      I worked with another company for 13 years and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, that company changed its network and my cache device could not connect to it. Since 2020, I switched to Global. Unfortunately, I am still not satisfied and every year 2 They charge extra for various reasons, they are not really honest in their work

      I just signed up with this company they assured me they were going to save me money compare to the debit machine that I was already using, it was a scam to get me to sign up with them. They took over a $1000 dollars from my bank account, it's been less than a month. When I leave messages nobody calls me back, I wish I would have check out there reviews beforehand. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM .

      I closed my account and they are still billing for the last 3 months and refuse to refund fees.Warning to Stay Away from this company!!

      I was not informed of the $495 cancellation charge. I emailed to get some sort of refund with no responses. ^6 months later I got a collections charge for another $495, I called EVO to find out why because I already paid/ I was informed they had my company listed under 2 contracts. One with my original contract with my business name and a second account with my business name Outgoing services, I requested the contract that I signed, my signature was not my signature and my initials were signed EE... (My initials are SM.) Absolute Fraud. Now I get to spend my time trying to correspond with the company and lawyer office to get my charge taken off and go back and find out how much they were overcharging my company over 3 years. I have one paper copy of my original contract in my file and have no email or paper reference to this other company they were charging my bank over the last 3 years. Do not use this company.

      This company will steal your money! Stay far away! We were charged a rental fee for our card reader when we were told all equipment was included. The first bill seems reasonable and they inflate the bill every month with misc. fees they can't explain. Their customer service is detestable! Wish I researched this company before I used their business. They extend their cancellation process as well so they can continue to charge you for yet another month! Never have I been involved with a company that has been such a SCAM!

      They charged more than the processing amount in risk and settlement fees. I would *** if I had any money left.Do not do any business with them, I had a month with a net cost of over 6%!! in fees. We are low volume/high dollar brick and mortar, and have customers home addresses, phone numbers and chip readers so no excessive risk. Basically they prey on small business owners who don't have time to watch them closely. My fault for trusting them, and doing business with them for a decade.Over $30k in lost net profit over the past 2 years or so vs any reasonable processor.

      If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I do not recommend anyone doing business with Global Payments Integrated. I am part of a small church and we used a company for online giving that processes through Global. We had a donation on July 9, 2023, and after two weeks of not getting the money deposited to the church, we called and was told that it had been sent, then that there was a problem with the account number (we had even sent a canceled check), after re-submitting a request to have the account number corrected 2 times, we were told that we would have the money in a couple days. A week later still no money. Then told that the correction was made but the money had not been updated to resend and again 1-2 days. A week later still no money. Then told Global did not have any money for us. We called the company that it was given through, and their manager called a manager at Global and was told the money had been sent the night before and that was why it was not seen, and that it should be in by next business day. Then Global called back and said the money would be sent the next business day. Today is August 24, 2023 and the money is finally pending at the bank. This company does not know what they are doing, they tell lies, and try to trick and deceive people. No one there seems to know what they are actually doing. There are many more lies and details I could include if there was room. This company needs to be investigated and closed down to prevent others from going through all the lies and deceit.

      It has been h*** for 20 days with this company! If we knew now for back then we would have NEVER signed up with them! Everything that everyone is complaining about this company on here is correct!! We are going through the same stupid hoops as others have gone through. Avoid at all costs!!

      Worst customer service ever! I requested a new option and confirmed the order with a customer service representative. They assured me that Global Payment would reach out within the next 5 days to activate the new option. However, it has now been 15 days, and I still haven't received any communication from them. When I called to inquire, I was transferred to different departments five times, as none of them seemed to have any record of my order. I've been calling every day to resolve this issue, but the problem persists!!!

      We stopped using this service 3 years ago.. they have been charging us $150 a month, they would refund none of it... and they knew we haven't been using it as they told us that... scam artists.
