      This company is fraud. Their customer service has absolutely no competence. We sent our leased credit card terminals back to them a couple months ago and although they provided the labels for ** to send them back they continued to charge our account for multiple months. I have spent over 10 hours with customer service trying to resolve this and they cannot produce any results. I have all the forms for proof yet they cannot locate why I am being charged. They have now charged me $100's of dollars and cannot help to reverse them. This is a fraud service that has been ripping people off non stop. After 3 hours spent resolving the issue this company called me trying to say we owe them money. When I contacted them back with our case ID number they had no record of the case. They are thieves and are fraud. You cannot contact anyone in *******. I am ready to call a lawyer. This business should be shut down and I will take this as far as I can. A company that cannot produce customer service that handles all this money should be penalized and shut down.

      They are still charging me for services when i already sent back the machine months ago. So many fees being charged monthly for a service that i dont even have. I switched to heartland. I pay 2.5%. TSYS was charging 6.7% a month and refused to lower it. Would never recommend using them.

      Stay away and don't sign a contract with them. They create duplicate accounts and take money from your bank. It takes months before you find out.

      $16 an hour for government ************* full-time seasonal this company is a joke. Seems to me either more about making profit than caring about your income. Lol.*** **.

      First off, I'm shocked that the BBB won't let me file a complaint.I travel a ton and asked TSYS to stop service back in late January 2022. They said they'd take care of it. It's my wife's business and I rarely watch what is happening with the account. Regardless, we switched to Square as it was much easier for my wife's business. Needless to say, our last deposit and business transaction with TSYS (Global Payments / ***** Fargo) was concluded on January 10, 2022. Our last payment should have the February 2022 payment. Needless to say, when I started looking into prepping for taxes, I noticed they were still charging us roughly monthly. The total reimbursement should be in the amount of $1,166.47 (MAR-NOV 2022).I called in early October, to report this. A manager was supposed to call me back because the person I was speaking to could only offer me up to $160 back, which I declined. No call. I called a few weeks later, same response. However this time they said nothing was ever recorded in the system about my call in January 2022 or in early October 2022. Again, wait for a manager to call in the next week. Nothing. Called a third time, talked to a nice gal (***************** - Case No: ********) who was as helpful as she could be. Again, was told that no calls or requests have ever been recorded, but she could see they stopped withdrawing payments. She agreed with the amount we were owed and was told a manager would be calling me back. NOTHING!!! You have no problem taking the money, but won't give it back when no services were rendered. And thanks to the BBB for not allowing me to file a complaint. Now this has become a pointless service as well. TSYS, I'll see you in small claims court and I'll be asking for more to cover additional expenses and my time and trouble these last six months.

      If I could put down 0 stars I would. They never mentioned anything about an annual fee. They deliberately pushed a second handheld machine on me with letting me make a choice due to the fact that it made a second account that accrued an annual fee. Im only a hairstylist. I explained that many of my clients have card transactions. Therefore, if I was aware of the annual fee I would not have even got the machine. They play the small print game on people. If you want people to buy the machine just say that! But just springing an annual fee on a customer is NOT RIGHT!! They have held over $500 of MY HARD EARNED MONEY from me! I closed one account becoming they were trying to charge me almost $400 worth of fees! Then, told me I wasnt processing enough to pay the fees! Duh! Thats why I dont understand why would you send me two machine I have two annual fees on. These people are straight up CON ARTISTS!!!

      Incompetence Incarnate, I do not know how this is a company, they have no idea what they are doing. All I need are new processing machines, as I am inherently stuck with this company, and they are retiring the machines I am currently using. Hours on the phone with folks that can't find my account, and I have my merchant number. Not sure what to do, I would change companies but we use Postalmate and nothing is compatible.Please help,

      If ther was a zero star that's what this company deserves! I signed up with Evo merchant For my business, the representative never told me there was a cancellation fee. I closed my business and now they claim there's a fee of $495.I spoke to my representative who was very shady about the fee saying "oh yea companies add that whenever they want " what? That's. So unethical! Do yourself a favor and don't use this company!

      This is a terrible company and would never recommend them to anyone for credit card processing. I was a customer of theirs for many years. After I cancelled my payment processing service due to the sale of my business, they charged me a $495.00 cancelation fee (I was not told this during the cancelation call) and a $99.00 fee for 12-month service renewal. After reviewing my original agreement, my contract with EVO payments did not have a renewal fee or a cancelation fee in the agreement. They took these amounts directly from my bank account without my consent. Looking at other complaints, I am not alone! After many conversations they said they would return the 12-month renewal fee last December, which they failed to do so. They told me it would be too costly to hire an attorney to fight the $495 cancelation fee that they wrongfully took from my bank account. I put a stop payment on my account as I had no idea what else they were going to take from my bank account without my consent.
