I never signed up for Neighborwho.com but they have taken out 8 charges of $$44.86 and 1 charge of $5 throughout 2023 and 2024. I just noticed these now and am requesting full refunds. This is a scam website (as others have mentioned the same thing) and I would like remediation asap.
