I placed my order today at 11:50 AM. I had the order sent to *************** regional hospital address to ***** at room ****. At 2 PM a DoorDash driver called me and said he was unable to complete the delivery. At that point I attempted to call the local store three times it was put on hold total and hold put on hold. I reached out to the corporate office about the matter and then all of a sudden the store manager ***** was available. ***** was absolutely rude and zero help to me. I kept explaining to him that the item was not delivered. He just kept saying, dude, my guy dude my guy dude my guy, *** Home, and then he said oh were shortstaffed. We have no help and every excuse in the book. I finally reach back out to edible arrangements corporate, who was absolutely no help. They kept saying this is a local store issue. They have no ability to get involved however, no one at the local store with solving my problem. I spent almost $120 to have this item delivered. It was not delivered to the person who is in the hospital sick. Nobody at the local store seem to be bothered. I want my money return.Initial Complaint

I place an Order (Order# S1462084165) at the location of ******************************************************************************************** on November 3, 2023 at 2:01pm for a delivery to be delivered to my mother in law for her birthday on November 8, 2023. On November 07, 2023 my husband got a call saying that they had to close this location for a coupe days and I will be refunded. I paid in cash and more importantly when I place the order I gave my phone number of ************ not his number of ************. By the time I got the message they had closed. Fast Forward to Friday November 10, 2023 I go to the store and there is a sign saying this location is permanently closed. I have been calling corporate since November 8, 2023 trying to see why the option of getting a different location to deliver wasn't presented and how can I get my money back. Corporate has "escalated" my complaint twice with no phone call back or resolution and today I was told that since I have a problem with how they do business then I need to take legal actions. I want my money back plus two deliveries for the inconvenience (one to my mother in law since they mess up her birthday surprise and one to me because of the time frame it is taking to get a resolution).Initial Complaint

I am utterly mortified. ******* the manager just hung up in my face three times. I prefer a delivery for a friend who is experiencing lupus and unfortunately she this morning she ended ** in ICU so wasnt at home for the delivery. So when the delivery guy went she wasnt there and instead of leaving the gift with the front desk he took the delivery and said they would charge me an additional $15 to re deliver. So I called the store to ask for a refund because no where does it state they cant leave the order and ******* the manager at this location began yelling at me and talking over me. I am shaking because I have never in my life been this disrespected. So now I keep calling the store for a refund because at this point I paid for something that they are withholding and every time I call he answers and says stop calling us and hangs up on me. I place a same day delivery order on Monday October 23rd. There was a same day delivery charge of *****. The order was not delivered on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was advised my order was sent to another store and the order was being processed for delivery at that time. The order still was not delivered on Tuesday. I called again on Wednesday to cancel my order. I was told my order was out for delivery. I asked for a refund for the same day delivery fee since it was not delivered same day. I was told since the order is out for delivery that I could not get a refund, I would have to cancel the whole order. I told him to cancel the order then. Another gentleman got on the phone and said he will process my full refund and still deliver the arrangement for the inconvenience. As of date I have not received my refund.Initial Complaint

