I placed an order for same day delivery. The order was not delivered, I have not received a response to my inquiries, and now it's listed as having been delivered when no one attempted any such thing. ************** I purchased a Birthday fruit arrangement that cost $100 and it wasn't delivered to the business location until after 4pm CST. The cantaloupe was not fresh and spoiled in less than 2 days. I called the store multiple time and was told manager was in a meeting and will call me back. I called again before closing and was advised Manger gone for the day. I told the employee that answered the phone I wanted a refund and he rudely said "I cant help you with that" and hung up. I called back and no answer.Manager ******* called me back in less than 20 minutes and I told her the employee hung up on me and she said nothing. I explained the fruit was spoiled and ******* said fruit should be consumed in ***** hours . I buy fresh fruit from the grocery store that lasts longer than 48 hours when refrigerated. She offered to replace the order but the person that it was delivered to got sick from the fruit and declined.The Manager is refusing to refund my order. I ordered a delivery for Valentines day on February 7th at 8am. I received the confirmation same day. This was going to a business, and the site says it will be delivered by 5. All day I watched the progress and nothing was happening. I called the business 3 times and no answer. My wife called 3 times and no answer. Then my wife went to the store at 4, and she was told the order was out for delivery. At 430 we got an update online that it was out for delivery. After 5, we went back to the store since it did not arrive. They prepared one, but everything was frozen, and it was not put together well. At 6, we got "confirmation" of delivery....but the building was locked down, and there is no way it was delivered. Since this was Valentines Day, I am shocked at how unprepared the store was. I am also more than annoyed to pay $15 delivery fee for something that was never delivered.Customer Answer

I placed an order on 2/12/25 to be delivered on 2/14/25. The website advised the order would be delivered by 7 pm on 2/14/25. My order was never delivered. I called the store MULTIPLE times and filled out a form to cancel after 7:30 pm came and went. I never heard back from anyone. Today, 2/15/25, I called multiple times this morning to talk about the order that never came. No one called me back. I need a refund. Not only was my order never delivered, but absolutely zero attempts were made to call me back or apologize for the failed order. This store should be shut down. On March 3rd, I placed an order for an edible arrangement ($59.49), flower bouquet ($29.99), & birthday air-filled balloon ($2.99) + 8.88% tax. On March 8th, only an edible arrangement was delivered. I contacted Edible Arrangements requesting a refund for the items that were not delivered, bouquet and balloon ($35.90). **************** stated the store would need to contact me. I contacted the Staten Island store directly, and was told my items were delivered. After arguing with me over the order, I mentioned there was Ring Camera footage showing it was not, the lady, who refused to give me her name, stated she could not issue refunds. I then contacted corporate again, who offered a lesser refund than what I should have received. After letting the representative know this was unfair, that I was now paying more than what I should have been initially charged, I was hung up on. I am seeking a full refund due to the negligence of Edible Arrangements staff and corporate for failing to deliver the order in its entirety and for the extremely poor customer service I received from the *************, ** staff. Corporate offered me a lesser refund than what I should have received as well, which is not fair as I was expecting to pay the exact breakdown for each item as described on the receipt. This is the second time I have ordered from the ************* location and they did not deliver the order entirely. I placed an order with Edible Arrangements and paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting my delivery to arrive on time. Unfortunately, my order never arrived. I tried reaching out daily via phone, but no one answered. I also submitted two online inquiries, both of which resulted in empty promises that a store manager would contact me but no one ever did.After days of frustration, I finally got through to customer service to request a refund. The representative hastily told me to expect a refund in 7-10 business days and then abruptly hung up. No apology, no reassurancejust complete disregard for customer service.This experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I paid for a product I never received, spent countless hours trying to reach someone for assistance, and was met with poor communication at every step. 2/20/25 - ordered and received the items with major quality issues. 2/21/25 I had contact with a worker at the Edible arrangement store in ***************** where I was guaranteed an automatic refund in the next 24 hours. The worker was a young woman. This is because the strawberries arrived brown both on their leaves and mushy rotted under the chocolate. Furthermore the flowers were full of mold under the wrapping paper. Its been a week and Ive gotten no refund. Ive also called every day requesting to get my refund and not a single call has been answered. A couple of weeks ago, I tried several times to order gifts for my sick grandson but none of the items were available. I found this out after I had already placed the order. I had to speak with someone several times and was then given a refund. It was a great disappointment as I had researched all *********** to get a gift for him only to have it cancelled.I tried again yesterday to order some gifts for my 94 year old mom. I specifically went to the *********** (***********) website.I ordered (3) items with a total of $87.97 to be delivered today to my mom's apartment.Delicious Daisy ****** Plush: ***** the Bear Hand-Poured Candles: Candlefish Poinsettia Candle I then began tracking its delivery and noticed the store's number was showing up on my phone so I immediately called the number back but didn't get an answer. It went directly to a voicemail messaging center so I left a message but no one called me back.I then noticed my gifts were actually delivered before anyone had called me back but I was told by my mom that only one item, the fruit arrived. Neither the ****** the Bear or the Candle were delivered and the fruit was NOT in the cute container that I ordered. The one that I ordered was white with a design on it but my mom received a plain red which I did not want or ******* one even bothered to tell me why the other gift items weren't delivered and I never received a refund, a simply apology or a call back. I ended up trying to find a customer service email address and sent an email to them but still have not received a response and no refund.What is going on with your store?I'm absolutely livid as Edible Arrangements completely wrecked my surprise for my mom. When I told my mom what I had actually ordered for her, she was sad and wanted the other items.I would like the ***** the Bear and the candle delivered to my mom ASAP or I want a full refund for the missing items and the wrong container for the fruit!
