I placed an order on December 11, 2022 for a delivery to be December 23, 2022 to a family living near *******, ********. This was not delivered and I have discovered that even trying to call I have never talked to a human being. I sent an email with a number ******* for a refund still nothing. I don't think I will ever use them again. I want a full refund.ThanksInitial Complaint

Recently, I placed an order using Edible Arrangements online, and the order was set to be fulfilled by their local store in ******, ** (**** ** Hwy 90Daphne, ** *****). The order was supposed to be delivered on Dec. *********************** ******, and it was supposed to be a Christmas present. The website automatically added the local ****** Edible Arrangements store to fulfill and deliver the order. The night of Dec. 22, we found out that the person never received the order. Dec. 23, I noticed that the order was still showing its status as "order confirmed." I tried calling the Edible Arrangements store in ****** as directed by the order confirmation, and no one answered. I was placed on hold and then forced to leave a message. I never received a call back message, but in investigating online, I noticed that both ******** and ****** list the local ****** store as permanently closed. Why would Edible Arrangements have a permanently closed store set to fulfill the order? I have tried calling the local and corporate numbers multiple times only to be forced to leave a message. I have also sent emails to them as well to cancel the order and provide a refund, and I wanted to let them know that this store is apparently no longer fulfilling people's orders. I have not received a response from that either. It is now Dec. 27th. I went ahead and reported the charge to PayPal as a "did not receive order" issue, and they have processed the refund for me on their end. Glad I used Paypal to place my order. The main reasons I wanted to file this complaint is so that Edible Arrangements can investigate the issue with the local store in ****** and update their store so that future customers do not have the issue I did. Also, Edible Arrangements needs to have a better system for getting in touch with them when issues like this arise instead of forcing people to leave a message that is never returned. They need to do better. This was my first and last order with them. Disappointed.Initial Complaint

I ordered the big day balloon bundle from the company's website, picture attached, to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday, that appeared to include 6 happy birthday balloons. Order number W1007900779-1. I included on the card, "Happy 50th" to signify the big day. What she received was nothing like the company's advertised product. There were no balloons that said happy birthday. There were 2 balloons that said "best wishes", and 4 other random balloons. I paid approx $59, but the store only refunded me approx $16. I would like the rest of my money back, as the product was not what I ordered. I feel that this company has scammed me out of my money, and this is really deceptive and fraudulent advertising. I have been a frequent customer of this company but will no longer do business with them if this is not resolved.Initial Complaint

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to someone and entered the address in their app. They had a pop-up that suggested I use the official address listed by the **** to ensure delivery. I clicked yes to this and it appears the apt number was listed 2x and ***** did not deliver the arrangement. I filed a case with the company and it said it would be reviewed within 24 hours. After this period I called on Monday as it still was not delivered. The company then stated it wasnt their issue and that I needed to contact ***** to arrange a pickup or delivery. The fruit is now bad, as it is a very perishable item. They said they already made a decision on my case and there is nothing that can be done. I paid $73 for an arrangement and it is not delivered and now gone bad. Horrible customer service, at minimum I would have expected credit or something. I called to purchase a $50 edible arrangement, however I was charged double price of $100. When I let them know the mistake they kept telling me they would refund the money. A few days later I still had not received the refund and when I called they stated they would refund the entire purchase however, I needed to contact my card provider so they can issue the refund. I did this however, I used a cash app card and this dispute can take up to 60 days. This is a huge inconvenience for something that could have been easily corrected the day the mistake was made.Initial Complaint

Another attempt was made to cancel before delivery on 8/22/22 and again I received no response. I ordered an edible arrangement from on 4 June 2022 for a friend of mine who had surgery. Her name is **************** and she resides at **************************************************************. The order number was W1006877646-1 and the order total was $58.16. The delivery was set for FED EX Express to deliver and the person I was sending it to said they never received it. She checked with neighbors and looked around the house and no delivery. I called edible arrangements in *******, ***** where the delivery was initiated and they said I had to contact FED EX because they were no longer responsible once the item left the store. I opened an investigation with FED EX and also submitted a BBB complaint after many months of being sent in circles between the two. The investigation was complete and FED EX explained that the edible arrangements company should have filed the complaint. The edible arrangements headquarters office (******) said they could not because in the FED EX system is is still showing delivered. FED EX informed me that did not matter and they should still file the complaint. The edible arrangements office is ***************************************************************************. placed order in 11/10/22 for delivery on 11/12/22. the order was delivered by ***** to the incorrect address. the order was going to my sister ***** at her residence and the package was delivered to a business on 11/12/22 delivered to the front desk receptionist signed by *******. I called Edible Arrangements on Monday 11/14/22 asking for a full refund as the gist was not received and they flat out told me no and hung up.On Tues 11/15/22 I called back and the rep told me sure he would refund me and send an email confirmation. no confirmation received, I called back 11/16/22 and again asked for a refund and was again told no. I asked for a manager. *************************** came on the line who said he would check with his back office and call me back after 2 hours of no return call, I called back. Was told he was on another call and he would return my call. after another 2 hours I called again. He came on the line and advised me that the back office person has not responded and he didnt know if they were in today. They are scamming people and nothing is being done about it. They have hundreds of one-star reviews of customers not receiving the products they purchased. I ordered a product and what I got did not match the description. I ordered a platter that was to come with two chocolate covered pineapples, 30 chocolate covered strawberries, and a bunch of grapes. what I received was 24 chocolate covered strawberries, one chocolate covered pineapple and no grapes. And to make matters worse there was human hair in the food. They are falsely advertising and taking people's money. I paid $71.42 for a fruit basket from Edible Arrangements in ******** **. The basket was delivered on 10/15 and the fruit was INEDIBLE. I contacted the ******** office only to be ignored. I contacted the ******************* on multiple occasions who stated on October 31st I would receive a FULL REFUND. To date, I have not been refunded my monies. When you call the corporate office, the representatives just keep changing their notes and say different things. Bottom line is I want a full refund for the ************** the fruit was rotten.
