job to communicate with *********** to determine if its fraud!!       I have been trying off and on for over 48 hours to update my Equifax account. I have been on hold for multiple hours, been hung up on, I don't understand why I have to sit through verifying my identity with those obnoxious automated prompts . Only then taking the ****** that I'm even maybe I can understand a smidge of their broken English. Takes about 10 minutes 'verifying' my email address which is like an English as second class. I had gotten **** with the rep on the phone. I've worked service industry for over 20 years and am not usually that way. I didn't apologize. But geez ******, I'm trying to UPDATE my email address because MY email and identity has been stolen. I have no chose to be a 'customer' of **********************, but have to deal with their HORRIBLE customer **********************. I asked the rep FIVE times to stop calling me Ma'am. AND after the four hoops of verifying my identity I'm supposed to take a picture of MY drivers license and send it in? Oh yeah and by clicking the SEND button I'm agreeing to Equifax using my data and biometrics for 6 years?? OR the other option of taking a picture of my drivers license front and back AND social security card and MAILING it to them for 'verification?? Unbelievable. All this to access an account I have no say over having? Plus I never even received the data breach settlement . This is beyond.

      Equifax is reporting the wrong personal information, *********** account and one hard inquiry CNAC_AL106 on my credit. I have disputed this personal information and accounts and hard inquires with the credit bureaus and it came back verified I have since then ask for verification and haven't received it. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately. Please be further advised, I dispute the validity of the alleged accounts and personal information and hard inquires in its entirety. Further I request verification of the alleged accounts and personal information and hard inquires, including, the name and address of the original creditors, along with a copy of a signed contract with the creditor. You are illegally reporting alleged debts and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting. This agency is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692G. They were to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior, I was not. As the original creditor, only I can validate this Debt. I do not validate this debt. Therefore, the following accounts must be deleted from my report. I do not consent to e-***** or any means of automated verification.

      On June 20, 2022 I sent out a certified letter # **** **** **** **** **** 22 to Equifax to investigate my inaccurate accounts. On June 28, 2022 Equifax received my letter. I,***** Lynrobles ******, consumer, and natural person, am aware of all rights that I have, and which are protected by The Congress under the Fair CreditReporting Act(FCRA). Equifax has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under15 USC ****. Equifax has also violated my rights to a proper investigation under 15 USC ****i (5) (A) (i). Equifax failed to investigate my report within 30 days and has not given me my results of my investigation. Under these laws and my rights as a consumer Equifax is REQUIRED to DELETE these items!       All three of the credit bureaus have put an extreme strain on my families life. I have been denied jobs, cars, rental properties, lost finances, my lively hood has been destroyed all the way around. My character has been questioned which is holding my business back from growing which is not fair when they are breaking all the laws that congress has created to protect the consumer. All consumer reports shall be reporting accurate information in a fair manner. They have violated many of my rights as a consumer by reporting inaccurate information and falsified documentation knowingly that has caused a lot of trouble in my life in the last 12 months

      I have attached the documents that should will assist with this matter. I need for them to remove this fraudulent, inaccurate information from my report immediately. Its unacceptable and has put a big strain on my life. I have been robbed of so much do to these violations that they have committed in the last year. I need it corrected fast! It has to stop today!

      I am rejecting this response because: The information that is included in the credit profile is in fact invalid, in accurate and has not been properly verified. Equifax SHALL do a proper investigation. They are not allowed to report anything on my consumer credit report without my consent. I have not given then any notice to add the information to why report which they have and it is not correct. I want it removed as its a violation of natural rights as a consumer. This is why they are being sued and on the news do the all the fraudulent acts that they are committing! They are some b****** and liars and I will be taking them to court for falsification of documentation!

      Please be advised that the consumer report prepared by LexisNexis is entirely separate and different from a credit history report the credit reporting agencies have.
