      I placed a order for my father on Saturday June 15 2024 to be delivered the next day on June 16th 2024 for Father's **** My father never received his gift. I called the store and I spoke with someone nameed To and she didn't have a explanation of why it wasn't delivered when I paid for next day delivery. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she was not available.

      W2010400032-1 To whom it may concern:I ordered an edible arrangement as a post Mother's Day gift as I had waited until the last minute and the delivery was unavailable for Mother's Day. The ordered arrived and the chocolate was falling off the chocolate covered fruits. In addition more than one fruit type was either discolored, *****, overripe and/or lacking in freshness. I sent in feedback on the company's website and received a response from someone at the store. The individual apologized for the experience and offered to replace the arrangement. I flatly refused as the experience was so poor that the recipient. my mom - would not be willing to have it a second time. However, she kept insisting and I kept refusing. I told her that she could have the arrangement picked up as it was basically untouched as the few pieces that had been tried was very disappointing. Finally, she stated that she would consult with the store manager and return my call. She never did callback nor did she provide a refund to my card. I find this behavior to be very unprofessional and very alarming. I demand a refund and as a compounded effect of two negative experiences (the food poor prepared and then awful customer service) I cannot do business with this company in the future.Regards, *****************************

      An order was placed by my daughter (who lives in ******* online) on May 4, 2024 for an edible arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day to my home Detroit in the amount of $97.99 and received a $20.00 discount. I never received the arrangement. I had her call the store they indicated that the arrangement was never prepared and would issue her a refund. She has not received the refund. I spoke with customer service and they said contact the bank ( which we have on several different days), the bank says they have no record of a refund. I asked them to send me a receipt verifying the refund. They sent me a copy of the order. I asked the representative why the receipt does not indicate a refund was issued. But I was told that because it says zero, it indicates a refund. From my experience when a refund is issued it states refund. I know it does not take refund transactions that long to post to a bank. The rep said the refund was issued on May 13, 2024 it is now 12 business days and the bank has not received anything and I can not get any further help resolving this matter. I uploaded what was sent to my daughter (Edible 1) and what was sent to me (Edible 2)

      I placed an online order on 5/27/2024, with the earliest pick-up option for 9:30 am 5/28/2024.I paid for the arrangement and fruit box on 5/27/2024 via online payment option. I arrived at the store located at ********************. **********, VA ***** at 9:00 am. the store was closed, but has a big red sign stating the business hours of 9:00 through 5:00pm Monday through Friday. I received a call at 11:30 am from the location stating, "my order was ready for pick-up". I arrived to the *************** location. and the order still wasn't ready and the "black" gentlemen who called me to get my order was nonchalant and uncaring when I explained the ordeal. I asked for a manager and was advised that no manager was available. I asked for the owner and was met with the same response. I have tried numerous times to get this matter handled and still met with no assistance and a constant runaround. Please help

      On May 23, 2024 I placed an order with Edibles for delivery to *********, **. Paid extra for same day delivery. They say they attempted delivery and would call the receipent to reschedule. No phone call was made and it has been a week and no delivery. I tried calling **************** and left three voicemails (3 different days) and have never been contacted. I sent an email to the headquarters, received an email back that I would be contacted in ***** hours still nothing.I just want a refund and can't get that either.

      I ordered an edible arrangement for 1 hour same day delivery 2 hours before business close. I received a call the driver wasn't going to deliver and my order would be cancelled. I received an email my order balance changed from $87.37 to zero but my card was still charged the next day and I have no refund.

      On May 4, 2024, I placed an order with Edible Arrangements at ****************** in ********, ** for a Mothers Day arrangement. The arrangement was scheduled to be delivered to my mothers address on May 11, 2024. My complaint is because the actual item/Arrangement that I had ordered online did not match or look anywhere close to the item/arrangement that my mother received. Due to this, I requested a refund from Edible Arrangements. I was told by the store that they could not refund me my money simply because the items and fruit basket did not match what was shown online. I asked how could that be possible because you would not order a purse from online in a certain color and be ok with receiving a different style purse and a color and not expect a refund. A refund would definitely be warranted because the item that was received was not what was shown online. To be told that my reason for wanting a refund is not warranted because the item didnt match what was online, is not right. The item that they had listed online versus what my mother received was completely false advertisement. Had I known that my mother was going to receive what she actually received from them, I wouldve never purchased it because, the received product was beyond subpar. I paid over $100 for this product and for it to not look like how it was presented to me online is not right. That is truly false advertisement and I would like all of my money back for it.

      Ordered 12 ct. chocolate covered strawberries on May 19th, 2024 to be delivered to my parents at ************************* in **. where they are celebrating their 50th anniversary. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday May 11, 2024. Order was submitted and accepted and said it was being prepared. Was never delivered. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. Now it's too late as they will be leaving the hotel so I'm trying to cancel and get a refund.

      I placed an order with Edible Arrangements on Friday, May 10 for delivery on Sunday, May 12. Part of the order was sent to *************, **. That part of the order was delivered. The second part of the order was supposed to go to ***********, Il. I received an email stating that it was delivered. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I called the recipient. She checked around the outside of the house, the neighbors, and the mailbox. Nothing. Ive been trying since then to contact the store at ****************, the ******** page, the headquarters, and NO ONE responds.