Order is still not there when I was told itd be deliberated around 3pm. Its 3:47pm. I was told id get a call regarding the status from the supervisor at 3:26pm. I asked him to kindly tell me if itd be past 3:45pm due to the sensitivity of the situation. The order still isnt there and its near 4pm and they never answer the phone, i give up. I spent a good amount of money on this gift too. Now hes over it. Thanks Edible Arrangements. Very not considerate and disrespectful of time. Update: It is 4 minutes until 6pm and they are not answering me still. I am seeking the product because it was my friends birthday and a full refund. On October 3rd 2023, I ordered $130.34 in product from edible arrangements with a specified delivery date of Oct 11,2023. At 10:40 this am I phoned the store and spoke with a woman who confirmed the product would be delivered by 2:00pm and the delivery guy would call before he left the store. When it didnt arrive I began phoning the store. During listed business hours and after 8 tries, No one answered and I was prompted by an automated service to leave a voice mail each time. I did so and twice. I called the corporate office on 4 separate occasions during business hours attempting to get resolve and received the same message. I filled out two complaint forms on their website wherein the business promises to contact customers back ***** left a message on their ******** page messenger and another on their ******* page to which, no call and no resolve. This was to be a sympathy gift which turned into an added nightmare trying to figure out the whens and wheres about the products location and delivery. I would like my money back. This is fraudulent and in such a way that theyve held my money for 9 days, promised delivery then completely shut down with no call back, no updates and no responses. Order number W1009496587-1 Date- Sunday October 1 Price $84.99 I am very disappointed. My ordered arrived damaged upon delivery at the hospital. I contacted customer service associate,**** ******************************************* Associate +1 ************************************************************, LLC *************************************. Suite **** *******, ** ***** *** ************* stated to me that i only qualify for a reimbursement of a mere $17! The order was 85$ i payed for. The deilvery came damaged and flowers are no good. I sent pictures as requested by ************* from the hospital. I demand a full refund or replace my order. I am extremely disappointed with the service and this company. I am a retired USNavy disabled veteran, and I am not in the same state my elderly mother is in, to which the flowers were for at the hospital. It was a " get well" gift to her while she recovers. I expect better from this company. I WILL be contacting my credit card company and filing complaint against Edible. My order was supposed to be delivered on 9/22/2023 and in the delivery instructions box online I put delivery for 5pm. I received an email stating the delivery was attempted on 9/22/2023 at 12:21pm. I checked my email after 3pm and called the store. I spoke with a worker ********************* who advised the delivery was attempted and that it wouldn't be delivered today. I told him I put 5pm and that it was for a family friend for after a funeral. The worker didn't know how to communicate, was unprofessional, and appeared he could care less for resolving the matter. He had an attitude then told me what's online is not the same for a store due to the stores being franchise. I responded to him that regardless of the stores being franchise that Edible is one and that if I put in my order for delivery at 5pm and if it was an issue then someone should have contacted me. When I asked if it could be delivered he stated they only deliver from 9am to 12pm and that it should be delivered tomorrow 9/23/2023. He told me he had nothing else he could do. I called the corporate number and it put me in with another store. I spoke to a female worker who advised that the other store didn't do deliveries and it was transferred to the store she's working in. She said that the driver comes in early and that there are no deliveries after 2pm. I explained to her that I purchased online and that I put in the delivery instructions for a 5pm delivery. I said if there was an issue that I should have been called. I expressed my frustration and displeasure with the service as it was for after a funeral. I told her how ********** from the other store was unprofessional and how I was displeased about the way he communicated. She advised it would be redelivered tomorrow and that she will have someone contact the recipient prior to delivery. The recipient hasn't received a call as I spoke to them. I called the store on 9/23/2023 and the delivery was allegedly out for delivery with no call as expressed by the worker. I called the corporate office customer service to express my complaint on 9/22/2023 and they advised someone will contact me. As of 9/23/2023 no one has called me. I received an email on 9/23/2023 asking to complete a survey from my purchase on 9/21/2023 which I completed with a bad review. This entire experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and a disappointment. Edible should not take someone's money and have a delivery instructions when ordering online of the franchises are not going to fulfill the customers wishes. The lack of communication by the store and the lack of customer service by the staff was displeasing. The worker needs training on how to deal with customers and how to resolve matters in a professional manner. This experience has made me never want to order again from Edible. I've ordered in the past and never experienced what I just did. I deserve an apology for this and some money back due to the lack of professionism, lack of communication, lack of empathy, and not having it delivered when it should have been for a gathering of sadness to uplift a family who just loss a loved one. On 09/02/23 I ordered flowers and an edible arrangement as a package for my grandmothers birthday from Edible Arrangements ***********************************************. The flowers costed $29.99 and the total was $131.88. The edible arrangement was delivered but the flowers were not. I called Edible arrangements myself 2 times to inquire about a refund. After getting nowhere my fiance called them every other day for almost 3 weeks. Each time she called and asked for a manager she was met with "there is no manager that comes to our store, they come and go as they please." She asked for a call back so we can arrange a refund each time she called but never got one. She was even told in one phone call that the manager said we can have store credit or nothing. I am not sure how a business can promise a product, send half of it and then not even call back the customer let alone steal their money.Initial Complaint

I had a delivery scheduled today and they went to deliver but it was undeliverable and they wouldn't leave it so took it back to store i called and they wouldn't redeliver or cancel and give a refund said the person had to pick it up which was not possible manager was very rude
